I want to give a shout out to Luke at Craven's. My husband was about to install a portable generator that cost almost $1000 Luke recommended he get a much cheaper generator because it was more powerful and better quality. My husband returned the first generator, got the cheaper one, he hooked it up and it is good to go! Luke did not have to do what he did. You want a company with good people, check out Craven's.

This is my second time using Cravens Electric and both times they have been PHENOMENAL. They are very professional and are great subject matter experts when it comes to electrical matters. About a year ago, my grandmother needed a new breaker box installed because her panel box was very old and outdated. They came right out and installed it for her.

Just recently we had a breaker that kept tripping for unknown reasons to us. Justin and Esteban came right out the next day and were able to diagnose the problem. They fixed the issue and charged us a very good price and even gave my grandmother a senior citizens discount. If you have any electrical problems/issues, I suggest you give them a call.

Overcharged and awful service. Wouldn't stop talking about how hot his girlfriend was. Was a very uncomfortable atmosphere with my kids around.

Two young men came yesterday for what I thought was a breaker issue. It kept tripping immediately after my fountain pump was re-started/plugged in. They were here no more than 20-30 mins and did the following: Removed breaker panel from garage wall. Tested fountain on another breaker and tested the suspected offending breaker & told me it was not the breaker but the pump or pump cord causing the problem. Re-connected a cut wire in my back yard for lighting. Put breaker box panel back on wall (4 screws). Charge: $365. I still have to have fountain pump repaired, which is not their problem.but NOT a fair charge.

These guys were great, they came on time and did an excellent job putting in new wiring for my flat panel TV. Would definitely use then again for any electrical work.

Cravens Electric just finished installing our new ceiling fan. We have cathedral ceilings in my home and the wiring in our fan was severed previously. The fan is extremely high up and located at the bottom of a 6 foot down-rod so this was no easy task. Oscar came to assess the situation and notified me that the fan I had purchased required a 3/4 inch down-rod and the previous fan used a 1/2 inch.

I called to both Lowe's and Home Depot and neither had 6 foot down-rods in the size I required. I let Oscar know and he had his coworker Jacob drive to RICHMOND (! We live in Pearland) to grab the rod from a light fixture store. I was truly blown away with the level of professionalism and helpfulness they displayed today. They were kind and courteous even sweeping and vacuuming my floor after they finished.

The ceiling fan looks amazing and they explained to me how they wired it so that the fan and light would be operable using separate switches which is something really convenient that our previous fan didn't do. I will recommend Cravens to anyone I know that's in need of electrical work. Thank you so much Jacob and Oscar! We really appreciate your hard work and willingness to go above and beyond.

I love Cravens Electrical and all the Electricians! They do a great job. The plumbers are another story. I'm very disappointed. I cannot get Justin to return my calls or make it right. I never expected this.

We have an older home and had several fixtures replaced, service panel replaced and outlets and switches brought up to standard. Oscar outlined the work. Chris M, Larry and Israel did an excellent job doing the work, figuring out solutions to problems that arose. All of the Cravens team worked long and hard to complete the work as planned. We recommend them and thank them for their service.

What out. This company charged me $5000 for a service panel for a small 950 sq foot house. Beware. I think its because I was out of state. Also they cut into my soffit so that there was a gap around the riser so that pests could get in. It was a neighbor and another electrician friend that had to point these out to me. For the price gouge they could at least done an honest job.

Excellent company with outstanding customer service. They installed an outlet and a whole home surge protector for me. The only, very minor, ding I would give is a little heavy on the up sell but they didn't push hard and sat patiently while I researched what they suggested. The components are top notch by the way.

I had a serious electrical issue at my house and after the first company came out and gave me a quote I got back online hoping that the first quote wasn't really the going rate for what I needed! I came across Cravens, thankfully, with great reviews so I gave them a call. Luke came out that day, assessed the problem, and quoted me the same exact work and material as the first co. did for less than half the price.

The crew came the next morning and knocked the job out in an impressive amount of time. I was very pleased with Cravens from start to finish and would recommend them highly to anyone in need of electrical work. They were timely, professional, and courteous and not just another rip off business trying to squeeze every penny out of you knowing your in a real bind. THANK YOU CRAVENS!

Surprisingly Awesome! For a contractor I must give Cravens Electric a 5 Star. I called one late afternoon and the lady answering the phone was very nice and she had to call me back to let me know someone if someone could visit me the next morning. She did call me back and told me someone would be at my home the next day around 9 AM and he did and he were on time.

I needed a new electrical panel they had it installed the same day. There were 2 installers and both were very nice, respectful and knowledgeable. They cleaned up and were gone by 6 PM. Their price was reasonable compared to other quotes I had gotten. I most certainly will use them again in the future.

My husband called Cravens and said that the customer service was probably one of the best he's experienced so far. Oscar came to our house and he did a great job. He got here on time, was super friendly and nice! Totally recommend him!

I will admit that they are very responsive but what they charged me to do less than 15 minutes amount of work is ridiculous. I was expecting at most to be charged $150 I charged more than double that amount to tighten two loose wires in a single power outlet. Also they even admitted that they were suppose to notify me when they were on their way and they did not.

Cravens did a fantastic job with some fairly serious electrical work at our house. They were always on time and their work and attention to detail was worth every penny. The city inspector even mentioned how great of a job they did. Our family will definitely use Cravens again in the future.

Chris was at my house right on time and gave me an estimate that was below what a couple of other electricians had quoted. He was very friendly and professional and did a first class job installing a n outdoor GFCI outlet for charging my Chevy Volt. I am going to recommend Cravens to my friends for their electric projects and I will be calling them for my future electrical work.

Don't waste your hard earned money on this company folks. These guys charged us over $350 to troubleshoot a problem for us. I told the tech what I thought was the problem and he just replaced a piece. I had the same issue a week later and found the issue was at the switch. They never troubleshot anything and still charged me that ridiculous amount of money. I'll never use this company again.

Oscar came out very quickly to give a quote and got the service done the next day. Was to be on the job at 7:00, trucks outside at 7:00, job complete at 11:45. Chris and Shorty did a super job, had a wire run to an outside fountain. They laid down plastic, took off the mulch and then the dirt (did not mix the two) and dug trenches, did not disturb plants.

Best contractor I have ever hired. Oscar was the technician and he was fantastic in everything he did. The work was done extremely well with the highest of quality. Oscar could teach classes on how to treat customers, hopefully he is involved with your company training program. Oscar's helper Chris was also top-notch.

Reliable, honest, clean, & efficient. Replaced 12 light fixtures in our master bathroom and mapped our breaker box for us. I've been working with Justin Cravens for 12 years and have always been pleased. (The one time we used a different electrician, provided by our contractor, it was a mess with work having to be redone several times.)

I recently had an issue with a couple of electrical outlets in my kitchen and contacted Cravens Electric. They were kind enough to fit me into their schedule so that I could receive same day service. The electrician was Chris and he was extremely professional and was able to resolve the issue in a timely fashion. After talking with five electricians who either never showed up for our appointments or said they could not figure my wiring out, I was nervous about paying the cost to have someone come out, in case they couldn't get the job done. I asked if I could bring my gate opener to Cravens Electric, so they could take a look. Justin allowed me to come first thing in the morning, and said if he couldn't do anything, he wouldn't charge me the consultation fee.

He wired my machine in just ten minutes (the same machine others couldn't figure out), gave me the next steps as to how the machine should be hooked up properly, and instructions on where to go and what to buy so the rest of the process wasn't expensive. Cravens' price was great, and I am so happy to finally have that part of my project finished. I will use Cravens Electric again and recommend them to anyone I know who needs electrical work. I'll post a good review of this company everywhere I can.

We had to get our 2000 sqft house completely rewired. Cravens replaced knob and tube, updated the breaker box and made sure the house was completely up to the latest codes. Well worth the money we spent on the work.
