The owner came out and gave me an estimate the same day. I shopped around and found no one that was professional with cheaper prices. They did a beautiful job remodeling our master bath. They gutted the old shower and did beautiful tile work on the shower and the flooring and built custom open shelves that turned out great. We will be getting on their schedule soon to do our guest bath remodel after the holidays.

HRI did an amazing job on the outside of our home. New gables, replaced the soffits, and all new gutters and drain spouts. They were professional, timely, and efficient. Looking forward to them starting on our master bathroom. Highly recommend this team!

At the advice of another satisfied customer, we asked Home Run Improvement to upgrade our gutters and downspouts, replace a rotted section of our soffit, and mount four shutters that had been missing. We went with a different color (black) and when all work was completed, wow, what a great improvement! Kevin and his crew were friendly, professional, and quick. Home Run Improvement completely transformed my 13-year old wooden deck into a beautiful, classy, composite deck. And I was very pleased with the service that I received. Kevin (the owner) and John (the builder) were both great to work with. Kevin responded quickly to my request for a quote, and his price was far better than the other two quotes I'd had.

We had sliding doors and siding installed. Home Run Improvement was incredibly disappointing. Let me name a few things that bothered me. 1) Never on time. Specifically gave time ranges for them to come. because I work at home now, never came within the specified time. 2) Never communicated to say when they were coming.or weren't coming. Sometimes they just wouldn't show up. 3) Upon arriving they never knocked on my door to let me know they were here.

They welcomed themselves onto my property, opening my back gate and even found an unlocked door and let themselves into my house without asking! We asked them not to do this. Continued to let themselves into the back gate anyway without.

Kevin is very honest and patient. He answered every question in detail. He helped us choose the color of the shingle. He sent us the photos of changing the roof. They are very busy, but they still change my roof before the rainy season. His quote is not the lowest, but it is reasonable and fair. We decided to use their service because they have good customer feedback and have a 10-year craftsmanship warranty. We are very satisfied with their service. We are willing to use their service again when we need it in the future. Thank you Kevin!

I had a problem with my gutters ever since we built the house. Home Run came out and showed me the problems. Now when it rains the water goes into my gutters and not over it. No more waterfalls off my house when it rains. Very happy.

The owner (Kevin McIntyre) arrived on time, but he was the rudest professional I've ever met. He didn't listen to what we needed and he talked over me. When he talked about the job, he was abrasive, used field-specific jargon that no one outside the industry would know, and he didn't like being asked questions. I wasn't sure if he knew what we were looking to have done and I wasn't sure what he was recommending.

One of my other gutter estimate appointments showed up early, so they ran into each other, and Kevin criticized us for getting more than one quote. He said it was a waste of everyone's time. We couldn't believe his attitude! I will say that his pricing for the job was average. However, he was abrasive and downright rude. We chose to go with a different company simply because of his behavior. We don't want to work with someone who treats customers that way.

During the process and after they were done people we didn't even know where stopping and telling us how fantastic our house looked. We love the quality of work, knowledge, and experience of this company. They are friendly, professional, and always deliver top notch work. We have used them for three projects. They sealed our basement, replaced a roof boot, and installed a porch railing. My only con is due to the volume of work, it may take them a couple of days to follow up to provide a quote.

Home Run Improvement really did an excellent job of transforming our vision into reality. Our old deck was not safe with stairs that were hazardous and we had a huge amount of wasted space underneath that was just weeds and uneven rocks. HRI created a sturdy deck and a screened in porch which is a joy to spend time in.

Home Run removed inadequate, leaking and poorly hung 5 gutters and replaced with seamless 6 gutters, repaired rotten fascia board, and covered all trim and soffits with aluminum and vinyl. The installation is excellent and very professional. The entire process took only 5 days. The cost was $2,500 less than the other estimate. Everything went as promised.

Very impressed! It started as just a chimney flashing replacement. Turned out all the wood below the shingles was rotten, and everything had to be replaced. Kevin and his crew were professional, courteous, and hard working. When the project was finished, they did a very thorough clean up too.
