Tiidds did a fantastic job on our roof. They pit in long hours on what turned out to be a much more difficult and involved job than expected. The job took the stated two days and even had an unexpected follow up visit to ensure quality. Billing was accurate and easy to pay online as well. Will be and have r3commnded to friends already.

This is such a fantastic company. In a world of technology and me having issues with forms etc. sent via email, they printed everything off for me. After my traumatic brain issues, I cannot follow things on a screen. No problems. They did everything they promised to do including removing a totally useless chimney! We also added 6 inch gutters, down spouts; and gutter guards too. My husband and I are too old to be on ladders now. I highly recommend this company to anyone without hesitation!

Daniel was quick to respond to my call when I discovered a leak in my roof. When he came to inspect it, not only did he give me an estimate the same day, but he put a temporary seal over the nail hole to keep more water from getting in before it could be repaired. Very nice, on time and professional. I will definitely use them again.

Best experience we've had in a long time with a service provider, maybe ever. They were amazing. Daniel did a great job managing our project and the roof looks great. A bonus was seeing how the owner treats his employees. I initially called on a friday and when he got back to me the next day he said "Sorry, I took my guys fishing for a day". It speaks volumes about his business in the way employees are treated. About 4 years ago we had roof issues due to high winds and hail that damaged most of our roof. I contacted Jeremy Tidds Roofing off of a neighbors referral and and he personally helped navigate us through an insurance claim to get an insurance inspector out and eventually helped get our insurance claim settled, His roof replacement work was excellent and his installers thorough and professional.

We also had new 5 inch gutters installed which beings me to today. We noticed water spewing from one of the down spot seams and we called Jeremy and he had his project manager (Daniel Trantham) come over the next day ( today). Daniel fixed the issue, explained what the problem was, said "you're all set", put his ladder back on his truck, thanked us for being a Tidd's customer, gave me a thumbs up and drove off. Tidds Roofing completed the gutter repair work on my house in a professional manner. From the time I called and inquired of the service to completing the job, was within two days. Jeremy Tidd responded immediately to my call and performed a timely inspection. Jeremy did a wonderful job working with my insurance adjuster and walked me through the roof replacement process. Jeremy's team completed the replacement a week or so later and had the job finished in little over a day. I'm very happy with the work completed and would highly recommend Tidds Roofing!

Working with Jeremy from Tidds roofing company was great from start to finish. He was super nice and professional. I love that he is a locally owned small business. Everything from cost, how long shingles would take to come in, the date of installation and his crew being on time and hard working was exactly as he said it would be. The roof looks great. I usually don't write reviews unless I receive outstanding service which is what I received with Tidds Roofing Group. In the process of selling my home, the inspection report revealed substantial aging and damage to my 11 yr old roof and gutters. So I filed a claim with my insurance agency. The next day a friend recommended Tidds so I reached out.

I spoke with the owner, Jeremy, and he was amazing. After explaining the situation he assured me he would provide the best possible service. And he delivered! The following day my insurance agency sent out their ladder assist and Tidds sent out Chauncey (so amazing) to represent me. They reviewed everything and the claim was approved for a full replacement. Chauncey walked me through the whole process and was very reassuring.

I was on the schedule for 2 weeks out but got a call a couple days later that I was moved to the top of the list because of my situation. They sent their best crew out that Saturday morning at 7am and they worked until 10pm to get the roof on and gutters repaired. They came back the next day to make sure everything was cleaned up properly. Jeremy and Chauncey stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process.

My wife and I recently called Jeremy to give us an estimate on our Roof. We had wind damage and when I called, he responded back within 15 minutes. Within an hour, I sent him the insurance adjusters amount they would pay. Jeremy accepted that, added extras we didn't even know would be available and we were able to schedule the job in a very short time.

The day of the job, his team came out and worked non stop, cleaning up behind themselves all along the way. We were very impressed with the professionalism, and couldn't be happier with our roof. Tidd's Roofing did an awesome job on our roof which needed to be replaced because of hail damage. Jeremy met with the insurance claims adjuster and recommended different shingle options to fit our budget and to ensure great value. His crew started early, left late. Every day they cleaned up before they left for the evening. The used some kind of magnetized equipment to pick up nails that may have hit the ground. The crew was always respectful, did a very professional job, I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you all for our new roof.
