I am very disappointed. We had a hard time getting them to set an appointment and once Jason came he gave us verbally some good ideas but never sent us a quote or any follow-up. I refuse to chase a business to service us. I am a willing customer. They need to provide better customer service.

Service is OK, they mow but don't trim anything on a regular basis, they sent me a bill that couldn't be paid (there was no link in the bill to pay like usual) blamed it on quickbooks, then they sent me a bill on October 16 that was due on the October 15th! then charged me a late fee. When I cancelled service they tried to blackmail me and said they would refund me the late fee (that was paid) only if I continued service. Not a big fan of their techniques!

All American Landscape does great work, the employees are very friendly and helpful. Their online billing makes my life easier and their set days when they service my house allows me the assurance of a company I can rely on and trust.

I called All American Landscape on the basis of a referral from a friend. I had been skeptical about using a new landscaper as I've had bad experiences in the past. I spoke Jay Sharman, the owner, and explained what I wanted done to my yard. He gave me a very fair and reasonable quote and was able to completely makeover my front and back yards.

Great customer service and quality work! They will also set a monthly maintenance visit to keep your yard looking great and hassle free. The ability to pay online is a big plus in my book too.

We have been using All American Landscape for lawn maintenance for over 10 years and have always been happy with their service. There are 2 houses on our streei that use them and we always receive compliments on how well maintained and beautiful our yard looks. They have also quickly responded and repaired several broken sprinklers on an emergency basis when needed.

After signing up for weekly maintenance, they never trimmed up any bushes in our back yard. After giving them a couple months to do something we finally called 2 times (left a message) to have our plants trimmed up and weeds/root suckers pulled in our front yard. They managed to cut back 6 plants and trim the root suckers- no weeds. We called again(left message- no one ever called us back) to cancel our service.

We get a final bill over a month later for them. We called to discuss this bill(left another message). It took 4 days for the owner to call being rude, disrespectful and arguing as if we did something wrong to them. He finally sent a letter threatening to lien our home over $60. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone, even if I hated you! They basically came and blew away all the debris every week and started mowing there lawn in April when it grew back in.
