Ronald Wagster established Ron's Decorating Service in 1983 at the age of twenty-five. In 2008, we expanded our business to include carpentry/drywall, electrical and plumbing work, and remodeling/renovating and became Harmonious Decorating & Remodeling, Inc. Our job base ranges from one-hundred dollar painting projects to projects in the tens-of-thousands of dollars range.

We employ our own painters, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and laborers. In addition we work thoroughly with a group of licensed and insured sub-contractors to provide superior service at a fair price.

. I had insisted on an ecologically friendly primer for the cabinets, that i purchased myself (even though Ron told me he thought it might not work) and gave to them to use. Ron was right -they used the eco-friendly stuff, and it almost immediately started peeling -it was awful.

.I bought the house on May 14th knowing it needed a lot of work. I hired Ron a few months prior when I put the property under contract. In order to get started on the job right away I asked him to come with me on the final walk-through the day before I closed. He came with his assistant and we spent hours in the house discussing what needed to be done.

.All the workers were very nice and honest about what could and could not get done in a specific amount of time. If I noticed anything at all that needed to be painted or repaired it was done by the next day. And what is even more amazing is that when Comcast came and messed up their beautiful walls by moving some cable, Ron had his men come back to repair Comcast's mess!.

.Harmonious Decorating has been a tremendous asset to my home remodeling and repair. One project was the third-floor dormer window which had rotted and allowed squirrels access to the interior wall space. The board was replaced, from the outside of the dormer, while the worker balanced on a ladder and his helper held the ladder.

. Ron was extremely responsive throughout the project. It's clear he and his crew take great pride in their work and will bend over backwards to make sure their customers are happy. Best of all, they put down tarps and paper on the sidewalks and cleaned up thoroughly after the project, leaving the place cleaner than when they started.
