I can not say enough good things about my experience with trademark kitchen and bath. Vasilios and his team were amazing from beginning to end. The planning process was simple and concise and they were able to completely transform my kitchen in to my dream. The guys that did the actual work were always punctual and very tidy, covering up my furniture to keep the surrounding areas clean.

Their work was impeccable, with every tiny detail taken care of. Vasilios was extremely communicative throughout the whole process and was easily accessible for any questions. The finished product is stunning and I am thrilled! I highly recommend trademark kitchen and bath for any home improvement projects and will be using them for any future projects.

We were extremely happy with the work that Vasilios and his team did on our kitchen refresh. His designer, Nona, was very helpful, making suggestions that we'd never thought of, but still being supportive of our ideas. The entire project took only eight days, which is a rare feat at a time when materials are scarce and things such as cabinets are backordered.

The primary thing we appreciated was that Vasilios did not even begin the job until he had all of the materials ready to go. This made the timeline very efficient. We also were pleased with the men who did the actual construction. They arrived on time, worked steadily, were polite and professional, and cleaned up after themselves. Vasilios was great, from initially describing our options, to guiding us through the permit (and appeal!) process, to planning and overseeing the construction through to the final inspections. We hired TradeMark construction to remodel our kitchen and we couldn't be happier with their work! We were living out of the area and contacted TradeMark to see if they would be interested in taking on a project to manage a renovation at our vacant house. We were nervous about having renovations done when we were out of the area, but TradeMark made the process as easy as it could possibly have been.

They were very organized and were extremely responsive to all of our questions. In particular, the owner Vasilios was far and away the best contractor I've ever worked with in terms of communication. We spoke and texted regularly, and he would always respond by the next business day, and more often than not within minutes! We hired them to do a big job of exchanging the places of our dining room and kitchen, which involved moving a window and door as well.

They also redid a substantial amount of the plumbing in our house and installed a new septic system in our basement. All of this work was completed on time, professionally, and they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. As I said at the beginning, we could not be happier with their work, and I would highly recommend TradeMark construction to anyone looking for a construction company!

I hired Trademark Construction in the Summer of 2020 for a partial bathroom renovation in a Baltimore City row home. Vasilios was professional, responsive, reliable, and helpful with design suggestions. Mike and Marvin did good work removing an old jetted tub from an alcove, reframing, installing a new larger tub and shower, and tiling the walls and ceiling. I highly recommend them for a comparatively low stress experience with home renovation.

Due to the pandemic last summer, we decided to address projects outside the home. We contracted with Trademark to do some wooden fence repair and a new side porch/stairs. This was a relatively small job but was never made to feel unimportant. During this COVID time, Vasilios and the team that did the work were respectful of our need to distance and face coverings during our interactions with them.

The wooden fence repair was not easy; the team did a great job. Vasilios and the team addressed our concerns on the new porch/stairs. So pleased with their work. I certainly recommend this company.

I knew when I moved into this house that it needed a new bathroom. I found Trademark on the web. Based on the outstanding reviews, I made an appointment for a consultation. There was lots of work to be done on the electrical system in the house as well, and Aaron from Redline Electric who works with Trademark, did a great job.
