Ed was putting finishing touches on the deck of the home my husband and I had just purchased. Ed is very hard working and punctual, he always came to the job site to check on his crew. Ed works with his heart. Most contractors do the work, want their money and they're gone. He was a good communicator and his crew was responsive and helpful. My Family loved his work so much so that my sister had [Zayer] add an addition on her home.

[Ed] and his staff took a personal interest in my remodel, made recommendations for necessary changes and improvement, and worked within my budget. I never worried about leaving my home while Zayer's construction team was working. They are completely trustworthy. They cleaned up every day and it was not a problem to live in my home while they were working.
