Service was great, I worked with Derek H. Who answered my questions quickly and professionally. Overall pleasant to work with. He made recommendations that saved me money as well as better carpet. He came out and was able measure and get everything started in a couple days. The fast turn around was invaluable. I'd recommend anyone talk with him if they have any carpeting needs.

We had Derek come out and give us prices on new floors. He was kind, courteous, answered all our questions. He was easy to talk to. Didn't feel any pressure, which is huge with me. The process from Derek coming out to the installers was good. We had to have some minor fixes on the install done. That whole process was communicated well and they came back and fixed issues. Thanks Dillaboughs flooring for standing behind your work. That is hard to find these days.

Our experience with Dillabaugh's has been frustrating regarding replacement of defective Mohawk carpet. Difficult time of organizing/coordinating the replacement with the fulfillment dept. Communication has been marginal at best. However, Dan Holston, has been extremely helpful in making sure our issues have been addressed. He has gone the extra mile to help us resolve not only installation issues but poor installation of the replacement carpet. Dan has provided outstanding service. We are very appreciative of Dan's excellent assistance.

I have been very pleased so far with Dillabaugh's Flooring America and Joe Minton's service in connection with ordering carpeting and flooring for my home. I say thus far because the project has not begun as yet, but I have ordered the material and the work. Joe has allayed my concerns over the coordination of the project and has been very courteous and friendly in meeting with my daughter and myself in choosing products, coming to my home and measuring, and meeting with us to do the final paperwork and scheduling. I look forward to having my new flooring and carpet installed and expect that all will go smoothly under Joe's direction.

Teresa went above and beyond helping me with carpet and flooring in our home. I never felt rushed or ignored. She had lots of advice on what would be the most durable with kids and a dog she even stopped by the install to make sure it was going well. I have been very happy with my experience at Dillabaughs. We recently had new hardwood installed as well as re-sanding and finishing the existing wood floors. We are extremely pleased with the results! I loved the natural color of the newly laid floors and expressed my wish that they could remain that color forever (as our previous floors had "yellowed" over the years). The awesome floor technician, Brendan, promptly gave me that option, phoned his manager to get approval (and the supplies ordered) and our beautiful floors will now remain that way! Dan, our salesman, was helpful during the whole process and we appreciate the expediency of the job once the materials were available. Thanks Dillabaugh for making our wishes for a worn out room with carpet and vinyl flooring to be made beautiful come true!
