The crew does a beautiful job cleaning my home. They are quick and efficient and my house just sparkles when they are done. We had cleaned our own home for years, but the time and energy it took was not worth it. Master Clean USA does a fabulous job and I highly recommend trying them out for your next house cleaning.

This was back at the beginning of the year. My parents were coming to stay with me last minute, so I called about half a dozen cleaning services and Master Clean USA was the first one to respond. Their quote was a little high for a basic-level cleaning of what was essentially a studio apartment, but I needed it done quickly so I booked them. They were a bit late, which was annoying since I took my lunch break to let them in. Still, I understand people run late and it wasn't too much of a bother.
My real problem was with the fact that my place still wasn't clean when they left. I have hardwood floors, and it just looked like the dust bunnies had been moved around a bit. The area under the kitchen table was only swiped at -- you could still see the lines where the Swiffer had taken a pass through the dust. It didn't seem like any chairs had been moved.
I had asked them to pay particular attention to the dust and dust bunnies. Nothing was dusted. The coffee table was still dusty on top. ON TOP. I don't know what they were doing in there the whole time. (I am not a neatnik by a long shot, so please don't think I'm being overly OCD about the dust. It was obvious and everywhere.) I had to go back and clean everything after they left. Hiring Master Clean USA was supposed to check something off my to-do list and make my life easier, but instead my wallet was $150 lighter and I had quite a bit of stressed-out last-minute cleaning to do before my guests showed up.
I called them to complain, and the woman on the other end of the line offered to send the team back to finish the job, but since I was in a time crunch I had already finished their sloppy cleaning job myself. I asked for a refund -- even just a partial refund -- but their rep declined and instead told me I could get a discount on my next cleaning job through them.
I didn't ask for details at the time because I was so upset and figured I'd never call them again. When I needed a move-out cleaner last month, I did my price shopping way ahead of time. Just for the hell of it, I thought I'd call Master Clean USA since they owed me a discount and see what their reduced quote would be. I called and explained that I had used them before with unsatisfactory results but wanted to see if they'd honor their promise to do the next job at a discount.
Their rep sounded very apologetic, thanked me for giving them a second chance, took my info to see how much of a discount they could give me, and never called back. It's been a week now. No matter -- I used Rosie's Cleaning instead and they were fantastic.

I have used Master Clean for general cleaning of my home and my office building. They always do a great job. Recently a homeless person made a serious mess at our building which required a professional service. I contacted Master Clean and Jessica and Brandee had someone out to the site within two hours. He did a perfect job with a nasty mess. I highly recommend this company.

It went very well, thank you so much! My husband and I keep finding more stuff that they cleaned that we didn't even realize could or would be cleaned. I'm sure our vaulted ceilings through the ladies for a loop (the ceilings are really tall) but they did a great job washing down all the walls anyway. A CELEBRATION of MEDIOCRITY! You think you're getting something you'd rather not do yourself? Guess what? You will do it yourself when you discover what didn't happen. I had a $$$$ construction site cleanup = beyond lackluster. Why did I think they'd really clean out the drawers? Remember the light fixture? Investigate old fly poop on the window sills?
Because technically, that could involve scrubbing and the topic heading may have been dusting. Which they did a poor job of: at $40 per worker per hour, get your own people and bring the supplies and stand there to make sure it's getting done to your satisfaction. Because this situation was a commitment to mediocrity, wait no, it was raising mediocrity to an ART FORM! Disappointment made real.

Was not pleased with the job these cleaners did at my place. Granted I used the Santa Barbara Axxess card for the discount so sometimes service is on par with the pay right? Well I had asked explicitly for the focus of the two hours to be concentrated on the bathroom and kitchen as these were the problem areas. They were clean when they were finished but definitely not more than my average Sunday cleaning could have done.
Then the manager emailed me saying the three cleaners had to take more time than expected because of the kitchen and bathroom so they had to charge me MORE than the highest quote they had given me. I should have stayed home to make sure they got the areas that I requested done in the first place.

I can't say enough about the awesome service I have received from Master Clean. I am a vacation rental owner and Master Clean is my go to cleaners for all my needs, which is usually once or twice a week. They have never let me down. My guests continually comment on how fresh and clean the home is when they arrive. Unfortunately, on one occasion I neglected to schedule a cleaning and had guests arrive at our home to find beds unmade, dirty linens, etc. (my worst nightmare).
Master Clean came to my rescue by calling in staff and providing an evening clean up while my guests went to dinner, totally saving my reputation! Jessica and her sister Brandee are professional, efficient, and so easy to work with. I can't imagine using any other service!
