Took my lamb skin rugs to get them cleaned, 1 of the rugs had a spot on it but the Specialists got it out for me that I thought wouldn't come out! My rugs came back to me better than they looked when I bought them, so fluffy and white! Great job guys! Service: Area rug cleaning

I am so grateful, I called the Rug Specialist to clean my rug. My dog went pee on my favorite rug. And I was so worried, I would have to throw my rug away. They came and picked up the rug. I was so grateful I didn't have to drop it off because it's too heavy for me. They cleaned it in such a short time and when they brought back the rug, it looked liked when I had first purchased it. I will definitely be using them again!

Wow! The tile looks like new! We always use the Specialist to clean the carpet in our home because we know the results are going to be great. This time we also had them clean our kitchen tile and our area rug. The tile was pretty dirty so I thought any improvement would be good, but I was shocked at how clean they got the tile. It looks amazing! The area rug looks great as well. I highly recommend The Specialist. Always exceptional customer service and great results!

I called The Specialists for my rugs based on a referral from a friend that was pleased with her rug cleaning in El Dorado Hills. I chose them after discussing the dog urine on my rug and the rug repairs I needed. I was drawn by their friendliness and passion for excellent customer service, their knowledge, and professionalism. I highly recommend and refer them now. I'm very pleased that the horrible dog smells and spots on my rug are gone, and the damage they repaired is undetectable.

The person who cleaned, Randel, was very thorough and sweet and kind. He even removed a stain that did not move the last time they cleaned. One stain was unremovable but it was an old stain. I was really please. Services: Clean carpet, Clean upholstery

We have been using The Carpet Specialists almost as long as they have been in business. They have always done a fantastic job but they are getting better and better. So easy to work with. James, the owner, was in contact to confirm our appointment the day before and called the morning of to let me know when his team would arrive. Kevin and Matt were friendly, professional and on time. The quality of their work is great. We had some tough carpets to clean and they did a great job with both carpet and tile/grout jobs. I recommend the Specialists if you are looking for cleaning services.

This is the second time I've used their rug cleaning services; both for large area rugs and the results were fantastic! They did an amazing job getting old stains out and the pricing is great too. The best part of this company is that they are a local, family owned company and their staff is wonderful. Every single person is polite and knowledgeable of the services they offer. This company is amazing! When I called, the owner James immediately made sure that his employee had the necessary tools they would need to clean a mattress. Although they had barely opened, and I did not have an appointment, James understood that it was an emergency and had someone out to us within 3 hours. The employee was courteous, on time, and did a great job. We just moved into the area but, needless to say we, will be using them again for all our future needs. Thanks James & Co.

Could not be more happy with the level of service we received! The Specialists were professional, on time, coordinating several teams in two locations and all with a tight hard deadline. Knowledgeable in all kinds of materials and surfaces and their respective adequate cleaning substances and armed with the right tools for the job(s) we asked them to help us with, James and his teams were focused, attentive to detail and did not spare any effort to get our floors and carpets as new. Highly recommended!

I just have to share. I would feel guilty not letting everyone know about The Specialists. I mean WOW. We had three rugs in varying degrees of being dirty. When we picked them up, the rugs were almost cleaner than when I originally purchased them. Even the rug that had some heavy soiling in some spots, came out just beautiful. James and his team will not stop working on the cleaning process until the rugs meet with James' very high standards of approval.

Talk about going above and beyond, this team is the prime example. Using the survey part of this survey, asking I received Good Quality and Good Value would be a disgrace. I have not been there, they came and cleaned my carpets and upholstered furniture. They did an excellent job. They are very professional and service oriented. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I felt I could trust the employees. The Oriental rugs were picked up and cleaned and returned and they are exquisite. They did such a good job. They are beautiful and they did excellent repairs on them.

We have a beautiful tufted wool rug that is 8x10. Unfortunately our nervous cat liked to pee on it again and again. We would use a rug doctor and spend a fortune on all kinds of enzymatic sprays and powerful chemical sprays. We would get a little relief but the urine smell would come back. One day we'd had enough and took it to the backyard and scrubbed it and draped it over garbage bins to dry.

After it dried, we brought it in the house and it wreaked of urine still and the rug was completely warped from not lying flat while drying. I reached out to 5 different well reviewed carpet cleaners and none could help me until The Specialists. I emailed them on a Saturday and they called me the same day. They picked up and dropped off my rug for $20 each way.

We work during their hours, so they allowed us to leave the rug on the porch on pick up day. They warned me that the process may take some time and not to worry. They had our rug for one month and when we got it back it was like brand new. It smelled fresh and clean and it look spotless. The staff were extremely friendly. When the specialist dropped my rug off, he offered to help me maneuver it in the room so I could have it positioned just right.

The total cost for washing, de-urinating, reshaping and pick up and delivery was $379.90. We could have purchased a brand new rug for just a little more than that but we feel strongly about not filling the landfills whenever possible. Picture is the after photo.

The Specialists were great! They showed up on time, did excellent work, and were professional the entire time. If you need your carpets or a rug cleaned I could not recommend this company more. The before and after, even with some stains that I thought would be with us forever, blows my mind.

The Specialists run an operation that does some of the best work my wife and I have ever seen. They cleaned a small investment property for us and were able to get out stains that were so bad we thought we were going to need to replace the carpet. They probably saved us over $2,000. They were timely, professional, and very reasonably priced.

I don't let just let anybody into my home but I trust the Specialists and had my carpet cleaned when I was in delivery. We just had our first baby and had both large dogs indoors full-time We wanted the fur, dander and dog out of the house. I am attracted to the all natural aspect especially since I was bringing a newborn home.

Excellent! Astounded at priority of customer service and satisfaction, and how well stains came up after stain resistant was applied. Aboslutely nothing could have been done better - completely satisfied! I couldn't ask for anything more than your spectacular job! The cost was right on or slightly less than others used.

The specialists just recently cleaned my carpets and they look great! James was very professional and got some tough spots out of our carpets. He also did a very good job on our area rug in the living room, which had a lot of spills from having children around. I loved the way that he used plastic coverings for the furniture and walls so that they would not get nicked up.
