My rug was an impossible one to clean perfectly--tightly woven wool with a pattern of bright white and dark blue, plus gross dog and plant stains. It came back nearly perfect, but not perfect, so Pacific Breeze said there was no charge. This is a company with rare integrity that I recommend wholeheartedly.

The sofas must be 10 years old and never cleaned. Thats embarrassing but Alex did a fantastic job- the sofas almost look brand new. Why did I ever wait so long. Thanks so much. Looking forward to Alexs return to clean the vinyl tile in kitchen and two bathrooms.
