Action Gutter Cleaning

We've used Action Gutter repeatedly in the past with no problems. We had them out in March and work was completed. Check payment was handed to one of the crew members, after he said I could do so. They proceeded to lose the check, which I didn't find out about until I got a late payment notice. They called later to say payment was still not received.

Basically called my wife a liar because "he has never lost a check". They expect us to issue ~$40 stop payment on the check and pay them full amount due to THEIR employee mishandling the payment. Cannot recommend them due to poor customer service and lack of accountability on their behalf.

I am upgrading my rating from 3 to 4 stars. Action Gutter Cleaning contacted me and said that they had missed my email. A crew came out and cleared the missed leaves. It rained today, and the gutter is draining properly.

I called this company to qet a quote and immediately put me to schedule on a specifice date. I told the lady that I will call back but she insisted that there should be no problem and I can cancel any before the service date. I told her the i need to check my calendar and get back with her because the date the pick up for me is a busy day for me at my work.

After a few weeks, I thought she's going to cancel my appointment since I did not confirmed during our conversation on the phone. 2 days before the date of service that she made up, I have been receiving text asking me to confirm my appointment with them but due to my busy schedule and I am worried that the text might be hacked. So I disgregard this text message.

On the next day during the middle of my work meeting I heard someone who went in my backyard and I saw 2 guys forcing to open my back gate. then I heard some loud blower in my roof after checking my camera. I went out and ask them that I don;t have an appointment and ask them to leave. After a few hours, I also found out that my gate door is broken.

I viewed my camera and I saw that their service men is trying to force open the gate that causes a huge damaged of the fence. They should simply doorbell before they will enter to my property. The damaged that I spent to repair was tripled on what they are asking me to pay. I am considering them as illegal trespassers in my private property. After a few week, a received a bill in the mail and asking me to pay.

I called the customer service explaining the situation and she demanded for payment since insisting that their guys provided service to my house. She also treaten me that she will put to collection if I don't pay the bills. I explained to her my opinion and just suddenly she hung up. This is not a good company to deal with. The lady who answered the call is so rude. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. This company don't listen to their customer or prospect customer. They just want to make money.

We have used Action Gutter Cleaning for several years now. Always had a good experience with them. They show up on time and do a great job.

Action Gutter cleaned our gutters. They are apparently very busy, so we had to wait for about a month for a cleaning date. They spent a short amount of time at the house and charged $140. 1-2 weeks later, we got a heavy rain and water was pouring out of the gutters on the back of the house. I found a loose mounting bracket and fixed it with a screw instead of nail.

While doing this, I saw some old leaves still at the end of the gutter where the downspout is located. I sent Action Gutter an email asking them to correct this, but over a week has passed with no response. I will use someone else next time.

We hired them to clear clogged gutters and downspouts. They blew the leaves off the roof, noted on the invoice that the gutters and downspouts were clogged and needed to be cleared, and left. After contacting them to find out why they didn't clear the clogs, they said that the gutter guards on the clogged downspouts needed repair. That required another visit and another charge.by the same guys that blew the roof!

I get it that a minor repair may add to the initial fee, but this repair (trimming 6 of two gutter guards and adding screens to those areas ) ended up costing us nearly double the quoted fee. I don't recommend us this company.

This is the 3rd time I have used Action Gutters and can't say more about this company and employees. They do excellent work every time with cleaning my gutters and cleanup after work is done. And the price is right including senior discount. I will continue doing business with them in the future

I've been a long time customer of many years. They couldn't make first appointment and had to reschedule for two days later, I said no problem. Noticed they never showed on new date and contacted office. Office manager said according to her paperwork they had cleaned gutters and asked me to take pictures of gutters. Emailed pictures and they had no explanation of what happened and could only send same crew once again. I declined and canceled.

Left gutter completely blocked with leaves refused to come back out. Sloppy work no clean up once blow gutters out. They don't double check gutters to make sure there clear. Get gutters cleaned by a reputable gutter company not Action gutters. Got up on neighbors roof when first call them. Had to call them next day cause lady gave crew wrong house number. To many mistakes made by Action Gutters

This company at one time was absolutely jam-up. In the last year the service has gotten horrible. They have mismanaged my schedule, double booked me, won't return a call, won't answer the phone and seem to make a plethora of mistakes. I had to kennel my dogs and take the day off of work because of their lack of communications. I had been so pleased with their service and today I am looking for another gutter cleaning service. I have all day since I am home from work!

Called Action Gutter cleaning to come out and clean our gutters on our very large property we have 35 homes in our neighborhood. They did an unbelievable job on each and every home. The staff we spoke with on the phone was very very helpful and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Would recommend this company.

Action Gutter and their crew were outstanding! They were able to do the job with in a few days after booking my appointment. My roof is very steep and hard to access. My roof and gutters were full of debris and long over due for cleaning. They took care of everything, including replacing some missing screens. Other companies quoted me a higher price or had a longer wait, but Action Gutter was reasonably priced, thorough and did everything I expected and then some.

Gutters and house look great. Your guys did a nice job, as usual. I thought the crews would be here after 1:00 PM. I left at 11:30 and was home at 1:00. The guys had come, finished the gutters and left. Quick work. Thanks again.

I just wanted to say thank-you for sending your crew over last week to look at the gutters. They were very courteous and clearly explained what needed to be done. I'll see you in the late fall or early winter for another cleaning. Thanks again!

I rarely write to comment on a nice effort because I think it should be expected, but the crew that came to my house on Saturday did a great job. Skip headed the crew. They came the scheduled day, got on it in a hurry, did a good job and a good clean up job, and did it for the quoted price. You rarely find that from anyone in the contract industry.

We wanted to write a note and let you know how happy we are with your service. We have used your services for gutter cleaning a few times and have been very satisfied. Most recently, last week two gentlemen cleaned our gutters and did some minor caulking for us. They were polite and professional and made sure I was satisfied with their work before they left.

OCT 7TH UPDATE. I have upgraded this review from one-star to 4-stars. I just received a call from Action Gutters in Cumming. The lady was very apologetic for the downspout issue. The guys are returning sometime today. No exact time provided which is understandable. But the bottom line, to me, is ACTION GUTTER CALLED! For my money, that is A HUGE PLUS.even if they do not correct the downspout issue.

It shows they do care.you can't say that about most service providers nowadays! It is now 345PM on Oct 7th. Action Gutter is back and they checked my downspouts. They are clear now. Earlier in the day, I thought I heard them clearing the gutter. Well it was a dog-gone squirrel. I wonder if the squirrel had clogged the gutter at the time I was outside when it was raining.

Who knows. Well I need to have the gutters re-secured to the house. I am having Action Gutter do that now.for an additional charge of course which is expected. In summary, ACTION GUTTERS MAKES GOOD ON THEIR PROMISES! I had a problem with their work and they came out the next day and took care of the issue. You can't ask much more from a service provider than that. In closing, I do recommend Action Gutter of Cumming GA.

This place must have a lot of pleased customers because when I called a month ago, they said they were booked for the next month. Since gutter cleaning is not exactly an emergency, I decided to book anyway because the quote they gave me sounded good. When the day came a month later, they gave me a reminder phone call and told me I did not have to be home and they would leave the invoice in the mail box.

When I came home, my gutters looked great and there was no debris on the ground that I could find! I actually expected a messy job for some reason, so I was pleasantly surprised. I paid the invoice online (no checks, cash, or other bs- online payment like everything should be). The amount on the invoice was actually $15 less than the quote. I will be scheduling this company twice a year for as long as they exist.

After stressing for months as a relatively new homeowner about how one books a gutter cleaning, I just called this company and they're basically going to go clean my gutters without me being there, and bill me for it. They asked me where and how big my house was and gave me a quote that sounded extremely reasonable. Wow! That was not stressful! If I could have done this online, I would have given them 5 stars. I may give them 5 stars anyway after they're done cleaning.
