Toms response to my request for service was outstanding. He is thoroughly knowledgeable about His Trade. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. Tom was Patient with my hanging over His shoulder and harassing Him, in a good natured way! I wanted to jump in and Help! Ha Ha! Pictures had to be taken for my records and Tom was accommodating!

My husband called about our plumbing issue on a Sunday and was greeted on the other end of the line by a professional and helpful responder. We were told that we'd receive a call 20 minutes prior to the plumber's visit and we had an arrival window of 12-2 pm the following day. At 11:40 am Monday I received that call and at 12pm my help arrived!

Tom has been our trusted advisor for our plumbing needs over the last three years since we moved into our home. When we bought our home we had a number of plumbing issues for a do-it-yourselfer who flipped our home. We asked our friends who they recommended and Tom came into our lives. Over the course of the three years we've had Tom out for different jobs.

It is so refreshing to get honest professional repairs accomplished! Tom from Payless Plumbing was exceptional! He knew immediately what our repair issue was, and offered to fix JUST THAT, and not add several items we did not need. We received estimates from 3 other companies, but ONLY Payless was honest about the repair that truly needed to be done. Thank you!
