To better serve all our customers needs, we started a low voltage division of the company and provides a total solution for: Security Systems, Fire Detection Systems, Alarm Monitoring, Closed Circuit Television, Access Systems, Telephone Systems, Telephone Cabling and Computer Cabling.Our company believes training is very important and all of our electricians go through a four-year State of Ohio approved apprenticeship program to acquire their journeyman certificate and many go on to get a Master Electricians certificate.

I had an excellent experience with Bertke. They scheduled me for next day service and the guys came and did a fantastic job. I see the other reviews and yes it wasn't super cheap, but it wasn't crazily overpriced either. I felt the price was fair overall and the guys knew what they were doing. I would absolutely call them again.

I called to see if they were still hiring for their office assistant position due to the application portal they posted through being a spam email chain, and when I got through the guy was rude and definitely changed my mind about applying there. Glad I saw customer reviews as well. What an awful company

Critical: Professionalism While driving in extreme bad weather in Alexandria ky, we were turning left to pull into Walmart the truck literally came from the right ulof us pulled in front of us and almost killed us. You need to learn how to drive. Ik this hasn't been the on incident with these people not knowing how to drive.

These guys are good, perhaps services cost more than other electricians, I'm not really sure. However, I know when I call them, I'll be greeted by a friendly voice who will schedule someone as soon as they can. The technician I had yesterday remembered us from his last trip to our house 6 months ago, was super friendly, and completed the job in under 15 minutes. For sure, I'll call them again if I need an electrician.

Such an awesome venue! Wish I'd known about this gem sooner! It would be the perfect place to host a reception! It has a very modern/vintage vibe to it. The Best of Cincinnati is hosted here. The building has the perfect amount of space to hold over 40 different food vendors, the crowd of people eating and drinking, and extra room for performances in different areas of the building. Very cool place!

While I can't speak to this business in regard to their electrical services, I can speak to the fact that their building makes for a great event space. The CityBeat Best of Cincinnati extravaganza was held here and it was a perfect place for the hundreds of party goers. Parking is available in the surrounding blocks and the industrial high ceiling airport hangar styled area gave everyone plenty of space to get their schmoozing on. I recall seeing a banner on the outside advertising the phone number to rent the space, so swing by there if you want to have a cool urban party space.

The electricians were polite and friendly. The company really seems dedicated to making sure you receive top-notch quality service. I have had service reps from other companies show up and I was afraid to let them in the house (I am talking about you "local cable provider") so I appreciate the professsionals that Bertke employees. They took care of the issue quickly and followed up to make sure everything was OK.
