Yes, call them if you need ANY construction work completed commercial or residential. I would definitely use them again for myself and recommend them to others. Long response: Project was a full gut for a studio apartment. Construemax was fast to respond to my need of a quote, fast to send it back (after they came out) and were very detailed in the scope of work they would be completing which is not common in GC's.
I also had additional contract work I didn't want them to do and they worked great with the other contractors (which is also not common). My point of contact was the same throughout the entire project which I appreciated because there was nothing lost in communication or information not shared between people of my wants, concerns or changes needed.
They have material vendors you can use or you can pick and choose your own. Reasons why I would use them again: (1) communication was great (2) expectation of work in scope was great (3) responsibilities were layed out in the beginning (4) they were flexible when it came to working with new contractors, working with my selected materials (5) when something wasn't done to the level I wanted they asked what was wrong and fixed it Lastly Construemax was open to conversation about the project.

Edson Brito IV was a great help in navigating my water-damage restoration. He kept good communication throughout and negotiated with my insurance in a professional manner. If I could give no stars I would! I am a disabled retired veteran with over 20 years of service. Through the years "Integrity First", one of our core values - What I tend to not only live by but also hold close when I do business. Which brings me to a company by the name ConstrueMAX which not only doesn't have integrity but also uses deceptive practices.
Please do not utilize this company, if you do, before you have any work done ask for an estimate or something in writing. Do not allow work to be done and for them to tell you "Your insurance company is taking care of it." Let me explain my story. First, I had a leak coming from my sliding glass door only and chose to call this company due to the fact that their vehicle was parked at my neighbors house, servicing their residence. when I contacted the company I explained this to the person who answered the phone, at no point when I contacted the company was it explained to me the after hours cost or any cost for that matter, I would be charged.
I would not of had an issue with a tech coming the next day if that was the case, I felt this was a win win for both sides due to the technician being right next door and the ease for the tech to assess the situation, instead of having to travel later or the next day from a further distance. Once the technician arrived, I asked how much the units would cost that would be installed (2 blowers and 1 Dehumidifier).
I was told the overnight charges for the units and did not have an issue with the nightly costs. I was also told the cost would be incurred by my insurance company. To my surprise, after close to a year later, I receive 1 letter from ConstrueMAXreceive, not several like stated by Edson Brito.not even spelling my last name correct and stating I owe $1338.21.
I have an issue with this because that is not the cost I was told by the technician, nor was I told of any additional charges that my insurance company or I would be responsible for. I noticed there was a charge for equipment set up, take down and monitoring on 4 different occasions and several other charges. I was not aware this was a bill that I would incur and was told ConsttrueMAX was going through my insurance company.
Now they are expecting payment for a bill that I was not aware of and all contact was through my insurance company. I vaguely remember what was done and the days and time spent. I stated this to Edson Brito IV (VP/Chief Mit. Officer) I also explained, I would like to come to a reasonable solution to take care of this. Please respond so I know my next steps forward.

Never really got a chance to see their work but I'm probably better off. Had an insurance claim that amounted to roughly $3300. Construemax drew up an agreement with a draw schedule asking for 30% before the project starts. To my surprise they asked for $2500 to start. Multiple emails and phone calls got no expanation as to why even though I explained that going by the contract protects us both plus I signed a lien agreement.
All the protection was in their favor, I have no guarantee they would even show up. THey wouldn't budge. Makes you wonder why. At least they cancelled my contract without arguement. Be wary of them.

We had an amazing experience with Construmax. We had a water leak from a broken water piper under the house. They had to bring machines to suction the humidity. As well as fans to dry the water. They removed the flooring and installed new floors. Removed damaged cabinets and Installed new cabinets. It was all completed to perfection and within the expected time frame.
We received attention and respect throughout the process and all our questions were answered. we will highly recommend this company to any of our friends or family. Thank you for everything.

We hired construemax to fix mold growing in our home. The process was very easy from beginning to end. They were all very friendly, and made me feel like our family's wellbeing really mattered to them. I made sure they were fully licensed to treat mold before hiring their company, and I am so glad we did. Definitely will be using them in the future and will recommend to any friends who may need mold work.

Serving the military is not an easy task, especially being away from home and not being able to be present for emergencies that arises. I feel blessed to have known this company. I had a flood in one of my client's home that was detected one day later, and a friend of my introduced me to Construemax to help dry the house that was literaly under the water. It was horrible. Not to say that there was no insurance on this house. Even so, the people from Construemax got the time to go there at 11pm and took all procedures to get the house dry fast to avoid worse dam ages.
They were very professional, punctual, fast and reasonable with the price knowing that we did not have insurance. I'm very satisfied with the prompt reply that they gave me and over all, the excellent service. Excellent company to work with and highly recommended.
