I couldn't be happier with my choice of your company. I've used two 'big name' carpet cleaners since buying my home in 2010 and while I have no complaints about those companies I also have no accolades for them either. From your handling of my scheduling 'memory lapse' of last weekend to today's service I could not be more impressed. Your Technician, Brandon Valdez, was attentive to my specific areas of concern, polite, efficient and did far more prep work than the other two companies combined AND HE DIDN'T HAVE TO BE ASKED.

He helped move items I could not move alone, never complained, and he cleaned my carpet as though it was his own. Clearly he WANTED to do the best job possible and only told me what he COULD do and not what he COULDN'T. Thank you again for everything and please put me on a reminder list for another service six months from now. I am a Kevin's Carpet Care customer for LIFE!

I would highly recommend Kevin's Carpet Care for all of your carpet cleaning needs. In regards to pet urine and odor problems they are simply the best at taking care of this problem. Kevin is well versed on the chemicals needed to eliminate odors and to make your home smell and look fresh and clean. I was very satisfied with the service and care that he and his assistant gave us on our recent move into our home in Tucson. If you have pet urine and odor problems they can definitely help with that.

Plus all the other carpet was overall dirty and stained. But once Kevin's Carpet Care got in there, there was no more pet odors or stains, and the carpets looked beautiful and smelt great as well! Kevin worked an absolute miracle on a carpet that I thought was going to need replaced. Neglected traffic dirt, ground in kid grime and pet staining were all totally removed.
