My house was built in December of 2020, and my husband and I moved into it in November of 2021. Kline did all of the electrical work for the home. From the start we had issues with the electricity. Every time we shut doors, the lights would turn off. I reached out to Kline about warranty (since it's essentially a new build) and they told me the warranty was 1 year, and technically we are at like 17 months. They refused to help me. I understand if the house is 50 years old, but it is essentially a new house, and they're poor work is the reason I'm having issues

Greetings: Recently my wife called several electric companies to come to my step son's house because the electricity in the home was not working. With him being autistic, it constitutes an emergency in our world. Kline Electric recognized that and sent someone right out. Once we found out the house had power and it was an internal issue, my wife began calling to find that many companies could not come out for several days or even weeks.
Thank you to Kline electric for coming right out and sending Cody. He was kind, caring and took care of the problem immediately and my wife was very pleased with his attitude and kindness. Being a business owner herself, customer service and cost are two things she is always conscious of and we saw that with Kline Electric. We will recommend and use you in the future!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Never replied after getting a quote and scheduling to get a job done and leaving multiple voice mails. The first person who received the call, told me "listen sweety, I just need to forward your call". Left a sour taste in my mouth with that attitude. This was my first experience with Kline Electric, but it will definitely not be my last. Cory was not only competent and professional, but very friendly and pleasant to be around. The work was done well and the price was fair. Also, I want to mention your receptionist who answers your phone. She was very helpful and cheerful as well. This was an all around great experience! Have hired Kline Electric a couple of times and each time have been more than impressed. Cody has replaced an exhaust fan, installed electrical dedicated line, and even recently hung an item along with installing a switch. Each time they have been on time, professional, clean and great attention to detail. They were originally recommended to me by my uncle and I would highly recommend them as well. Keep up the great work!

The communication leaves a lot to be desired. Called to schedule a job. Spoke with a receptionist, a technician, and a senior technician about our needs. They were to schedule with another 3rd party and get back to me with a date/time. Didn't receive a call back. Followed up after a week and again spoke with a receptionist who referred me to a senior technician's phone. Received voicemail and left all the necessary info.
Another week went by and I had not heard anything. After 2 weeks of no assistance/information/call back, we proceeded with another company. It's now been nearly a month and we never heard anything. Disappointing.

My apartment management hired them to look at my baseboard heater. I was highly impressed with their electrician. To my utter dismay he assured me that there was nothing wrong with heater. (Of course it worked for him) he did however do it a very refreshingly polite way. Going so far as explain it to me step-by-step in simple language, without being condescending what do ever.
He also assured me that although it was electrically fine there could be other defects. That if it stopped working againreported to my management team again telling them that he personally said there's absolutely nothing electrically wrong with it try replacing it. I haven't had customer service like that in I don't know how long! Kudos!
