The quality of work done is excellent, as was their professionalism and communication. Lui and the team are highly skilled in they're job and were polite and helpful in listening to any concerns we had. They worked very diligently according to schedule and was tidy, clean and respectful to our property. I will definitely be calling them again for future work. With a great experience overall, I would recommend them to everyone, without hesitation!

This company was a referral and after being burned by my first contractor I was skeptical. My experience with Titan was phenomenal. The workers Javier and Guerillmo were always on time and went above and beyond my expectations. They included me in every step of the process and explain in layman terms everything they were doing. The window replacement team did 19 windows in one day. The owner Mike was responsive and informative. This company will be my go to team for all my projects. They deserve every star. We recently decided to remodel the kitchen in our condo. It was a small galley kitchen, in a building almost 100 years old. This is a second home for us, so had been putting it off due to the expense, but finally decided to take the plunge. I live in the suburbs and had no idea who to call, so went on Angie's list (after having one estimate with someone who was ok, but late and seemed kind of high priced). The first guy who called was very condescending, so ruled him out. Mike called me, and we ended up talking for an hour, like long lost friends!
He seemed to know exactly what we were looking for, and went out of his way to meet me for an estimate on the day that worked best for me. Another person also contacted me, so scheduled him also. I met with both of them, and while both seemed competent, my instinct was to go with Mike, and I am so glad I did. He easily gave me references, which were glowing, and I now know why.
The job went well from start to finish. Being an older building of course there were a couple of snafus, but Mike dealt with them calmly, thus calming me, and even though he could have, did not charge me extra. Also had a nightmare with my appliance order from Best Buy, which Mike helped keep me from panicking on. His lead workman Robert was very professional, and his advice was invaluable to me, as it was very difficult to do a lot of things from 60 miles away.
They brought me samples, offered guidance, and he came up with an ingenious way to hide my electrical box, which is in a very awkward position right above my stove. Even though it was over the holidays, everything was done in a very timely manner. Mike and Robert always responded to my text and calls extremely quickly. We have a building management that is very exacting, and Mike and Robert did everything necessary to keep them happy and follow all the condo rules and bylines.
The finished product is stunning, I can't even begin to describe how well it turned out. Everyone who sees the pictures comments on how beautiful it is. I just can't say enough about how well it went! My daughter is planning on a remodel of her basement in the future, and when she does we will definitely be calling Mike.

I thought I left a review, but apparently not, or the company removed the truth. This company first installed hardwood floors and removed our carpet. They spilled glue all over the house, which they couldn't remove. When I contacted this company they came, they saw, and they agreed it was a shoddy job. They had to rip out all the hardwood floors (not enough glue UNDER the planks) which sounded hollow.
They had to do the job the second time. We asked them to find a way to remove the, what I call the "Gorilla Glue", from the walls, spatters on the floor and doors. 1 percent effective. They broke our master bedroom mirror. The workers continued to put their fast food cups on my Grandfathers antique side chair. I told them 3 times to stop. They put straw covers in our potted plants.
My Grandfather's antique was ruined and I had to take it to a restoration company (although the company agreed to pay for it). The glue spatters ruined our reclining sofa. Couldn't repair. Had to buy a new one (compensated, but admonition of negligence). The glue is still stuck on the walls and side boards. I am so sick of doing this clean up job.
I don't want any of this employees' one foot from our house. We paid an outside cleaning company $350+ to clean what still had to be cleaned. The glue still sticks to our walls and baseboards. Our house will never be the same. By the way, they say their employees are licensed and bonded. Not so. The foreman was never available and admitted he had no license.
Nor did the workers. We should file a law suit for misrepresentation in their oral and written agreement. Steer clear! I actually think the foreman of this company was fired for this debacle.

The employees at Titan are fabulous. Highly efficient, always on time and excellent workmanship. I have had some windows and bathroom remodeling done and will DEFINITELY use them when I am ready for my kitchen upgrade. I was referred to them by a friend and will refer them to anyone I know in need of interior or exterior remodeling.

We recently contracted Titan Builders to remodel our kitchen and bathroom in our Chicago home. The results were amazing. We initially met with Mark Seef, who blew us away from the start. His knowledge and ideas that he brought to the project were outstanding. After we decided to contract Titan, we met with his team of designers and project manager.again

Recently I contracted Titan Builders to update my Kitchen and 2 1/2 Bathrooms in a condo on Lake Shore Drive. During my initial meeting with Mike Dreier, he assured me that there wouldn't be any issues completing the project in the time frame we asked. Mike, along with his team, designed the kitchen and bathrooms down to the exact detail.

I have to say that I was practically robbed by their principal Mark Seef. We contracted him to do a home addition and agreed to a budget which he blew through then walked away from the job 3/4 of the way through. He said, "Well you can sue me if you want" knowing full well what a costly and time consuming headache that would be for us. My wife was in tears at the state he left our house in.
Who the hell does that anyway? Isn't there any honor in business anymore? It's not like we didn't compromise when he said he had misbudgeted by allowing him to use inferior appliances in direct contradiction to the contract or ponying up extra cash for mistakes and false assumptions his guys made. Even after we compromised and pleaded with him he still walked away. FAIR WARNING PEOPLE.

This is what I would call a superb company! Needed to have my patio extended and called Steve Richards who not only showed up on time on the day he said he would, but his team were the most skilled and efficient workers I have ever seen! An expert job from start to finish at a very reasonable price.
