Love Development & Construction

Love Construction built my store, and my experience with them was amazing. They build so well and so efficiently. The store was done in less than six weeks, from start to finish. They are absolute perfectionists, and they make sure they get the job done right. Not only that, but they are so helpful. The design and buildout process can be stressful, but thanks to the staff at Love, it was actually easy.

They worked with our budget and they tracked down the exact materials we wanted. Our concrete floor is beautifully polished, thanks to them. We love our tile, our lights, our paint. Their recommendations were excellent! They went over their work with a fine tooth comb, making sure there were no mistakes. And if they found a mistake, then they would redo what needed to be done, or they would replace it.

We never had to ask them to do any of those things; that's just the way they operate. And we did not build a million dollar place. Our buildout was very simple. But they treat all of their clients the same, no matter the budget. If I ever build anything again, be it a house or commercial building, or even a remodel, I will absolutely insist on Love Development and Construction.

My wife and I have had Love Development build five custom homes for us and numerous remodeling jobs also. We have found David to be very conscientious, hard-working, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He uses some of the best sub-contractors available. The course of these construction jobs have taken fifteen years and over that time David has become a very good friend.

Working in the building industry I see everything from a different perspective. There is a difference in builders, a difference in their style, their workmanship and most of all in their integrity. I chose Love Development and Construction to build my home because David Love does what he says he's going to do. He's become a trusted friend as well as someone I work for and work with.

David is very honest and congenial - concerned about giving you what you want. Even though he brings years of experience to you he won't interject with what you want unless he thinks through his experience that you are blatantly wrong. He is always there for you to help make all those decisions that come along with building some of the finest custom homes I've seen.

We want to thank you once again for our beautiful home. I don't think that there is one thing that we would change about it! Your creativity and talent as a builder, and your attention to detail, is apparent in every area of the house. Thank you, too, David for making the building of our house a positive experience.

All his work is first class. The best builder I know when when quality matters David is your guy.

Amazing handsome honest incredibly funny and talented too did I luck out or what marrying him. I may be a bit prejudice but my like is an honest appraisal of my hubby!
