I would like to start off by saying it was a pleasure working with Pete and his crew. We were at the end of our rope looking for professional contractors. We had had 5 contractors prior to hiring Pete and pretty much all the horrible experiences you can think of and to add covid on top of that. However, we were so relived after hiring Pete to refinish our basement.

He was very communicative. We knew exactly what to expect through the project and how to prepare for it. He explained to us the phases of what needed to be done and how. Not to mention his crew treated our home with absolute respect throughout the process. When they finished, we got a 3/4 Bathroom from our designated storage area and added a bedroom in our basement. It was an absolute joy! We plan to hire Capco for all our future remodels!

Pete and his team were great! They turned our 1,000 sq ft basement into usable living space with a bedroom and walk-in closet, full bath, linen closet and family room in a little over 6 weeks. Everyone that worked on our basement was prompt, courteous and on time. We had gotten other bids and heard some horror stories about other contractors from friends and neighbors, so we were cautiously optimistic going in. We worried for nothing - we couldn't be more pleased with the timeline and the finished product. We highly recommend Capco General Contracting!

Capco finished our walkout basement. We were very pleased with this project. Capco's owner deals with all aspects of the transaction from beginning to end. The entire process is straight forward and professional. Capco has well established relationship with it's subcontractors. All work was completed on timely basis. My satisfaction with the job was certainly confirmed when the City Building Inspector made his final walk through and remarked, "beautiful job, this is exactly the way I would want my own home done". I would recommend Capco to anyone considering a home improvement project.

Pete Cappozzolo returned my call the same day, came out and scoped the job the next day, and did the work on the 3d day. Pete was very professional. He returned my first call and came out the same day for the estimate. It was started the following Tuesday and finished by Thursday evening. Joe did a great job on the tile work and the new tub looks great. They were on time on budget and were done in less time than any of the other estimates I got. I would use Pete and his company again.
