We had a wonderful experience with KTM Roofing. Chris Tyson was extremely helpful by answering questions and modifying our quote as we planned the project. The team who put on the roof was prompt, hardworking, and efficient. They completed the whole project in one day, even though so much underlying wood had to be replaced. We are now getting a quote from KTM for new gutters. Thank you!

I got four quotes on having my roof and gutters replaced in April 2022. All were in the same ballpark, but KTM's was one of the lower bids. Chris Tyson, the very responsive and helpful rep for KTM was willing to work with me on a couple of aspects specific to my house, and gave me a very detailed quote. Joe and the roof work crew showed up on time and did a very professional job - it looks more finished and neater than the last roof I had put on by a different company years ago. They finished on time, and cleaned up very well afterwards. The gutter work will be done next week, but I'm sure they'll do an equally meticulous job on that.

KTM did an excellent job. They provided a detailed description of their products and installation processes when the bid was provided. They kept us informed about the start date. We used KTM years ago for our tile roof. They redid it. We had a warranty that they honored after a few tiles broke. They came out recently. They also fixed a few more areas and were exceptional. We used KTM to replace our roof and gutters in 2019. We were so pleased with their work, that when it came time to choose a company to repair our chimney, we knew to call KTM right away. They came out the next day to inspect and prepare an estimate. They completed the repair in a timely manner, and when we noticed there was an issue with the paint running due to stormy weather, they immediately came back out to repaint.

They provide quality work with prompt service. Should we have any future needs for roof repair or similar services, they will be our first call. We would highly recommend KTM as they offer a quality product and service to match.

My son found KTM online. One of their reps name Tony came out and inspected the roof. He gave us a quote, but after that he ghosted us. I finally reached him after several attempts and he told me that they tried to reach us. After verifying our contact information he stated that someone from the office will be contacting me that day to set up a date and time to come out to do the work.

But I never received a call or email. After two days I contacted Tony again and he apologized and said he would get them to call me that day. Well again it never happened. So now I'm in the process of finding someone else to do the job. KTM is very unprofessional and I won't recommend anyone to use them.

They did great work for my house. The offer seemed fair and he was really honest when he came by to give the estimate. Unlike other companies, he took the time to explain what I was looking at and what was happening on my roof. What a wonderful company! We needed gutters and had previously received outlandish quotes and were at our wits end finding a reputable company that could put gutters on our smaller, older home at a reasonable price.

Great job and great service! KTM replaced our roof in 2011 and did a great job. Five years later we sold our house and had to make a warranty claim for a very minor repair to trim some tar paper. Tim the owner called me directly and sent someone out quickly to make the repair.
