I called Danny Nolan at T&T restoration when my house completely flooded. It was pretty amazing how fast and thorough he was and really made such an awful catastrophe a stress free experience. Danny and his crew took the time to explain the process and any concerns that I had at the time. Everything is now complete and I couldn't be happier with the end results! From the moment Marcus pulled into my yard to come do a rough estimate, he had a calming effect. I was a complete wreck so he helped me through every step of the process starting with the insurance claim and through the rest of the steps. I was overwhelmed by their compassion and care, the owner even called me himself and reassured me that everything would be probably taken care of and they definitely held up to their word. We are so grateful for Jon and all the folks at T and T. We had the misfortune of experiencing a flood in our 3 week old new build. T and T showed up almost immediately with a large team ready to tackle the job. They were professional, compassionate, and detail oriented. We have lung disease in the family and we were concerned about water damage forming mold, and dust exposure from the demo- however Jon and his team listened carefully and took extra thorough measures to ensure that our home was safe and healthy.

I would imagine this is the same treatment all of their customers receive, as every person I spoke with on his team was a knowledgeable professional. They were fast, knowledgeable, great at listening and addressing my questions, thorough and had the technology available to ensure they handled every component of the flood thoroughly. I was so relieved to have a talented crew managing the aftermath of our flood. We were referred to their partner for the rebuild, citywide, who also did excellent work. Our new home looks new again, thank you TandT!

I made several calls for quotes and T&T was the best priced but don't mistake that for being worst servicer! Victor was on time, respectful of my property, concerned about our animals who may/may not get out with their vacuum hoses keeping the door open and best of all, great at cleaning the dryer vents. He showed me the output which was disgusting so I'm happy it's outta here! Definitely recommend T&T.

I schedule T & T to come once a year to clean my dryer vent. I learned my lesson the hard way after my dryer would heat because of a clogged vent. Ever since T & T started coming, my dryer heats perfectly. The technician is professional and accommodating. The cost is extremely reasonable for sparing me the heartache that comes when my dryer doesn't work.

My husband and I recently made an offer to purchase a townhome in Tucson. During the inspection, we learned that the home had a mold problem. We had five days to get an estimate of the remediation costs over the Thanksgiving weekend. My husband called more than a half dozen abatement firms, and T & T was the only one who agreed to visit the house on the Friday after Thanksgiving to do a visual inspection.

The inspector, Paul Demoranville, said he couldn't promise us a written estimate, but nonetheless produced a very thorough description of the work that needed to be done. Then Paul went an extra/extra mile, spending a half hour on the phone on Saturday, answering all our questions. The seller refused to lower the purchase price to cover the remediation work, and the purchase fell through, but we came away impressed with T & T's professionalism and customer services and Paul's expertise. Thank you, T & T, for saving us from going ahead and buying a distressed property because of lack of knowledge of what we would be in for!

I would like to update my review and state that I was contacted by someone higher up with T&T who reviewed my situation. He explained why they were behind on the accounting side which was a totally valid situation and I was advised someone would make contact with me to verify my mailing address for my deposit. Everything he has offered to help make things right he has followed up on and it has happened. Things don't always go right and I understand that and I also understand it doesn't make a person or business bad either. Problems will happen as that's a part of life but T&T did everything they could to make things right and I highly respect them for this.

We had a pipe leak that flooded a bedroom overnight. T and T came in and quickly cleared up the mess and removed the damaged drywall. Fast response and professional service. I hope I never need their service again, but if I do then I will call them first

I needed estimates for a home I was purchasing. They were quick, professional, skilled and honest. Everything you could ask for in a restoration company. I highly recommend.

Victor let me know his ETA ahead of time and then called on arrival. We had thought to replace part of the carpet and clean only part. I love T & T Cleaning & Restoration their service is great customer service is five star they are respectful on time and overall friendly and job is done that needs to be done in a timely manner. You look up meticulous in the dictionary and you will find a picture of one of their trucks. Does anyone even own a dictionary anymore? Right now if you're reading this review you probably don't have the time to worry about that. Take my advice and give these guys a call right now. They will be at your house within an hour and handle everything from there.problem solved!

Just had my carpets cleaned with T & T.very happy with their work. They were prompt in getting back to me and scheduling my job when I needed it done. Jon arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I will call them again next time I need my carpets cleaned!

We moved here two years ago and on our first night here found our house flooded. Not water up to our knees but a slow leak leak that had buckled three doorways, gotten into the walls in the house and garage. Our kitchen cabinets were buckled. We found a plumber to find the leak and then called homeowners. Being new to ares, we were dependent upon others' recommendations. T and T was great initially.

They came, set up fans to dry the walls, pulled out the affected cabinets and opened up the walls to dry. That was where it stopped. They had expressed his busy they were and I patiently waited. Then they subcontracted out our job to a company that couldn't hang a straight doorway and laid a bucket floor. I released them and finished the job ourselves.

Now less than 2 years later the floor is floating and pulling away from the walls. I would have hired the insurance recommended company if I knew that T andT was unable to complete their works. I am now laying down another floor less than 2 years from the other!

Only reason getting two stars, is PD showed up the day he was called by our plumber, We had not made the call, and were surprised when he said he was on his way. On arrival started taking pictures, did not take any moisture measurements. Said had to start working today, as mold was already developing. Was told water had to be shut off, and it would take 3-4 days for everything to dry out, Next words out of his mouth, were I need a $500 deposit!

I felt very uncomfortable, even more so when during his stay I found out our insurance company had scheduled someone else. I mentioned that to PD, and he kept saying you have the right to use anyone. Thankfully was able to reach the insurance company, they moved up our appointment by two days.

We're done. And they did an amazing job.it looks like new. The attention to detail on the re-build is a spot on match. It might seem like it took a long time since their first visit six weeks ago. But with the holidays, some company, some travel and coordinating through the insurance company, the timeline was ideal. Their work plan fit our schedule perfectly.

This company can clean, it cannot restore. Just use it for that. We had to let them go after nothing was being done to "restore" our residence after a month of sitting around in a motel. They have a high turnover of employees and don't return phone calls. Go somewhere else.

We had a water leak start 8/3/19, took over 4 hours to have someone come out. The lady that came out was confident and seemed like she knew what she was doing. Well after a month, find out she is gone, new person comes in and has to start from scratch fine. Well a month later I am no where farther than I was. My house is still torn apart and you. call and talk to the project manager and get the run around about the status and what is happening.

I didnt want to handle any piece of this process (as they told me they would handle from start to finish which included getting the repairs done) and now we have to handle finding someone to do the repairs cause I refuse to have someone yell at me on.

I used T & T for several years to clean an oriental rug. I will never, ever use them again. Advance arrangements were made to pick up the rug for cleaning with a specific return time as I was expecting a guest for the Thanksgiving holidays. The representative called to say he'd be a little late, which was not a problem. When he showed up, he did not have the rug - it was stolen out of the truck he left unlocked in a sketchier neighborhood.

The owner would not return my calls. My guest and I spent her vacation time looking for a replacement rug. A different representative from T & T came over with an offer that would not cover the cost of a replacement, which I refused. The company finally agreed to pay for the rug we found. Fortunately, the place where we found it was willing to deliver it the day before Thanksgiving.

All in all, it was a very unpleasant experience made worse by the failure of the company to respond in an appropriate manner. If my calls had been promptly returned with an apology for what had happened, and the promise of making it right, it would have been acceptable. The low-ball offer was an insult.

They don't inform you on what happens next. The weekend plus Monday and Tuesday is an eternity when your house is a mess

I am giving this comp3 stars based on the fact that when I called I was told that the dryer vent and blower unit would be included in the price that I was quoted. When the tech came out we were told they didn't service blower units and the dryer vent would be an additional $79.00. The tech did a great job but it took three phone calls to have the additional charge for the dryer vent taken off. Office staff that are giving the quotes need to be properly educated on what they service and what is and is not included in the cost of the service.

My carpets were HORRIBLE! Let's just say white carpet, four kids, and four inside furbabies is a recipe for carpet disaster. T&T saved the day. My carpets are white again! Thanks Juan! Had my carpets and air ducts cleaned. The gentleman Juan who came over was very knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately my carpets looked great that am. but all the stains showed right back up by that afternoon. Given it was 160 for my room and a closet that was kind of upsetting. Especially since I paid for stain removal. My air ducts looks fantastic though.

I would highly recommend T&T I got a puppy a year ago waited till she was trained so there was several pee stains my carpets look beand new! They are very friendly and professional!

I contacted 3 rug cleaners, and this is the only one that returned my email request. They were able to schedule an appointment within 3 days of contact, too, so that was amazing. Extremely professional rug cleaning-- our wool rug looks so much better than it did before. Unfortunately there are still pet smells remaining, so we'll probably have to spend three times what we just paid to get it submerged and fumigated before we're through. Thanks T&T for doing the initial cleaning!

We had a flood in our home one month ago. T&T was recommended to us by Cal's plumbing. We are beyond thrilled with their service. They have been professional from day one, and are almost complete with the work, after only 30 days. Had a water problem under the kitchen sink area and had to have it restored.the cabinet doors were warped, the floorboards looked like giant waves. T & T came in promptly and got to work with the water. damage. This isn't my first rodeo. I had a close friend who had water damage and their restoration people not only did a terrible job, but expensed things that shouldn't have been expensed, in essence causing fraud to the insurance company. T and T only performed as needed, and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend T & T.

I have used T and T in the past and been happy with their cleaning services. Recently I had a leak in my wall and had them out to dry out and tear out some drywall in my bathroom and hallway. They advised me it could take three or four weeks to get all finished. It has now been almost five weeks and they have not even started the repair and it is getting annoying to say the least.

I was advised that the walk through would be scheduled and I would get a call last week. I did not receive a call and I then called them twice before I got a message on my cell, I had been at work and left a work number as well, which was not used. I then called again and gave information that I could be available at a couple times. Still no call, so now I am not happy and when I called today I got the usual excuse that he did call and they must have the wrong number or something, yeah right!

I am now refusing to even have them do a repair on my home as feel they will just mess it up and I am done! I will never use them again and will be sure to tell all my friends and family! Thanks for the headaches!

My AC condensate pipe backed up, causing quite a lot of damage over several days. The AC company recommended T&T for cleanup. The estimator arrived a couple of hours after I called. That's a good thing. However, he seemed less interested in the job when I said I wouldn't be going through insurance and that I wanted separate quotes for the cleanup vs. restoration. it was Friday afternoon, and he said there would be an after-hours charge if they started the work immediately.

I expressed my concern about mold since the water had been in the walls and floor for some time. He was not at all concerned. When I asked him if he could send me his quote the same day, he said, "I'll try." Yikes. As he was leaving, he said he would leave out the mold treatment in his quote, and I asked him to please include it. (?!) He never got back to me, not even after I called the following Tuesday.

In the meantime, I had contacted Steamy Concepts (see my review), who handled everything immediately and to my great satisfaction. I would definitely caution you about using these guys for cleanup

I contacted T&T for carpet cleaning as my apartment offered me a free carpet cleaning through them with a lease renewal. I was able to get an appointment about a week in advance. They gave me a 5-hour window for their service time. I was lucky that they arrived near the beginning of the timeframe, which was great since I would like it to dry with time for me to put my furniture back tonight.

The customer service representative who arrived had very prompt and courteous service. My cat was napping when he checked out the room, and he waited for me to put the cat in the bathroom before he began. He probably spent more time setting up the equipment than cleaning, which I didn't mind at all. He cleaned the room in about 10 minutes. I would give 5 stars, but I was supposed to receive a call with 30 minutes notice that they were coming over. I didn't get that call, but luckily I made sure to be home during the entire timeframe for service anyway.

We used T & T recently to stretch carpet in three bedrooms, where it had wrinkled up. They provided prompt service by arriving on time and giving us a quote in advance, which was half of what another carpet repair place had quoted. And they did the job the same day. The guys were friendly and professional. What a great job! My carpet looks brand new again. We will definitely use their services in the future.

I have always used this company for carpet cleaning in our house. I had one bad experience with one of the guys came over my house. He was very unprofessional, and he use my phone number listed for the company to reach me as his personal use. I ended up calling the company, they already fire the guy. But ever since then the carpet cleaning service has been great.

I did tile cleaning once, there was not a big difference with tile cleaning. The carpet cleaning overall makes a big difference, they do try to vacuum a lot of the water out so it can dry faster.

I would not recommend T and T for dryer vent cleaning. They had to come out twice and still did not get all the lint out of my dryer vent. They used no brushes or specialized equipment, just a vacuum.

I've used this company several times over the years and have always been happy with the service. I had an appointment window today from 1-6. No one showed up and no phone call until 6:30 to try and reschedule. If you know your not going to make an appointment, take a few minutes to call or have the office call to reschedule. Not going to be using them again, they just lost $300. Update: The company redeemed themselves and are coming back out to clean. I will keep using them, they have cleaned my carpets twice and the duct work. Very professional and this must have been an "off" day for someone.
