LGA Garage Door

2nd time I have used LGA and was not disappointed. I'm so happy I went with them again. They were very quick to come out and replace my garage door. They replaced my garage door motor a couple months back and suggested I do the door but I didn't. The door ended up needing to be replaced like they said it was already very old. The price was fair, the work was quick and efficient, the employees are all very nice.

They picked up all there mess and couldn't tell they were even there. Thank you LGA the garage door is quieter than ever and happy it's working beautifully. I will recommend and use again if I needed to.

Arrived 3 hours late to start with. I had to call to find out they were going to be very late. This is embarrassing to admit but I had a transformer blow and had to manually open my side mount garage door opener. First time using this type of opener and it was never explained to me how to reattach to the opener when power came back on. It isnt like your standard garage door opener that attaches to the belt or chain.

When they came out to repair it cost $140 for a 2 minute fix for something good customer service could have helped with on the phone. I should have known this but again is a different type opener than I have used in the past. I suppose that this is really the most frustrating as they are the ones who installed the door and opener in the last few months. And the customer service over the phone could have simply helped me figure out my issue easily.

Jason installed my garage door perfectly, he was on time, very knowledgable and friendly! The garage door looks amazing and functions smoothly! I'll definitely use LGA in the future, every part of the process was easy and stress free!

Called and had me scheduled next morning, very informative, quick, and done properly. Made sure everything was correct before he left. Give the tech 5 stars for professionalism. Thanks again!

As always happens, things break on a Friday late. The garage door spring broke and I called and Godo called me back. I explained the situation and he said someone would be there the next day between 8am and 10am. Saturday morning at 8:24 I got a text that someone was on the way. Godo showed up.worked like a well oiled machine to replace the parts and put in a new spring.

By 9:30 am he was done and off to his next appointment. He was knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel like the work was getting done properly. It has only been 2 days but so far so good. Give LGA a call if you need help with your garage door, both residential and commercial.

Pleasantly surprised! I had a call into my usual garage door company but they totally dropped the ball. I called LGA and they were very responsive, polite and prompt. I needed to have my broken garage door springs replaced. The tech showed up, was on time and courteous. The job was finished in a very timely manner and the price was what was quoted.

The tech was very helpful on tips and recommendations on greasing the springs and even informed me I was over greasing the rollers. Overall, an excellent company for any garage door repair or replacement.

Wow, the garage broke a couple of days ago, and I finally got to getting it fixed. And WITHIN 30 mins! Literally called em, and they were at the door (on a Sat morning) and we done in 30 mins. Efficient, friendly and safe. Nice team and got the rest of my Saturday!

I had a great experience like so many others who have used LGA Garage Door Service. I called in on July 5 after I had a spring break on the door of a rental property over the holiday weekend. Rusty was very helpful on the phone and got everything set up. I was told to expect a tech between 8:00 and 9:00am on Tuesday (of note: they did offer to send someone same-day but I was not in a rush).

To my very pleasant surprise, Dimitri arrived at 7:55am ready to go! He made a quick assessment, gave me all the details and then got to work. He had everything repaired and good to go in under an hour. It is so refreshing to have a punctual provider! The work was completed quickly, efficiently, and neatly. It was also nice to see a tech leave no trace behind. The pricing was fair and reasonable. Overall certainly a 5-Star Service! Thanks for a great job!

Godo was absolutely fantastic. He was on time, worked incredibly quickly, left my garage spotlessly clean, and charged a very reasonable price. I can't recommend LGA highly enough!

Godo is my new best friend. This guy fix garage door and he is not only do his best, he won't sell you stuff you don't need. I scheduled appointment but was late because of traffic, he waited with no hesitant.
