The pricing was competitive and reasonable and throughout the process Tony communicated great recommendations (such as for safety purposes and making things more functional) and let us make the decisions before proceeding. I can't say enough great things about Sterling Electric to really do them justice. I recently remodeled my kitchen and upgraded from a 100 amp panel to 200 amps and had shopped around a bit for a good electrician. After meeting with about three or so different electricians in Fairfield County, my wife and I decided to give Sterling the job. Tony has an overall level of professionalism and expertise about him and the estimate he provided for the entire job was fair and reasonable.

He and his team are responsive, skilled at what they do, and personable. They installed recessed lights in my kitchen and the difference in lighting and visibility is outstanding. I feel they truly listened to our needs and walked the walk when it came to delivering what they promised. Sterling Electric will be my go-to for all my future electrical needs - and I imagine there will be many!

Tony and his crew replaced a leaking meter box and installed a transfer switch for a portable generator. They paid close attention to detail to make sure everything was installed correctly and aesthetically. Spent a good amount of time going over all home circuits to make sure transfer switch would be provide good functionality and use during an emergency. Fixed small issues beyond scope of job. Great to deal with. Highly recommended.

I usually never bother to write a review but I felt it was warranted. First off, trying to find a electrician in the summer is NOT EASY especially when it's for a smaller job. Sterling Electric was one of the few to return my call and come out and finish the job. They did great work and in half the time I was quoted! If I ever needed another electrician I will him use them again.

We had Sterling Electric install over 30 recessed lights throughout our house, 3 pendant lights in the kitchen, 4 ceiling fans, 1 chandelier in the living room, 2 bathroom vent fans (which are nice and quiet), and a new hood vent in our kitchen.

It's one thing to hire an electrician and tell them what you want, but Tony was also able to give his professional opinion on lighting design, which we found invaluable and helped us make better decisions so we wouldn't have to go back and change things after everything was finished. We highly recommend Sterling Electric and are looking forward to setting up our outdoor lighting with them as well as an outdoor kitchen in the near future.

Sterling is super professional and does quality work. They respond quickly and get the job done. Tony and his team have done everything form a quick switch replacement to installing under cabinet mounted LED light fixtures and motion lights outside.

We have used Sterling Electric for years as they are reliable and provide quality work. We just completed a project with Tony redesigning and replacing old outdated recessed lighting and the place looks amazing. Over the years, he has installed ceiling fans, rewired the house for a generator and a whole host of other projects. Tony listens to the issues and then makes recommendations. Often times, he will suggest something that will be less expensive but still accomplish my goal. We are very happy with the service Sterling Electric provides.

They put track lighting in two locations with wiring hidden behind walls in living room, Installed a chandelier in our dining room with concrete ceiling and installed ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms. I was completely happy with the men and the work performed. Tony and Gus showed up on time each day and could not have been more friendly, accommodating and professional.

They were faced with concrete ceilings and steel beams in the walls and handled those obstacles with no problem. I would recommend Sterling to anyone looking for a professional electrician and would definitely use them again.
