Everyone with the Dryfast team was very kind and professional. They came promptly to our home after we called and offered us comfort and solutions when we didn't know what to do. Hopefully we will not have any home issues that require their services again, but if we do have a home emergency, they will be our company of choice.

We had water damage and Dryfast was great. From the inspection to the receptionist we felt everyone was friendly and helpful and cared about getting us back to normal. They were careful to ensure our home was completely dry before removing their machines. We felt confident in their assessment each day and also felt like we gained knowledge of the situation just from speaking with the technicians, daily.

Then when it came to repair, they did a beautiful job. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the archway and trim look even better than before. We were concerned with it being a brand new home that the archway would have the same look as the same archway style in the home and it ended up a perfect match. The guys were professional and did a great job. I can't thank them enough. I would definitely recommend their service.

He made sure that everyone involved in the project (AC, drywall, cleaning crew, etc.) were scheduled and available so the process was smooth and actually finished a day earlier than expected. Greg answered our call and walked us through the initials steps, and when we arrived home, Jacob was there to meet us. He was very thorough, inspecting every corner of the house, and taking readings throughout. Jacob was very patient with us as we "flooded" him with questions as this is our first incident of this sort.

He was able to discuss in detail the action plan and time we could expect for the process to be complete. The equipment was set up quite quickly and has been running round the clock without problems! Dry Fast is an amazing company, we had 2 floods at our home on 2 separate occasions. The technicians responded quickly and were able to get our home back in order within 3 days.
