I have used Intrepid Carpet Cleaners for the last two years while renting our home. Response time and professionalism is beyond what you would expect. I have called last minute and they have always been able to come out within a day, one time it was same-day service. The first time they came over, they left the place better than when I moved in. There was rust stain in the master bedroom when I moved in, by the time the carpets had been cleaned the stain was gone.
My pets made a mess out of one of the rooms while we were out of town and the pet treatment they used got every stain and odor out! I cannot recommend this business enough. You will get same-day call back, professional and courteous customer service and your carpets, unless they were new, will look better than ever! Same with upholstery ~ they cleaned a bench which used to sit outside, looks like new! And top of everything, I don't think you can beat the pricing! BEST service for BEST price!

My dog has had two accidents on my carpet, both times due to illness, and this company was able to come and clean the messes within hours. On another note, the owner, Cynthia, was very understanding when I told her that my cancer-stricken husband needed to return to a clean home after a long stay in the hospital. I explained that the carpet needed to be cleaned and she pulled strings to have the job promptly done. I really appreciated that. The workers that come are extremely professional and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this company!

Recently when my husband and I hired Intrepid Carpet Cleaners to clean our carpets and sofas they did a great job! Our furniture was cleaned to were almost all stains were out the carpet went from black to white they did great! The employees were very polite and understood what our concerns were. They are very professional and handle their business very well. I give them a thumbs up and i do recommend them to who ever needs a cleaning!
