Talked to the "owner". Ryan. had a very poor attitude, but I needed someone to look at our lighting. The technician they sent spent more time playing on his phone than he did working. Within 5 minutes of looking at the issue, had to stop and take a smoke break. Was there all day and didn't fix the problem. I let it go, decided to look into it myself. Learned that it was a switch and fixed it in 5 minutes. Then he tried to stick me with a 600 dollar bill. LMAO! Company is a joke

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value It's a nightmare to work with them. months behind the schedule and no warranty after the job is finished. The owner Ryan will always have excuses but most of the time you can not even find the guy in charge. Services: Installation, Light fixture installation, General construction, Electrical outlet & switch installation, Security system installation

I had my outside electrical box replaced and some of the wiring moved. The guys who did the work were really nice and said the job was not done until it passes inspection and then Duke comes out to finalize the job. I received the invoice several days later. The inspection was still not done, but they called to see why I hadn't paid yet. I went ahead and payed and now it has been over 2 months, still no inspection and the job has not been finalized.

I called Duke and Butler County who had no record of the job and said a permit was not even filed. I called Servall who said they would take care of it.2 weeks later and 2 1/2 months since the job and still nothing. Butler County said "I hope you haven't paid already". So here I am out $1600 and still waiting for the job to be done. Picture attached of the unfinished job from 9/30.today it is 11/27.

We hired serval electric In Cincinnati to fix light in our sign. Friend of mine recommended serval electric and did ask estimate. Frist they came with a ladder, tried to fix it an unable to do it without proper equipments. They called for help and came another truck with the equipments. Finally they fix it, but took so long. we felt that technician was not aware of what they were doing.

And they wanted to spend time rather than fixing it. After fixing it. we asked them to replace the bulbs. They said that they did not have them and they have to order online. Finally, They sent us a $ 990.58 bill for the service. we have to hire some one to replace the bulbs too. According our online research we knew they overcharged for the service. we also called another electric company to get to know how much they charge to replace ballast their price is lower than that. I would not hire serval electric for any future services. Mr. A's mini mart

Prices are a little higher with this company. However, it's definitely worth it for the time they spend and getting the job done and getting it done right. Also, if you ever have any questions you are able to call them up and they will actually give you answers over the phone which most places will not.

We needed to hire an electrician to remove some wiring in a home we purchased as well as install 15+ new light fixtures. Bob made scheduling very easy and quoted a fair price for all the work. Robert was the technician who came out and he did a great job. Definitely recommend these guys and will be using them again if we need an electrician.

I have worked with them multiple time one for my office and another for my home. Very responsive, reasonable estimates. They do not use short cut to gain profit instead they do it proper way. If something is not possible then they try multiple time and then use way to reduced it to minimum damage. I am really satisfied with the service, quality of work and the price they quote. I will use them in my future projects.

I had an ancient breaker box in my home bite the dust a few days back. There was an old sticker on the box from the previous home owner for Servall Electric, so I decided to give them a call about replacing it. Boy am I glad that sticker was there. What an awesome company! Friendly staff, honest pricing, and fast (but incredibly thorough) service. These guys are PROS. If you have an electric problem, give them a call!

Shelly in the office was awesome to work with, she fit us in last minute. Brett planned out our EV charger install perfectly and Derek did top notch work with the install. Our Tesla is charging perfectly, I was nervous about the plan and they re-assured me it would be done right, 100% recommend these folks.

Excellent service performed by Servall once again. I have used them twice in the last two months with superior service performed both times. The technicians are well-qualified, show up on time, and perform the job to my specifications and expectations. I would definitely recommend.

I'm big on people who deal with the public being nice, pleasant, respectful and service oriented; Derrick delivered. I don't have much experience with pricing for an electrician. It was $75 per hr of labor. He spent time to understand my needs and that time was well spent.

Servall beat two other estimates for the work by a large margin. The staff in the office and the electrician who did the work, Derek Minch were friendly and helpful. At the house, Derke took whatever time it took to do it right with no complaint on a LONG list of items. We had some trouble with some of the fixtures that I bought but Derek stuck with it until the issues were solved.

He even went to the store himself, on his lunch hour, to replace some faulty hardware. Even though the job had a number of surprises we felt no pressure to just move on and, with some creative scheduling, we got everything done, done well and done in a timely way. I HIGHLY recommend Servall and Derek. I have some friends who bought houses and may need electrical help to whom I will pass on this recommendation. Add an extra Star to the five Star rating. PS: I certainly would ask for Derek, if he was available.

I would highly recommend Servall Electric. They just installed some LED landscaping lights at our house and they look great. The service technician, Derek, was friendly and willing to come out on a Saturday to complete the installation. Electricians are hard to come by these days so I would keep Servall's phone number handy for your future needs.

I had a job for Doug and Derrick that was not necessarily easy. They handled it without complaining and were completely professional while being friendly and personable. I think they're the best around!

Felt that Craig gave me honest options so I could make an informed decision as to what I needed. Then completed the task in a timely manner.

Thank you to the folks at Servall for taking care of our problem. We appreciate the rapid response, attention to detail, and getting the problem solved. We are also greatful for the interaction by the office staff. All at a reasonable price.
