Fantastic service. Met me at the parking lot where my car was stranded within a couple hours after my call, then opened my car and replaced my lost FOB in a matter of minutes.

Great communication, came to me with quick and friendly service, and the two keys I got made (from a very old worn key) work great!

Prompt courteous service in replacing a lock that had broken and locked us out of our garage! They advised us to first purchase a replacement lock and came out the next morning.

I lost the second key to my jeep a while ago and I used Yelp's "request a quote" feature to find out who could make me a new one. Although it wasn't an emergency I got a prompt response from Pop-a-lock and a competitive quote. They also offer a warranty which others didn't. Aaron came out later that day and within minutes I had a new key that works and looks just like my original.

I may have saved a few bucks going to Amazon and then a locksmith but the experience and guarantee are well worth a few extra dollars. And their price was about half of what my dealership quoted.

Called on a Tuesday afternoon regarding both dead bolts freezing up (hard to lock/unlock) in addition to door levers on both doors/sides of the doors wearing out/wobbly and about to fall off. I live in a condo community with a strict HOA where the exterior door dead bolt and thumb handle needs to be uniform. Brian quickly called me back and scheduled an appointment the following morning (Wednesday) to replace all dead bolts and door levers.

I texted Brian photos of the existing hardware for the dead bolts/door levers. Brian went above and beyond texting me photos/options that were available for the hardware styles/finishes in addition to even going the extra mile finding the almost identical match for the exterior door hardware dead bolt and thumb handle. Brian was on time, professional, considerate/respectful (wore a mask without me having to ask him to put one one), did an amazing job, did not make a mess and removed all hardware that was being replaced along with the new packaging for the replacements. Brian thoroughly explained everything that was done and had me test everything to ensure I was happy before I paid and before he left. I highly recommend and have already passed on information to friends also needing locksmith services for Pop-A-Lock.

Had a great experience with these guys! Sent them a message asking for a quote to replace a mailbox lock, they replied right away and scheduled someone to come out. He called me the next morning and said he was running *ahead* of schedule and asked if I was available for him to come by an hour earlier. Super nice and professional guy, was out here for no more than 15 minutes.

He took COVID very seriously and was very equipped from the company- they obviously made a sizable investment in protective gear. You can tell he's done millions of these, which is exactly what you want. Even though it was a 20+ year old lock he had it replaced in no time. Charged me exactly what they had said they would in the original estimate. Great business all around!

My 3 year old son locked my bedroom door and could not unlocked it. He was laying on the ground crying looking under the door asking me to open it. He couldn't understand why I wasn't opening it. He is deaf and wasn't wearing his cochlear implants. It broke my heart it thought he was in trouble he kept saying open but couldn't understand what I was saying back to him.

I called pop-a-lock and the technician said he could get to me in about 7 minutes and he did. When he got to my home he tried to reassure my son. He was able to get the door open in about 80 seconds. Also he told me it was FREE because it was an emergency! Usually locksmiths charge extra for emergencies. I am so incredibly grateful for Alfie he was so professional and came in to save the day!
