We had squirrels in our home's attic. After the animals were removed by a pest control company, we still needed to have the roof area repaired.and fixed to prevent future pest invasions. Nick at Formula Roofing was very helpful. He listened to our description of the problem, and then suggested solutions: repair soffits, repair the dormer, install old flashing, install new flashing, and install additional gutter brackets. Miles was able to come 2 days earlier than anticipated, making the response time same day. He was very professional looking for a roof leak. None was found and he offered troubleshooting suggestions as where to look next to find how water was entering the building interior. I will use this company in the future when I need roof repairs.

I only have good things to say about Formula Roofing and Remodeling from the start to the finish of a somewhat complicated condo balcony repair. They were professional, communicative, and clear. I want to especially acknowledge the fine work of Andy Winkler. Andy carefully explained every aspect of the job as it unfolded. He was consistently pleasant, reliable, dependable, meticulous, ethical, honest, neat, considerate, and took great care to do his best work (I asked him to keep the window masking in place while I figure out window coverings).

Formula Roofing did an amazing job on our tile roof. Nick was very helpful and informative with all communication. Tony our foreman had fantastic communication and walked us through the whole process daily. The crew that worked at our house were respectful and cleaned up great everyday. I have lived in my 29 year old house for 24 years and always wanted to replace the shake roof from the start. I long dreamed of having a real Spanish Tile roof as I travel the SW and California often and just love the look. Most people tried to sell me an upper end composition roof or a cement tile roof - which I felt inferior to the real thing. Nick at Formula never tried to influence me to do anything but follow my own instincts with his support and help.

It later grew to copper gutters and a cupola with weathervane. When all was set (with normal scheduling), the crew did everything possible to be as professional as you would imagine. Josh Fisher, along with Andy and Sage who did remarkable copper and finish work with the details. In my book - Formula Roofing is TOPS!

Formula has replaced both flat and pitched roofs. Both excellent quality and professionalism. Any post installation issues were resolved immediately and worked schedules to mesh with tenants. Formula Roofing installed a new flat roof on my garage a few months ago. From beginning to end the Formula reps and workmen were timely and communicative. The work product was excellent. Due to the positive experience with my garage roof, I asked if they could also take a look at the flat roof on my house. That roof was installed in 2014 when the 2nd story addition on my home was completed.

In 2018 there was a failure of the roof's drainage system, either due to ice damming or a design failure. Fortunately, insurance paid for the internal damage and repaired the roof at a cost of $20K+. Nonetheless, I wanted Formula to take a look at the repair and ensure that the repairs had been done correctly. After Evan and Josh reviewed the design they expressed their concern and felt I may experience an issue going forward. Josh recommended a different design for both the scuppers and collection boxes.

To avoid another problem like the last one, I retained Formula's team to redesign the system. During the installation of the redesigned system, they discovered that the OSB under the roofing material around one of the scuppers was wet. This of course validated what they opined when they initially reviewed the system. Had I not hired Formula, I would literally be paying the price, at some point in the future.

The entire team from Evan to Josh to Sage and all of the Formula employees who worked on my roof were superior tradesmen and professional roofers who clearly took pride in their work product. During the process they continued to explain the rational for their redesign, kept me apprised of their progress and the process and answered all of my questions.

I walked the roof after completion and the workmanship was excellent. They did not leave my property until I was 100% satisfied and the job site was clean and tidy when they left. Lee Lindsay, Esq.

I needed a unique and challenging job done involving a deck attached to my roof that was heading toward being a big problem. Formula Roofing re-roofed and re-flashed the whole area. When some rotted wood was found, they replaced it. When a speed bump arose, they handled it and didn't cut any corners. Josh and Sage were total pros the whole way from quote to completing the job.

After contacting literally every siding contractor in greater Denver, Formula was 1 of 2 companies that didn't immediately turn the job down. I had a big leak in the siding on my chimney, and these guys were able to find matching cedar lap siding, find the cause of the leak, replace the bad pieces, seal the edge with the roof, and stain everything to match. It was complete within a couple weeks of first contact and looks great. No rain yet to test it but it came with a warranty against leaks.

Working with Formula Roofing, after a massive hail storm in CO, was one of the best decisions we could have made. Joe and the others at the team there were professional, responsive, communicative, competent, and made a very stressful time more bearable. After the storm we were inundated with options and I'm so glad we chose to work with Formula for a large roof replacement and windows which were hard to find given a transition in manufacturers. They were patient and helpful throughout the process as well as with the insurance and the options. I highly recommend them.

Formula helped us with a complicated roof replacement where we upgraded to a tile roof for longevity. We had a small issue a couple of years after install and I was hesitant to reach out figuring that so many businesses are so busy it would be hard to get them to respond. They called us within an hour of my e-mail and quickly had someone out. The response was much faster than I expected. They really do stand behind their work. I highly recommend Formula roofing. Our house had the entire roof plus two garages replaced. We had both a traditional shingled pitch roof and also a flat roof. The whole team was great, our project manager, Chip kept everything on time and really paid attention to detail, Joe kept working with our insurance company in line and the metal fabricators, Josh and Sage really put some beautiful finishing touches on our old garage. It looked better than I thought possible.

Have worked with formula roofing in the past for roof inspections and tile replacement. Our original tile roof was due for a restoration. Worked with Nick and Tony. Presented with a few options including replacement. Amazed at the speed and quality of work. Couldn't be happier and would recommend them for any roofing project.

We're very impressed with Formula Roofing, especially Josh and Sage who did a new metal roof for us in Eldorado Springs. Josh was very professional with his estimates and contracts, and the team did great work for us. They tore the whole asphalt shingle roof off, repaired some damaged sheathing, fixed some poor design elements with some carpentry mod work and then did great job with corrugated roof and sheet metal details. We heard some ominous dripping in the attic during a recent heavy rain, so we called Formula to take a look. DJ showed up within 24 hours and did a full inspection of the roof, attic, etc. He found the source -- the interior of an exhaust pipe, so nothing to worry about -- and took pictures to show us the details of what he saw. For exactly $0, he gave us peace of mind, which is, of course, priceless. It's always great to find a local business that cares more about building relationships than driving transactions. We had a leak in our roof that another company botched which unfortunately led to water damage. Tony came to assess the leak in the roof and also inspect the rest of the house. He explained what needed to be done, why and also showed pictures to explain. The repair was done promptly and properly and at a fair price. I appreciate the time that he took to share his expertise and to help us mitigate things that could be problematic and expensive down the road. I would highly recommend Tony and Formula Roofing.

I had the pleasure of working with Marty as our primary project manager at Formula Roofing. Following hail damage in 2018, our roof was badly damaged, as were other areas of our home (gutters, siding, windows, etc.). From the initial contact with Marty, through to the end of our project, I can honestly say I have not ever experienced a more professional process! Marty was wonderful to work with, answering all of our questions and tackling the tough job of coordinating with our insurance company, and made what should be a very complicated experience into one that was not only simple, but in many ways a joy to work through.

I contacted Formula Roofing for a roof certificate. DJ came on-time and was able to inspect the roof and caulk some minor issues right away. DJ was very professional and I will certainly call him again if I have any other roofing work that needs to be done in the future.

What an amazing company to work with! I was selling my home, but needed a roof repair to seal the deal. Timely, professional, and affordable. I had got turned down on new roof three times by Allstate with other roofers. Again I saw another roof go up and a so called brother in law of a neighbor came. Hey I can get you a new roof. he says. I never saw him again. Weak as circus lemonade I'd call him I call Formula Roofing from Yelp. Anyway Beau Bliss comes out low keyed, crawls the roof says I MIGHT be able to get you a new roof.

The damage that I see should support it. Of course I thought well ok. With a " they all said that " But I never told him. He was different. The company researched out to be pros All of a sudden out comes Allstate saying the usual. No this and no that Beau said let me meet them there and send them documents. All of a sudden Allstate sends letter saying hey we're paying for you a new roof. Trucks show up, roofing starts showing up, real professional crew starts tearing and hammering.

A few days later a beautiful brand spanking new roof. Clean yard Warranty out the yang Neighbors coming by Saying wow He finally got a roof What I ran into was a good company with straight talking people Formula Roofing excellent QC people. Wes. Back each other up. Tight! And a blessing

Beware if you have a total roof replacement, there will be a ton of debris in your attic which Formula will claim they do not have to remove given the contract states small debris may been left in the attic. What I found in my attic was not small debris. When I contacted Formula they told me no roofing company would clean this up. Not happy. The small debris in my attic feel on me when I needed to access the attic a couple of months after the roof installation. I could have been injured.

Taylor Larson came to help me to help fixing the Eaves/Soffit problem identified by my insurance company. He was easy to make appointments with. He is friendly, knowledgeable, sharing ideas of improvements and other fixes without imposing anything. He even did extra work to fix similar issue on the other side of the roof. He demonstrated what is going to do, and came back half an hour later with his tools.

I know it was a lot of works he did, but he made it look like an easy one. That's comforting. With pricing, I would say he is genuine and honest. I will definitely recommend him for roofing related issues and other home improvement projects. Thanks Taylor.

Sometimes you come across a good company like Formula and it restores your faith in humanity. They replaced my Uncles roof and repainted the house. They worked with his insurance company to get everything covered. The process took some time but it was definitely worth it! Casey and Beau are true professionals and an absolute pleasure to work with. If you've seen my reviews from around the world you know we expect a lot from companies and these guys deliver on all levels! Highly recommended!

Our concrete tile roof is less than ten years old and is in fantastic condition, we simply had a few cracked tiles that needed to be repaired. It's always a bit nerve wracking to line up a job like this, you just never know who you're going to be dealing with.and to be honest, I don't trust many people (I've had some bad experiences with contractors and small jobs around the house).

I called Formula Roofing, and couldn't be happier with my experience. DJ Harrison was assigned our job, and he certainly surpassed all of our expectations! DJ was prompt and professional, he did a quick and thorough assessment and a timely repair. DJ was courteous, honest, friendly and fair. These words are not used often or flippantly in today's world where so many people have sadly lost their attention to small details and customer service. My husband and I truly appreciate DJ and highly recommend him personally for your roofing and remodeling needs.

Formula Roofing helped us out with roof repair on our 100 year old duplex when we were getting it ready to sell. Chip worked up the quote quickly and thoroughly explained the details. We scheduled the work and even with weather delays and issues with a deteriorating brick wall, they were able to get the work done the day of closing. They did a great job with repairing the brick wall that was found after taking off the old roof, they repaired all the issues with the roof and even matched the wall cap with the current paint color. Chip gave a number of timely updates through the process and had our best interest in mind for the project.

Our roof was damaged in a hailstorm in July 2019. Roofing companies swarmed our neighborhood. Lots of unsolicited offers to replace our roof. I wondered "how to select a roofing contractor?". I am a supporter of Colorado Public Radio and so is Formula Roofing. I decided that this was as good as any way to select a roofer. Formula Roofing was very responsive and communicated well throughout the process.

They put 7 workers on the job and had the roof done in 2 days. The crew was very respectful and did a very good job of cleaning up. The city building inspector showed up several days after they were done and said the roof looked good. I said "ok" and he replied "no - the roof looks REALLY good". So - this turned out to be the right choice for us. Formula Roofing supports CPR and does a great job of installing roofs.

Formula came out and did drywall repair on our ceiling after a major leak from our upstairs bathroom. The repair is beautiful, was done in a timely manner and I am 100% happy.

I called because a friend had recommended Formula Roofing. My roof had a leak. They sent over Project Manager Mark to access the damage. After taking some photos and locating the leak Mark not only found and fixed the leak but also found hail damage. I had know idea my roof had been hit with hail. He then advised me to call in a claim with my insurance company. I got my entire roof replaced with new gutters and was only responsible for my deductible. I highly recommend this company and Mark as a project manager.

We had some skylights installed through Formula Roofing and Casey Lewis. Their response time to give us an estimate on the project was quick and their pricing was competitive. When we moved forward Formula/Casey kept in constant contact with us on the process and made sure to protect the work area. When a hiccup came up in the install, we talked through it and found a way forward to make both parties happy.

We are thrilled with the install and have received nothing but compliments from anyone who has seen the work. We are incredibly happy with the quality of the work and communication and would highly recommend/work with Formula/Casey again in the future.

This is the second time I've been flaked on by this company, so you guys deserve this single star. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt, so I was understanding the first time they flaked. The manger, I believe, apologized after the first mishap, but this is obviously a cultural problem. In this situation, they came out to have a look at my roof.

They said they'd call back in a week to a week and a half to explain some possible solutions.crickets. I'm over this company, they aren't about customer service from my experience. Formula Roofing, please don't write any excuses, this is the second time you guys have NOT delivered. Sometimes you need a spanking before you wake up and do things the right way. p.s. If you start trying to defend yourselves, I have the messages saved about what you SAID you were going to do, but didn't.

Formula was the 3rd roofer to bid on our hail damaged roof. What a pleasure to deal with a company that broke down the estimate and explained why each step was needed. Hat's off to the entire team of Formula Roofing. My experience was so pleasant from start to finish. The employees were professional, prompt, polite and did a quality job. Lawrence is very focused on customer satisfaction, service excellence, and quality of work. While he had many other jobs he was coordinating, he always made me feel as though I was his top priority.

I have been working with Lawrence Kerr and Formula Roofing for about 18 months. In this period of time I have contracted with them to do small composite shingle and flashing repairs to a $90,000 re-roof on one of our projects in Cherry Hills.

Formulas Roofing did an excellent job for us. We got hail damage last summer. We were very stressful on the house damage. We contacted a few companies and found that some of them are not honest, instead they just want to make their work as simple as possible and take the money and gone.

They did a friend of mines roof and it turned out amazing. And they were done ahead of time.

Formula Roofing provided a great product at a great price. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and always able to answer my questions. They handled all of the insurance paperwork too. They took the time to explain their process and help me understand what shingles were best for my house.
