I called and told them that our problem was in the toilet and back up into the shower. The kitchen was not involved. They quoted me $110. They get out here and see that it is exactly where I told them it is and then the quote went to $365. Bait and switch. George Baird, plumber, is coming out and will snake the mainline for $50. 60 if he hast to go onto the roof

Fernando was a total pro from start to finish. He was very friendly and informative and tackled the toughest job with ease. His great attitude relieved a lot of my stress especially because they had to jackhammer the foundation and find the leak - which they did in no time. Amazing work and attitude and I could not have been more pleased with a job well done.

I called the Padilla Plumbing Company and left a message for an estimate on a heater replacement. Padilla company responded very quickly and we discussed the situation. I set up an appointment and there employee Julio arrived on time as estimated. After reviewing the situation, we discussed the work needed. Before I approved he called his management and they gave me some options.

I discussed the options and then proceeded with the work to be done. The Padilla company is very good with follow ups, communication and feedback. Julio did an excellent job on replacing the Water heater and inspected all the area for safety. Everything was brought up to code, I recommend them, thanks Julio great job! Dave Z

Over the weekend our main line was clogged. We called John Padilla Pluming and they took great care of us. Edgar was a life saver. He was able to come out on Fathers Day to diagnose the issue right away and got us back and running in no time. I needed a plumber to fix my clogged kitchen sink and the reviews for John Padilla Plumbing caught my attention. I booked online and called to confirm. My appointment for today was confirmed and Angel and Julio showed up sooner than my original window. They cleared the clog, removed the garbage disposal, and installed a new kitchen faucet that I provided.

Both Angel and Julio did an amazing job at keeping the area clean and dry. Cody was also friendly and polite during my phone conversation with him. I already recommended them to a friend and will definitely call on them for any future plumbing needs.

I was very impressed from the first initial call U made to John Padilla Plumbing. The dispatch person was able to locate someone out in the field and he did say that someone would call me and they sure did. The nicest man by the name of Randy, immediately addressed my concerns after I explained to him what was the problem I the shower. I scheduled them to come out.

They called and gave me a 20 minute time. Let me tell you Randy and Jose came in and were so professional and got right to the problem. They cleaned up after the work was done. Made sure I was satisfied. I can't thank you both enough. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. So we had an emergency leak and was informed to call John Padilla plumbing inc so we did, they came the next day on time and very professional. Brandon and Tristan were amazing. We had a plumbing/drain leak that was coming out from the ceiling so they had to cut through that and fix the leak. They were really fast and efficient. They didn't leave a mess or anything and cleaned up after They also informed us about what was happening, took pics of everything and was able to send them to us no problem. Thank you Brandon and Tristan, they deserve a raise!

Our plumbing technician, Brandon Buss, was very knowledgeable and explained everything. We had a lot of questions. Brandon was very patient and helped us decide what was the most urgent work to be done. Once decided, the quote was very reasonable. The work was done quickly and our new pipes and outflow are exceptional. We will be using this company again for future plumbing upgrades.

These guys were absolutely great from scheduling to execution. We woke up in a panic because our water heater had been leaking from the bottom all night. We called that morning and they were at our door with a brand new water heater that afternoon. Julio, the technician, was super friendly and very attentive to the work that we wanted done. He upgraded all of our hardware up to current California code and the work was flawless. Prices on water heaters have definitely gone up in the last decade but their prices were super fair and the quality is top notch. I'll definitely use them again.

Our bathroom sink began to flood in our apartment and immediately we called our project manager who then called John Padilla Plumbing and Randy and Danny were there within the hour to fix the issue. They were able to identify the problem, assess the damage, and fix everything with ease and in a timely manner. Randy and Danny even were able to install a new vanity within the visit since the previous one was completely water logged. We had 2 toilets backed up on a weekend, were stressed out cuz Monday was a holiday & of course you pay extra for emergency. but we sucked it up and paid the extra fees. and we got an extra amazing plumber, Brandon, to come to the rescue from John Padilla Plumbing, Inc. I felt he was trustworthy and didn't feel like he would try to sell us services (like the rooter company that came the day before) that weren't necessary. Heard dripping behind walls, David came to check it out. Very professional and very informative. The next day, Fernando and Angel came in to inspect the wall, turns out there was a big gap from the shower spout to the wall which caused water to go through. they immediately came in the next day to repair it. There was some a water leak in my garage coming from unit about my garage at complex that I live at, and John Padilla needed access to my garage on two occasions to do some repairs and my tools started coming up missing from my garage out of nowhere, someone with access keys went through the crawl space on the other side of wall to garage removed the plywood broke the drywall and enter my garage, the only persons with keys are home owners Association, and John Padilla plumbing company not accusing but very suspicious

John Padilla Plumbing came out to my property to repair a slab leak that was in the backyard of the home. Ricardo was incredibly professional, and took the time to explain to my husband and I exactly what repairs were being made. When the repair was completed, Ricardo and his apprentice took the time to properly clean up their work area before leaving. I could not be happier with this companies service!

Manolo was on time and called when on the way and he found a commercial parking place downtown. I liked that there was a picture of him which helped me identify him easily at the front door. He was very careful with my white limestone floors. Clogged drains are not fun or leaking sink stoppers, but Manolo fixed everything quickly and left no mess. Piece of cake!

John Padilla was very timely in sending Edgar to our home to repair an emergency drain clog. We just bought the house, so we were very concerned when both our kitchen and bathroom drains were backing up. Edgar was efficient in his work to unclog our drain and was extremely quick in diagnosing the issue. He took the time to explain not only his repair work but also preemptive measures we could take to prevent the problem from arising again.

Overall John Padilla plumbing created a very user friendly experience and ensured our minor headache didn't turn into a migraine. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use them again!

Fantastic work by Edgar and Tristen. I had a severely clogged kitchen sink that ran into the mainline for the bathroom sink and shower. I don't know the last time the line was serviced, the building is over 50 years old so there was an incredible amount of build up and a very unique drain system that failed miserably. The whole house smelled terrible. Edgar and Tristen were very professional.

They quickly diagnosed and solved the issue in less than 4 hours. The end result was better than I expected! I was extremely happy with their work and would highly recommend these two professionals to anyone with a plumbing problem.

Great job. We had another plumber, he did not fix it. John Padilla Plumbing came out, scheduling we fast and easy, they sent a text saying they were on the way with the name and photo of the technician, the fixed it quickly, very reasonable and called that afternoon to make sure I was satisfied and went through what was found and how it was fixed. I had such a great experience with JPP! Our technicians, Edgar and Tristan, were super professional and efficient. I scheduled our services/repairs during my daughter's nap and they were super mindful of being quiet coming in to replace our garbage disposal, which was so sweet. It also was replaced much faster than I anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise.

They also replaced a damaged main water line and hydro jetted our main line along with the bathroom and kitchen line to clear all sludge and debris. The service was efficient, they were so sweet to our family, and at the end of the day the value of the service is unmatched. Highly recommend!

Had a slow leak behind the wall in my bathroom, my HOA came out to inspect and left a giant hole in the wall but called John Padilla Plumbing. Randy was the tech who came out, he was early, efficient, respectful and even helped out with cleaning up when he was all done. Our unit is set up that when he needed to shut off the water it shuts off to 15 other units as well, so he was conscious of this as well which I thought was nice. Randy was also respectful of my pets, I have a dog who is not a fan of new people and him respecting that was huge. My pipe is repaired, no leaking, and both hot and cold water are working wonderfully.

This is my go to company for anything plumbing related. I have been a client for many years. It was easy to schedule an appointment. My water heater had a drain valve leak. Brandon came to the rescue and replaced it in no time. He was courteous and professional, and he didn't leave a mess. I would definitely hire this company again.

I've worked with Padilla Plumbing for many years now. They are professional and knowledgeable. Alex in the office keeps both customer and staff well-organized and informed. They have serviced both my home and a rental property I own.

My property manager called to fix a leaky faucet a few weeks ago which I wasn't made aware of till now. When I saw they paid $496 I immediately thought something was off. I called to inquire why it was so high. I was told that in addition to the hour of labor I was charged for an hour of drive time. Out of the many times I've used plumbers I have never been charged for drive time.

They also charged me $286 for a $149 faucet, but then told me this is their cost and they don't mark up parts. But wouldn't show me the invoice as proof. I am disappointed by the lack of transparency and honesty in their pricing.

John Padilla Plumbing is the best plumbing company in town! A friend of mine lost her watch and rings down a drain, we thought, so John sent his guys out to drain the sump pump first, and on a rainy night I might add! When the items were not there he sent out another gentleman in the morning and looked in the pipes with a camera and there it was 8 ft down!

John Padilla Plumbing, Heating & Air recently replaced my A/C unit. I cannot say enough about how polite, respectful and efficient they were. From the person scheduling the visit, Victor, to the people installing the unit, Steve and Juan, to the owner himself. I highly recommend this company.

Had John Padilla Plumbing come out to repair a main line break and later re-route supply for a new dishwasher. They're responsive and friendly. They did have to come out on a warranty call because there was dirt in the line from the main line repair. They didn't complain or try to get out of it.

We had a plumbing leak underground due to some tree roots cracking the plumbing lines and causing a major leak at our new house. John Padilla Plumbing used some high tech devices to see through the plumbing lines and pinpoint where the crack was located. They were very prompt and reasonable with their pricing.

This is long overdue. We had an issue with our A/C, it wasn't cooling. I had some guy with white gloves come out the year before and charge a considerable amount of $$$ to recharge the A/C. 9 months later and the A/C wasn't cooling again. This time I contacted John Padilla Plumbing and Justin came out the next day. He was very professional and did a great job diagnosing the issue.
