This is the second time that we used LV Remodel for home improvements. The first, was our kitchen remodel. We loved it and we were ready for our bathrooms. Top notch service and VERY detailed. The process is very thorough and the sub-contractors are very professional. They do what they say they will do! I highly recommend this company for any and all home remodels!

The primary bathroom remodel was extensive and the finished project was just excellent. The project was completed on the scheduled time. The new walk- in shower is terrific. The tile work by Daniel is first class and the finish work by Juan and Ernesto made the project perfect. This is the second project we have had LVREMODEL complete for us. We highly recommend them.

I just started my remodeling journey with LVRC. I cannot say enough good things about Sandee, our designer. She was considerate of the aesthetic I was trying to achieve and gave just enough push to get me out of my comfort zone. When I was having concerns about my flooring choice, Miranda (front desk), went above & beyond to get a box of flooring in my house. Every text with Miranda was professional and kind. I can't wait to continue this journey. pictures soon!

Remodeled master bath, replaced dual sinks/vanities, enlarged shower/tile & Glas, replaced tub, replaced flooring and lighting. Very pleased with all and impressed with timeline that was presented at start and finished exactly on time! Completely satisfied and happy to recommend! Professional! Everyone who worked on Project was very pleasant and kept place and surroundings clean.

I am currently in the pre-remodeling stage. Everything up to now has been perfect from choosing materials to giving me a time-line for what will happen each day. I am enjoying the fact that I will not have to deal with subcontractors since they will be arranging everything. Measurements were taken once. The model was drawn up on paper and they came back to measure and doublecheck everything. Anxious for cabinets to be ready for installation. Very happy with what I have seen so far.

We did have to wait for materials which wasn't the fault of LV Remodel. It's how the world works today. Once the materials were here, LV Remodel was quick to have people here installing our shower. This company did the labor work for Bath Planet in the remodeling of my master and guest shower. They showed without a supervisor, and they didn't have any plans. The parts arrived late and the plumber had to wait for 4+ hrs for other items to arrive. They started demo without covering anything, leaving dirt everywhere and the main worker never wore a mask!

No supervisor ever showed up or call, my only communication was with the office manager! For the final walk down the same maskless worker showed up to touch up the work he didn't complete the first time and the company made him the scapegoat to collect final payment. I will ensure this company is not a part of any future projects for my home. Alot of my coworkers were looking forward to the outcome of this project and wanted to know how these companies performed. I will not recommend them to anyone!

LVR remodeled our kitchen, Pantry, and Laundry room. installed new cabinets, Counters, Counter tops. Installed rollout drawers in Pantry. They did great work, on time, professional and courteous. We had these guys do a complete master bath remodel, plus a small remodel in guest bath, and new flooring throughout the downstairs. The team were great to work with, and Chris the project manager was wonderful at calming our fears and concerns. All of the work turned out beautifully and we are very pleased with our fabulous new huge shower. After several months there was some slight settling, which led to cracking of some of the grout lines, and as soon as I contacted LV remodel they immediately sent someone out to completely fix the problem.

I am in the market to completely remodel my master bathroom. I called 3 total places, this being one of them. When I requested a consultation, they immediately told me it costs $25,000 to $45,000 (without seeing my home) and said I have to be okay with that price before they will come look at my bathroom. Truth is, I am not afraid of that number, I plan to spend whatever it takes for the remodel. However, I feel they should be completely embarrassed that they are turning customers OFF immediately, without seeing the space and educating the customer on the process of remodeling a bathroom.

If they came to my home and educated me on exactly what I would get for that money, I would be happy to work with them. Instead, I was told unless I agree to spend that amount of money, they won't waste their time to come out for an appointment. This is unbelievable to me and I will NEVER plan to do business with this company based on how poorly and unprofessionally they represent themselves upfront. I agree with the other bad reviews, maybe consider better customer service coming from your front office staff. Horrible experience.

Reception staff unwelcoming and unhelpful. Owners take note: if you can't get the 'front of house' up to your standards you will lose business!

This is my 3rd job with Las Vegas Remodel and construction. I couldn't be happier. Brett and his team do a wonderful job.

Except for the tile flooring, two bathrooms were completely gutted and remodeled. Brett was easy to work with and provided good suggestions on the overall design, materials, colors and fixtures. The installation crew was first rate and very responsive to our concerns and preferences.

LV Remodel remodeled our bathroom in March, 2015. I thought the quality of their workmanship was excellent, and we are very happy with the results. They stayed in close contact with us before and during the project, and their workers were highly skilled, invariably courteous and friendly. The entire organization seemed professional throughout.

We love our new bathroom and can't wait to do more projects. The remodel was on time and on budget. We appreciated the help with the design that we received and that the work did not intrude on the rest of our home. Our bathroom remodel is beautiful and we enjoy all the compliments we get on it. We hired Las Vegas Remodel to remodel our two bathrooms. The job they did was exceptional. They demolished both bathrooms; Did tile work, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting. All the craftsmen were professional and highly skilled. They told us when they would start the job and when it would be finished and they followed that work schedule and were finished on time.

They totally rebuilt our kitchen from top to bottom. We are very pleased with the results of the project and absolutely love our new kitchen. Not having a kitchen for over 3 weeks was a challenge but you would be surprised how creative you can be to get through this process.

Las Vegas Remodel recently did a complete remodel of my kitchen and open living areas including a reface of a fireplace. I am in construction myself and a very particular about workmanship including pricing and schedule. I am very pleased to say that they were completed exactly when they promised from the initial estimated time frame and exactly on budget.
