Kustom Gutters installed the gutters for my house and they look great and work well. Patrick made a visit first to give me an fee estimate which was very reasonable. Patrick explained to me what would happen regarding the installation and sizes of gutters they plan to use and why. Very impressed by his knowledge on gutters. The installation team arrived on time on the scheduled date and they finished the whole job in less than four hours. Clean work and polite crew. Thanks a lot. BTW, they do provide life time warranty which is a bonus in my opinion.

Fantastic company if you enjoy $1200 in damages. Had a full home renovation inside and out done last summer, and in Sept 2021 I hired KKG to install gutters. Fast forward to January. We'd had a few gutter issues with clogging and lack of splash blocks, but a heavy storm came through and flooded my bedroom closet. I called my roofer to come figure out what happened, and the issue he felt came from the gutters.

I had KKG come out and I explained the issue. The man laughed in my face. He laughed and laughed, and told me my roofer is a lying cheat. I asked if he could at least remove the gutter in that area like the roofer suggested. He laughed again, and asked was the water damage really that bad, was it really bad enough to have me remove the gutters. At this point I requested again he remove the gutter, and I called KKG.

In the time it took me to call them he had already called the office about the situation, and so they treated me extremely rude and ignored anything I said. By the time I hung up his crew had removed the gutter and were packing up to leave. Once they'd left I checked the area, and the photo you see is what I discovered. The flashing had been newly replaced before the gutter installation; KKG damaged the flashing, created a hole which allowed water into my closet walls, destroying my newly laid carpet and brand new dresser.

So again, they are the perfect company to hire if you enjoy $1200 of damages. Update: in response to the response I received from KKG, again, your company is who put a hole in the flashing. I spoke to your landscaping crew, who were very unprofessional and racist. In the issue of debris, never once were leaf guards or different sized gutters brought up to help the issue, just a smug comment of "well clean it", which I had. Twice. In only 3 months. At the end of the day, that hole did not exist prior to KKG installing the gutter. Maybe your site needs to advertise "free hole with every install!".

Jimmy the owner came out on Sunday afternoon to provide me with an estimate. He didn't try to make useless conversation. He went straight to the point with no BS. He provided me with the most comprehensive job including more downspouts than any other quotes with the best price. Got my gutters installed today (Tuesday) and I could not be happier. They look great.

Much better than the cheap one's that the builder put on in the front. On top of that, they provide a lifetime warranty. I obtained three other quotes. They were all higher in price. The closest to Jimmy's quote couldn't start the job for another two weeks. Additionally, they wanted a deposit at the time of signing. Hand down, I recommend this company without hesitation! Katy Kustom Gutters was amazing. I called for a quote and a rep was at my house bright and early the next morning. The estimate was fairly priced so we asked to move forward and an installation crew was at my house early the next morning again. I had to work so I wasn't home for the installation but when I came home everything was done and there was no sign of them ever being there except the gutters.

It's been a couple of weeks now and we've had a few rainy days and they do exactly what they are supposed to do. No leaks, no issues, and now the water coming off my roof isn't destroying my flower beds anymore. I recommend them to anyone looking to install gutters on their home.

Had a number of bidders for installation of 6-in seamless gutters with stainless steel pine needle screens. Their bid was the most complete, they had very competitive prices, and a good warranty. they manufactured the gutters on site, had the whole system installed in one day. We have had several heavy rains since the install and it has worked perfectly very happy with everything I would highly recommend Katy Kustom Gutters.

Fantastic company to work with. My new house only had front gutters so called and KKG came out within a week to quote (it was Jimmy the owner). There were problems obtaining supplies due to the market shortage but communication was great and I was regularly updated. They eventually sourced the supplies elsewhere. The final job looks great and very pleased considering the reasonable cost. A+ company all round.

I had gutters installed today. The owner was the one who gave me the bid. The price was reasonable. There were color options that matched the color of my trim. They included diverters at areas where there was likely to have more flow. I'm ready for our next rain to see how well they will work. The installers were professional.

My yard had some flooding issues and I hoped installing gutters all around my house would help. They were highly recommend from the NextDoor site, so I thought I would give them a try. They showed up on time for my appointment and gave me a bid. I was very happy with the bid and I set an appointment to have my gutters installed. They came out within a couple of days to install my gutters and they arrived right on time. The installers were very professional and left no mess behind. These guys did a top notch install of gutters on my home. From the owner who came out and gave me an estimate to the lady in the office that kept me updated to the fellas that did the install all very professional, timely and responsive. We just had new gutters installed with Kustom along the rear of our house and detached garage. From the estimate to install the experience has been outstanding. The owner Jimmy came out himself to do our estimate and was able to answer any questions we had. He included free cement splash blocks and was friendly and professional. Asked for a repair job, but it wasn't worth their time, said I should find a handyman. Shithole company also litters my neighborhood with signs on our electrical poles. I have to take time out of my day to remove their illegally placed trashy signs.

I am a local roofing contractor and I use Katy Kustom for all my clients. They are speedy and reasonable. They do great work.

Decided to choose this company to install our gutters because they stick to their word. They claim they will offer the lowest price compared to other companies and that was true. I got quotes from 5 other companies in the area, and Katy Kustom Gutters was less expensive and more affordable. They also offer what others don't which is a lifetime warranty on labor.

You will not find anyone else that offers that warranty. After they installed the gutters I wasn't satisfied how one section turned out on the house, so I called and they came a couple days later to fix it until I was fully satisfied. Great company and great quality. Would recommend them to anyone.

We started with this company, the owner Jimmy came out to give the estimate. A few days later, took down all the gutters in about 30 minutes but, when they saw there was wood rot (which we made very clear there probably was some of during the estimate), they didn't have there English speaking team leader back to the house until 4:30pm and no one was contacting us to say what was going to happen.

Their crew sat at our house from 11:30-4:30 waiting to hear what they were going to do. By that time, there was no time to do anything and we were left with no gutters on the house and rain in the forecast. For people who have never experienced replacing gutters, you need to know that gutter companies are aware there could be wood rot when they take the gutters off, especially when the home is over 15 years old.

The problem is, it's extremely hard to find someone who can replace fascia and soffit. This company does not have anyone on staff or readily available to replace wood. They sent out an independent company late in the day that wanted to charge over $6000.00 for 600 ft of rotted wood! We later found out, we didn't have 600 ft of rotted wood, we have 70 ft. Therefore, you will go from thinking you will have new gutters today to; no gutters on your house, holes in your rotted wood and rain coming possibly because it's Houston.

This was very stressful for us when the rain came down hard on us 2 days later not knowing if rain was coming in. Luckily, we eventually found a company that does gutters and wood at a reasonable price.

Alright Yelpers, if you are looking to add or replace gutters to your home, look no further! I was shopping around getting estimates to add gutters to my home when I came to KKG. I spoke with a woman, terribly sorry that I forgot her name, who promptly scheduled an estimate within a few days of the call. Jimmie came out on a Tuesday and I had gutters installed the very next day.

He was professional, straightforward, and gave me everything I needed to know. The work was completed for a cheap price but the materials used were anything but cheap! No one can beat their prices. and they offer a lifetime guarantee for their work! I highly recommend them!

Hello my fellow Yelpers. For those who have read my recent reviews, you know that we moved from the Medical Center to Katy. We bought a new home and for some reason, new home builders don't wrap the whole house with gutters, just the front but that is okay, my builder is still the best. Anyway, after hearing all of the horror stories about foundation and landscape issues you will encounter if you don't have gutters, We decided to invest early into having the whole house wrapped with gutters.

We called a couple of companies to come out to give us an estimate. The prices were pretty much the same with each company. We chose Katy Kustom Gutters over the other companies for one reason only, they were the only company that had an A rating with the BBB, other than that, all of them were courteous and had pretty decent Yelp ratings. The experience we had with Katy Kustoms was outstanding!

From Joni coming out, giving us an estimate and answering all of our questions (yes we are not new to home ownership but we are new to owning a house lol), to the guys coming out, installing the gutters and explaining almost everything that they we're doing. I did have one issue, they left a few pieces of metal in the grass which I found while cutting the yard but, I saw the pieces before I ran my lawn mower over them so everything turned out okay. Fortunately, it rained like crazy all weekend so we got to see first hand how the new gutters were working, PERFECTION!

No leaks, downspouts were placed perfectly and it was nice not to have a waterfall coming off our roof into our backyard lol. I received bids from several companies for gutter installation and ended up choosing Katy Kustom. Not only did they have the best price, but the owners Jimmy and Joni were the most professional. They didn't try to sell me on extras that I didn't need. They also have a lifetime warranty, so I have peace of mind knowing I am covered if something happens down the road. Ricardo and his installers were clean and fast. The gutters look and work great on my house.

We shopped around to different companies and individuals. Katy Kustom Gutters prices were in the middle of the road. Three things sold us on using them: 1) the lifetime warranty 2) their awesome BBB rating and 3) Joni. She was very professional and knowledgeable when she came out for our quote. Joni came out on a Tuesday, we decided to use their company on a Thursday, and we had gutters installed by Friday. They look amazing and I wish we would have done it sooner. Katy Kustom Gutters did a great job and are very professional. From the folks who answer the phones to Ruben who did our quote to James and his installation crew, everyone has been superb. The quote was several hundred less than their competitors, the installation was done by their own crew, not a subcontractor, and they cleaned everything up when they were done. The gutters look great. No issues.

Over 700 linear feet of gutters and downspouts installed around large newly construction home and garage. Jimmy worked with us on location(s) of each downspout with regards to where we wanted them. Jimmy's crew was amazing. Courteous, polite, productive. Job performed was job discussed and agreed upon. Job was performed on a timely basis. Job work space (our driveway) was cleaned on a daily basis at the end of each work day.

When our (idiot) builder's painter bashed in the 60 ft. one piece section on the front of the house with his ladder. Jimmy replaced it completely without gouging us on the price. We contacted and met with Jimmy. Installation was complete within 3 weeks. You need to remember that gutter companies busiest season is Spring. therefore, don't expect to call on a Monday with installation on a Tuesday or Wednesday.

I owned a construction business for 19 years so I'm used to dealing with multiple contractors when pricing a job. When I needed gutters installed on my home I called three companies for estimates on Monday. All three scheduled me for Tuesday which completely wasted my time since none of them showed up or called. Katy Kustom Gutters did an awesome job on my house! I just came back from a deployment from Afghanistan and got a call that I had to turn around and go right back. I wasn't able to go by my house and be present while the gutters were installed, but Jimmy took care of everything in my absence. I give him a call and told him my situation.
