They set up an estimate almost immediately, showed up on time when completing the work and kept me informed about the bidget, changes, etc. the whole time. Anthony, who is incredible, managed the entire project on site with the highest level of professionalism and skill. His ability to explain everything, offer solid recommendations/advice and friendly personality made a stressful situation a lot more manageable.

Flatirons Plumbing completed our new water heater installation in a timely and professional manner. They answered all of my questions and took great pride in their work. It's expensive to replace a 40-gallon tank water heater these days. I was surprised by the total price, but I called Home Depot to compare Flatirons quoted price and their price for the tank and labor.it was very comparable. Flatirons also guarantees their work and the water heater for 6 years. I recommend them.

My parents had a leaky kitchen sink and I had yelped plumbing companies near their home and the first one had a receptionist that was dismissive and non helpful and when I called the same company back to speak with the tech it was the same dismissive lack of service, so I called Flatirons next and the woman who answered the phone was kind and informative and setup the appointment for the same day - Kyle the tech arrived, graciously switched his cloth mask to a medical mask when we said we had someone in cancer treatment in the home, assessed the leak and parts needing replacement, drove to Boulder to get the parts, returned did the repair and it was all done so seamlessly. I highly recommend this company and their team.

Our plumber Anthony was AMAZING. Initially my partner and I wanted to DIY this project but quickly realized we would be in over our heads if we tried. We had a complicated request that required piping to be fed through the studs of our outer kitchen wall/inner garage wall. Anthony got it done in a way we never would have been able to & made it look easy, even when met with a complication.

He did a beautiful job, left the place SUPER clean when he was done, was polite, friendly & just overall awesome to intact with. We were super impressed and would highly recommend!

Woke up Monday morning and there was no hot water. Called around to several plumbers in the area to find that there weren't any who could come to help for up to 2 days. Asked a friend if they had a good plumber to suggest and they recommended Flatirons Plumbing. Called and they were able to send Kyle over within a couple of hours. Unfortunately, the unit needed replacing. Kyle was able to give us several options to replace the unit.

We chose the top-tier Bradford White unit which would upgrade the capacity of the tank, is Made In The USA and came with a 10-year warranty! Kyle got us on the schedule for the first thing Tuesday AM to install the new unit. When he was bringing it into the house, I mentioned that I was concerned about the appliance dolly scraping up the wood stairs. Kyle stepped outside and called Paul, one of the owners, who made his way to our house quickly and they were able to carry the unit down with no damage at all. Paul and Kyle carried up the old unit and Paul left after that. Kyle set about installing with great attention to detail.

In the end, I even saw him meticulously wiping down his hand and fingerprints from the work areas and vacuuming up after himself. Kyle really gave us white-glove service! Is it possible to have an appliance crush? I would say yes! The hot water is working better than ever. Thank you so much Kyle and Paul. Thank you Flatirons Plumbing. We had a very unique water heater situation - our insurance company required a diagnostic on the water heater that we had already removed. David came over, inspected the heater (that was sitting on my patio) and spoke directly with my insurance adjuster to assure her that a costly diagnostic test was not required, that the machine had failed and should be covered under our policy. He advocated for me and I am so grateful. We ended up getting the insurance company to cover the replacement device. I would recommend these guys every time.
