I had scheduled 3 quotes before painting my home (interior and exterior). I'm not sure what the deal is these days when it comes to finding hard-working honest people but the first two people that came to my house came highly recommended but disappointed me terribly. Eric from D and D showed up when he said he was going to, gave me a reasonable quote and spent a good amount of time explaining the process to me.
He was extremely professional and I had a great feeling about him from day one. His crew is hard-working, punctual, and honest. They do a great job and clean up after themselves every day. We are happy with the paint job on the outside and inside and will not hesitate to hire these guys again in the future! Great people great service!

Had them over to provide an estimate for the entire exterior house painting. Wanted to maintain similar look and color combination. Explained everything and asked when this can be done. They give you a time 2-3 months out to come and show samples. But take deposit upfront with an ambiguous contract. We trusted they understood requirements having been in the business.
They misrepresented the contract and wanted to charge even more money to do the same work. Deposit is gone. They were extremely rude and insulting. Not professional and don't have any customer service skills. They write contracts after listening to your needs and structuring in a way to later charge you more money. Loss of time and money. Eric is not to be trusted.

I would definitely recommend D&D Painitng, professional, prompt and the quality of work top notch. I changed my mind on the exterior color of my home after they spent a day with prep and 1st coat, they graciously stopped and gave a bit of time to select another color and did not charge me a fortune to make the change. Oct. 31, 2020 Happy to write a great review about D and D Painting! Prompt, careful, neat, tidy, great clean up of supplies for our home that hadn't had an exterior paint job in 17 years. Total of 3 days for power washing/paint job for a great price compared to the other 2 quotes. Eric's best advice came true with color choice "Pick a color that is pleasing to your eye". You betcha!

Nice guys and some work i had done on trim and walls were great for the money. However, i had my kitchen cabinets painted but asked them prior if they spray painted them because that was the finish I desired. They said yes. I left for a few days due to work travel and that led to a rush job. It was a Poor finish which means they didn' sand between coats.
They were rolled on and not sprayed as promised and left me with what Pro painters call Orange Peel look. The dissapointment lies in the fact i complained politely and the painter I hired from the company a month later confirmed it was a bad job by his own company. I heard crickets after that. I wouldnt of wrote a review but I hear it from my wife every day since.

Eric, D & D painting did a great job for the exterior painting of my house. This has been the second time that Eric painted my house. After he got the job, the team arrived on time, painted the house wall in a detailed manners and got the job done perfectly. To start the painting project Eric came by twice to discover our painting needs. once to see the size of the job to be able to give a quote and the next time to go over the details and confirm colors. Eric gave us a fair quote, started and finished before the scheduled date. The crew did an excellent job on my parents home. Disappointed with the work done. The cracks in the Kitchen and Living room ceilings still can be seen. Because of trying to save on paint on the roller, areas on the living room walls weren't covered with the new paint color. We left the nails on the wall where we had pictures, which we were told wouldn't be a problem. Found at least 6 different areas where the roller cover left pieces because of not being careful rolling over the nails. Was going to have this company paint the outside of our house, but the example of their work, forget it. No, if they can't do the job right the first time, there is no need to have them come back to cover up their poor workmanship.

Eric n crew did the exterior of our home. All was well until I highlighted the messy lines between windows n doors and that the 2 colors were smudging in the corners. Eric is a very rude person. Did not fix and gave back attitude. Started shouting at me and misbehaved. Started saying that I m not a painter and know nothing and shudnt be asking for details of the job.
I m very disappointed that I let him even start work at my home. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL. he needs to be more open to answering questions as its my home n I must know the details PLS DO NOT HIRE HIM. ESP ERIC.HE IS VERY RUDE

Eric and crew arrived to the job site when expected and immediately set out to work. They proceeded quickly and carefully, masking off parts of the building and laying tarps. Within what seemed like minutes they were painting. The job was completed in less than a day which included clean up and some chat time after. D&D is local to me which is important. I prefer to see local businesses do well when it's deserved and in this case it is. I'll definitely use them again.
