Nice clean showroom, with a 4 space storage with easy access. I don't remember the lady's name but she was knowledgeable, kind and polite.

We used LCC for our kitchen remodel and they did a great job! The team there was very helpful and responsive and was able to work with us throughout the process. Coordinated a complete kitchen remodel. Made all the necessary arrangements with sub contactors to complete the job. Had all contractors set to a date over 2 week timeframe. All aspects of remodel were handled in professional and courteous manner by LCC/contractors. Not one question or issue arose that was not addressed promptly. A fantastic experience.

Pros: cabinets were done on time and they provide you with lots of trim if you are installing them yourself. Cons: the quality doesn't seem great. We did a bathroom vanity with them, the white shaker style. The paint job isn't great and scrapes off very easily. They supply you with a touch up pen but it's not the right shade or sheen of the cabinets, it's just a generic white paint pen unlike Nhance who gave us an exact match when they repainted our kitchen cabinets.

The face of cabinet drawers are MDF so not great quality. I've had to touch up and fix scuffs and paint chips more on my new vanity in the master bath, (so no kids use it), than I have in the almost two years since Nhance repainted my kitchen cabinets. Maybe it's the style and the other styles are better but I would highly recommend going somewhere else if the shaker is what you want, especially in a kitchen.

The paint will scrape and scratch.it's "baked on" in Thailand or something like that. When I emailed my concerns, they said they'd look into it and get back to me, which of course they didn't. We've also done shaker cabinets for the kids bathroom from Cabinets To Go and felt it was a better bang for your buck.

We chose Louisville cabinets and countertops because of the value and competitive pricing. Once we made a decision, the measuring and installation were quick and easy. Although we were replacing the countertops in every bathroom we were only inconvenienced slightly. We were impressed by how quickly they were able to turn the job around and how well they cleaned up mitigating the slight damage that occurred during demolition. They were very easy to communicate with and we felt overall that her experience exceeded our expectations.

We are enjoying our new kitchen very much. Tim and his team are friendly and accommodating. Angela was great to work with on the design and helped us come up with a plan that had everything we wanted and stayed within our budget. Even when some tweaks were needed after installation, Tim was great about coming out to make sure everything was taken care of.

I would highly recommend Louisville Cabinets and Countertops to anyone who is looking to remodel their kitchen. This company recently did a full kitchen remodel for my wife and I. Everyone who has seen the end product has been amazed with the shear professionalism and elegance provided by LCC. Even after the project was completed, they ensured that our expectations were exceeded. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome and experience.

We shopped around with several potential companies for a complete remodel of our kitchen. We decided on Louisville Cabinets & Countertops for a couple of reasons. First, their prices were reasonable and second, we had a very tight timeline due to an event we were having at our home. Tim felt confident he could meet this and he did! Lindsay was extremely customer focused and was one of the hardest working people I've ever met. She made sure we were completely satisfied. We love our new kitchen!

Updated our old counter tops with Granite. We worked primarily with Tom at first and then Lindsay. They also build up our cabinets about an inch and a half to allow easier removal of our dishwasher. The trim work they installed to cover this work matches our cabinets perfectly. Lindsay coordinated everything and then did our plumbing work. She's awesome! Wonderful experience and love the new counter tops. Highly recommend.
