Huge shoutout to Wan K Lee, John Kim, and the crew for the fantastic job then did for my remodeling project! My project is a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodel. Like every remodeling job, this is a daunting task give to consider that there are many plans to make and lots of efforts you have to put in to ensure you have the desired outcome. Luckily I hired the right crew to work on this project, and we were able to land a satisfying end product.

During the planning phase, we consulted many different contractors, and Wan's team was the one that really stood out and had the project proposal that meets our requirements and reasonable cost. Wan's team is very professional, especially John Kim, the structure engineer who always finds the right solution and never compromises quality and safety. Wan's team is very flexible and would adhere to my specific requirements for clear communication. I'm a super detail-oriented person who cares about quality, and Wan's crew would meet my expectations: - Throughout the entire project execution phase, Wan's team would report every action to my and getting my approval before taking the action. - We performed quality check at specific checkpoints and I would order them to rework if I'm not satisfied with the end results. Wan's team would gladly cooperate at all cases to make sure I'd be pleased in the end.

For example, we redid the master bathroom tiles 3 times just because I'm not satisfied with the pattern we had. I also want to highly recommend John Kim, the lead engineer on Wan's crew because his expertise and high quality work. Just like any engineering project, there will be unknowns discovered during the execution, John would always provide the perfect solution and making the right trade-offs.

Being an engineer myself, I really appreciate this type of working attitude. Overall, I would highly recommend Lees Pro Builder if you are looking for remodeling your home. And I would definitely hire them again for future jobs!

I got Lees Pro Builder to come back and work on my living room. We asked them to remove some build in cabinets + build storage under our stairs. It was below their minimum project cost so Wan and I brainstorm some other very useful changes to do to make the project viable and my living room much better. He brought up an above fireplace TV mount and even suggested removing the fireplace (the latter which we declined to do due to timelines).

We also had them replace most of our light switches with smart light switches and they all work perfectly. Jongchen and his team came by on time and finished all within the timeframe Wan gave us. The team asked me some questions on where I want certain things, color, and finish. All resolved quickly and they were very thoughtful of my time (I was working from home in meetings).

If you're looking for a contractor that is fast, reliable and has vision, Wan, Peter and Jason are the crew you're looking. Not only they did a great job remodeling our home but they did it right on schedule. If I could more stars, I would. Extremely satisfied with the project. Thank you.

I am writing a review of Lee Pro Builders based on my experience with a project repairing dry rot on my house prior to repainting. With only a month time limit, it was extremely hard to find a contractor this very busy season who could do the work. My first impressions of Mr. Lee was good: He was prompt, very clear, and to the point regarding the terms and his observations on the condition of my house.

He told me the details in an easy to understand way, and explained the possible costs associated with each step. He warned me of possible additional costs and gave me a quote based on his current information of materials prices. Overall he was very professional, and direct about the project and what it would entail. Work started promptly after signing of the contract, and the workers did a good job.

The work looks solid, and anything I found irregular or strange Mr. Lee would clearly and patiently explain or have fixed, detailing the reasons and costs associated with it. For example, we found badly rotted beams in the roof structure and he explained the costs, took pictures for my viewing, and waited for my OK before replacing them. I did not have a problem with communication, as he is very prompt with replies.

Although as with all projects there are minor issues, mainly with scheduling as all his work teams were very busy this summer, he did complete the project on time, and mostly within budget as agreed on the contract. He is very clear about getting my OK for any additional costs before work, and is reasonable about the costs of the project by finding ways to limit expenditures on such things as materials.

He was even able to connect me to other service providers to handle some minor work outside his range of services. Overall, while it is definitely better to not have to dry rot repair done, Lee's Pro Builders made the work go smoothly. I would recommend this contractor to others for the quality of his work and great customer service.

We hired Wan K Lee and his team to renovate our bathroom and a small attic area. They added square footage to the bathroom by repurposing a side closet and gave us a beautiful master bath. Wan and his team were amazing- they partnered with us through the design process and worked diligently to get the job done on time and with incredible quality. The showed up quickly after request for on site project walk. Very professional. Advised me of some of my blind-spots for the project. prepared two quotes one with the basics and the other with some options. We are going to go with the options. Two other contractors walked this project with me and by far Lees Pro was the best.

I hired Mr. Wan K Lee to repair my sunroom that is located in my backyard. It is a 16x30 and we've had it for over 2 decades. Mr. Wan made an appointment and was early. To summarize, before repairs: - Upon arrival, he wore a mask and had a copy of his license for me. - He spotted dry wood termite damage on the rafter. He advised me to contact an exterminator as termites can cause significant structural damage if left untreated. - He recognized that the sunroom had sunken several inches over the years as our home is on a hill. - He made recommendations for vinyl flooring and stated that it is possible that I may not be able to use the sliding door on the left side wall that was damaged. (Luckily, his team was able to repair the wall and the sliding door still works.) - Mr. Wan emailed me a step by step plan with the costs of each part of the project.

The email had a lot of information but it was very neat and easy to read. To summarize, after repairs started: - Mr. Wan's team arrived every morning with masks. - Mr. Wan's team also made a smaller repair on roof that was damaged at front of home. - After the final day of the 5 day project, some quarter round mold did not properly stick due to weather conditions. However, Mr. Wan's nephew (Peter) replied to my text and stated that they will be there to assist on the Saturday after New Year's Day. - Mr. Wan made himself available to me via phone call or text at all stages of the repairs. Lastly, Peter answered all my questions and kept me updated on the project. He also consulted with the team whenever I had questions about other repairs as well. I highly recommend Lees Pro Builder for any home repairs that are needed!

We hired Wan Lee and Jason Lee for my house remodeling. I asked them to do the kitchen and bathroom remodeling with interior painting. They did a perfect job. The team of employees was great to work with given I needed a lot of help with design and materials. It was also great that they were fully aware of COVID and wore masks all the time with social distancing.

They helped me chose the perfect color for interior painting and all of the finishing materials. I was able to save lots of money and time. The work they completed was over satisfying. They also finished jobs above my expectations. I would highly recommend this company for a home project. I like to thank Wan and Jason's team for my house project.

We had a great experience with Wan and Jongcheon Kim. They did a great job finishing a room outdoors for an office. They wore mask all the time and put our safety first following social distancing rules due to covid pandemic. Everything was done as planned. Great communication, great planning and right on budget. My profile says I am a hard to please guy (hoping not to be to jerky), but when I find a vendor who is honest and does a good job, I heap the praise! Lee Pro Builder is just such a tradesman. He did everything right. He was responsive, texting and emailing. He showed up on time, even coming from San Jose. He was honest in scoping out my project and even revised down his original estimate when the damage was less severe than quoted. And his work was quality. His price was fair. What I really liked was his communication. We reviewed photos on his phone at each step. I will use him again.

Wan Lee, the owner came out after Home Advisor recommended him. We needed some drywall work in our garage to prep for a solar battery install. Lee does large jobs but agreed to schedule us right away. He recognized us as both Veterans and myself 100% service connected disabled. He gave us a great quote and was out the next day. He and his nephew John did a super job! John's attention to detail and craftmen's skills exceeded our expectations and more. Wan did an install of 2 electrical outlets and also off quote closed a hole in another wall left by a less qualified contractor to make our garage look better. I found the contractor I'm going to use from now on. We are 150% satisfied! I recommend them without hesitation.

We hired Wan and his brother, Jason, to repair and paint the exterior stucco of our home and install framing around all windows. It was Jason and his crew who were doing all of the work and Wan never bothered to drop by to see how the project was progressing. They did a very poor job and cut so many corners. They insisted that it was not necessary to prime any exterior surfaces, even though it was noted on the contract that they were priming and painting the house, the containers of paint they bought say to use primer, and all the industry professionals we consulted with were appalled that Wan and Jason weren't priming the house at all. Jason painted the front door our color of choice and the paint is already chipping due to lack of primer.

They overcharged us for cheap styrofoam framing that wasn't even coated or installed properly. On some of the edges of the styrofoam frames, I could feel the soft material because the hardening agent was not fully applied, and that will not do well in the elements. I think on day 2, they power washed the exterior and I saw them walking around with the machine but honestly, the exterior is still dirty so I don't know what they were really doing. Also, there are a couple of really long crack lines that were partially filled and leftover glue from the old house numbers that weren't cleaned up.

At one point, Jason tried to tell us that we drilled new holes into our door frame because he did not patch them up before he painted it, but in reality, those holes are from an old screen door we used to have. When we communicated our frustrations to Wan, he never tried to contact us to remedy the situation, which ultimately led us to fire him. Our new contractor working to fix Wan and Jason's shoddy work was shocked that they are licensed contractors.

The trust we had in Lee's Pro Builders to beautify our home was essentially broken after day 4 and I caution anyone looking for a general contractor not to do any business with them.

Mr. Wan Lee and Jason Lee were easy to work with and responsive to all our requests. We did a large renovation, demolition of 2 walls, weight bearing beams installed, concrete foundation reinforcements, and leveling out floor.no more step down family room. Our "great room" (new kitchen, family room and dining area) resulting. All inspections went well and we are thrilled with the results. Jason and his crew are dependable, respectful, professional and always cleaned the construction area before ending their work day. The job was completed in their estimated time of 6-8 weeks. Lee's Pro Builders will be my first call for any further construction needs.

This company is terrible. Hired them to do some demo work. Terms were 50 percent down 50 percent on approval by inspector. Their work did not pass. The inspector said it was the worst demo job he has ever seen. The project manager named Russell then sent me a new quote with new terms demanding payment right away. Russel cannot speak English so having a conversation or requesting an explanation is impossible. They ended up abandoning the job site. I also tried talking to the owner but he stopped taking my phone calls or returning email. Beware

I would never recommend this company. Be very careful with this group. I hired them thru Home Advisor. The job was to repair a deck. Once they started, it became apparent that the deck could not be repaired. I asked for a bid to remove the deck. They gave me a price that I agreed to. At the end of the day, they refused to remove the piers that are a major component of the deck.

I was left with a job half done that cost me several hundred dollars more to complete. This is not an ethical company. Also know that the owner goes by two names. Wan and Russell. I suspect that's to shield him from taking the heat for this kind of scam. I cannot recommend this company in any way. Use someone else.

Wan and Jason were fabulous. We hired them to work on our 780 sq. ft. addition. The process was professional and clean. Wan was very patient with our ideas and answered with satisfying answers. We would be happy to hire them or share them with my friends and family.
