Jessica and Mike took great care of us. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with water damage clean up and mitigation. I don't know what these people are thinking with the bad reviews. I have worked with bad companies in the past and these guys do amazing work. The initial response was great. They came out pretty quickly to give an estimate. They came back the next day to remove flooring and set up fans to dry the water that leaked from the kitchen sink drain. As the demo started, I was then told that the cabinet needed to be taken out due to the moisture levels under the cabinet. My counter was propped up with 2x4's and my dishwasher and cabinet sat in my dining area.

It was pointed out to me that there was water damage in one area of the cabinet but I should claim it under my homeowners insurance. I know that the water damage that was pointed out was old and as a claims adjuster, I will NOT file for damage that did not occur from this incident. 2 months later and my remodel is almost done by a contractor. The cabinet was split, which was noticed after the remediation was done.

When the contractors set the cabinet back last week, it turns out the cabinet is broken. It was not removed from the wall, it was PULLED from the wall, screws and all. My house is 4 years old so to have damage in my home that wasn't there before and was unnecessary is pretty upsetting. I have been told that the cabinet did not need to be removed. Unfortunately, this damage is not covered under my claim.

I also cannot go to a box hardware store to buy a replacement cabinet. The cabinets were from a design company. If I cannot get a replacement cabinet, I am looking at all new cabinets. I have called to speak with someone about this but a week later, no response. I will keep trying but I certainly will not be paying for this damage.

I have worked with All Pro on many projects using them for contents cleaning, storage and pack outs after fires. They always gave an extraordinary experience to myself and our clients. They were great at communicating, being empathetic, estimating the project correctly, and always completed their projects ahead of schedule. I am very thankful for the service they provide!

When I was a plumber and drain technician; if the call warranted it and I had permission of my customer, I would always call All Pro! No matter the time; they made it to the job and took care of the customer at the highest of integrity and professionalism. They would never cut corners in regards to codes and ethics; even when one of my customers tried to get them Too. I am a Realtor and had Buyers moving into a home they purchased. The home was in need of an extremely deep clean, so I called All Pro. They booked me in time for my clients to move in, they were in time, professional and had all of the products they needed with them. They worked hard for 2 days getting the home into "move in" condition and my clients were thrilled with the results! I will use them again for this type of clean and if I ever need fire or flood restoration work done! They were a pleasure to deal with and the work was outstanding!

We called All Pro Restoration for a COVID cleaning early last year and they responded the same day which was a Saturday. Were were so pleased with their services that we call again for a follow up cleaning last week. They come after business hours which was awesome! I highly recommend their services to anyone who want's professional services, and in a quick and timely manner.

I had APR come out to my place because of some water damage we had, and thought we needed restoration services. Chris D. did a great job with the kitchen sink area inspection, etc. He determined that we (fortunately) did NOT have additional water damage or leaking, and so their services were not required. (we still need some remodeling done, but no demo.) So I appreciate his work, assessment, and honesty.

Aside from multiple delays or cancelations. I would like to personally thank Victor and his partner for their excellent service. Victor made me feel very comfortable with how things were to go. He was very upfront and honest about everything. Victor I thank you so much, and wish you the very best! Because of him I would recommend this company. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate him.

I had a sewer back up in my home. Contacted all pro and had someone ready to go the same night, they even reached out to my insurance company to help push through to start the clean up. Victor was the clean up and demo person, he was very very professional the entire time explained the process with after each day. Victor did an amazing job at the clean up and keeping me informed of what steps came next. 100% would recommend All Pro went above and beyond to make a stressful situation easy to deal with.

Abraham and Preston were very professional. I like how Abraham was showing me what they look for in the walls as far as how the mositure looks behind the walls on camera. We never felt nervous as this company definitely knows what they are doing. Yeah, we had to stay in a hotel for a few days, but we trusted Abraham with the key to the condo. Abraham also kept in contact with us with pictures of progress and further information. Considering the circumstance for this work, it was pleasant. I will be using this service again in the future!

After having a pipe burst we called All Pro solely guided by the good reviews, now we know why they had such good reviews! Victor and the team who came out quickly to assess the damage, he guided us on next steps, and they got to work immediately. Victor (everyone) was very professional, quick and communicated every step of the process. Jim even was so kind as to talk to the insurance adjuster (whom was difficult). All Pro is beyond and above any service of any kind that I've ever received anywhere. They came out within hours of my call and immediately upon arrival proved their knowledge and professionalism. The following 6 days, they just proved themselves more. It was always great communication and I never had a worry. I trusted them so much that I gave Abraham the key to my condo. Which says a lot! I'm happy we're moving back in but it kinda feels like a break up lol.

We recently had a freeze event that resulted in a rather large amount of water damage at our home in the mountains. After calling another restoration company that didn't show, All Pro Restoration was recommended and I'm very pleased with the work they performed. Even though it was a weekend, they responded quickly and sent Victor out by himself for the first night to start to get the drying process going before more damage could result. Victor worked all night long before backup support arrived the next day. Jim was assigned as the Project Manager and the communication was exceptional throughout the entire restoration process that lasted over a month. I highly recommend using this company and wish to express my sincere gratitude to the entire All Pro Restoration team that was there for us in our time of need.
