The majority of our work is done in a design/build arrangement, where both the design and construction of a project are under our umbrella. Here is how that process works with us. We will meet with you at your home to discuss your needs and ideas. Subsequent meetings may be required, but we will work quickly to move to the next step so that you will gain an early understanding of the available options and costs of your project.The scope of work and budget presented in the rough estimate are based on the design information and project specs collected to this point. There is no cause for concern if you aren't ready to specify all of your design choices.

We've worked with Red Level on three jobs now - one large complicated renovation, one smallish exterior project, and a collection of smaller remodeling jobs. After the first project, my husband and I decided this group would be the first phone call when we needed renovation work done. We felt perfectly comfortable with these guys in the house.

Dan and John are very personable and professional and they deliver quality work. I was also extremely impressed with the subcontractors that they used. All subcontractors were extremely courteous and mindful of the homeowner needs. I had 3 bathrooms and my kitchen remodeled and some other miscellaneous remodeling work done while still living in the house.
