I waited to post this review until after the first storm to ensure the roof was working well. Boy did we get a big storm and the roof really held up. The roofers were professional, sales was very striaght forward and the office staff helpfull and friendly (including the dog). The gutters were done last year and I was very pleased with the work so I had them do the roof. The roof was done on 5/5/2022 and I highly recommend Pierce Roofing for both gutters and roofing.

It was hard for us to find someone to do a skylight install in town. From the start, Alex and the Pierce Roofing team were responsive and got things scheduled right away. Edgar did the install and he worked tirelessly - great guy. Being in an old house has its challenges, and we ran into an obstacle during the install. Alex and Miguel came to check it out, and we figured out a solution that we felt great about moving forward that resolved the issue. They took care of it, no problem. The skylights look great and provide so much more light in our attic space! We love them.

Our very old patio roof sustained severe damage in the recent 100+ mph winds, and it had to be replaced. The fine people at Pierce gave us an estimate right away, explained exactly what they were going to do, immediately ordered the materials, and completed the job very promptly despite intermittent nasty weather. Every employee was friendly and did fine work, providing an excellent overall experience. I will call them again the next time we need roofing.

When our roof mounted swamp cooler caused damage to our roof and flooded our crawl space, causing a waterfall in our living room, we called Pierce Roofing, and they had a crew at our front door within 20 minutes. They had our issue figured out and the water stopped right away. They actually came back first thing the next morning to start repairs and finished before the days end.

They even rehung our fallen gutter downspouts for us as they were leaving! This was customer service on a different level! We felt like Pierce Roofing had turned our catastrophe, into a very minor inconvenience. Love these guys!

I got their contact info from from a the contractor at a new custom home being constructed across the street from my house. We had an awning that had to be rebuilt and the last piece was to do the gutter and downspout and reattach it to the existing drain. It was a relatively small job but unlike others, Shain came out and provided an estimate. The price was good and they were able to complete the job within a couple of weeks. The work was very neat and they operate in a very professional manner. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Pierce Roofing.

We have only good things to say about Brian Pierce Roofing. After the hail storm in 2018, we, like almost everyone in the Broadmoor Resort Community near the Zoo, needed a new roof. The damage was incredible. Our skylights were shattered and required immediate attention. They sent someone out the same day to cover the openings. They then appraised our roof and prepared an estimate within a day or two.

As things progressed, they explained the entire re-roofing process, step by step and they worked with our insurance company so that the claim process went as smoothly as possible. We know they had many more jobs, but somehow my calls were returned, questions answered the same day. Since our previous tiles were no longer available, the company indulged our request for several variations and delivered them directly to our door.

Work progressed smoothly and was completed in a reasonable amount of time considering the run on roof materials and the amount of work everyone had. We were very pleased with the service our supervisor Chris gave us and felt we were in good hands. He was our go-to man, the one who coordinated the various teams and checked the quality of the work done.

Now that a bit of time has passed, BPR still offers to do a roof inspection for free: Meaning they stand by their work. Getting a new roof is a large (and expensive) undertaking. We are pleased with our experience with Brian Pierce and know we received quality craftsmanship from a local company who take pride in their work.

It has been 10 months of having my roof in various stages of disrepair. It has been two months of the tiles just sitting in stacks on my roof without anyone returning. Everyone who had damage from the same storm has long had their roofs finished. I have plywood over my skylights. When I ask when they will return they say maybe a couple weeks. Their have been two leaks in the last month and they come and patch and leave and that's it, yet they had said we had to wait bc clients with leaks had priority? Also, their equipment destroyed my driveway.

Looks like his reviews online are as bad as bad as his driving. Cutting through the parking lot and Home Depot. Not cool dumbass especially with the trailer.

We originally had this company out to inspect our existing tile roof. We found out after the fact that they had moved some of our tiles, thus creating a leak. We did not know this at the time. We then had them replace our roof. About a week after they replaced our entire roof we had rain and our brand new roof started leaking. We had water coming in through the lights in our kitchen ceiling.

My husband called and talked to Brian and he said well we had a really hard rain. Does that mean he only put a roof on there that would stand up to a light rain? I told him I was concerned about our insulation because of the rain. He told me not to worry about it. Then I asked him to come and fix the ceiling. This is because when it had gotten wet, the tape on the drywall started to show through and it needed to be repaired.

He had someone come and paint that area. The ceiling still looked bad because you can totally tell where the tape is still. I asked the painter to tell Brian we needed that repaired. He said he would. We have called several times and I have not heard back. This was not the outcome I expected after putting on a brand new roof. I am not happy.

Dear Brian, The new roof looks great! Please extend our compliments to Bill and the entire crew. They were professional, fast and diligent in picking up debris. We especially appreciated that the crew stayed on Thursday to re-do the ridge cap. We fully expected them to return the next day; they had arrived out our house at about 7:00 that day, after all!

I've had Brian Pierce Roofing out three times over the last 2.5 years. They've done a great job all three times. The first time they were out was just after we'd purchased the house. Our home inspector missed a few problems with our tile roof, as he was unwilling to climb on the roof (liability relative to broken tiles, apparently).

We had BPR move/cement some tiles that had come loose, had them set a proper angle on some of our gutters and had all of the roof vents and chimney reflashed. They did a great job. On time. On budget. The 2nd job, we had them come out and replace some of our broken roof tiles and reglue almost all of the "corner" and "edge" tiles. The tech that did the job did a fairly good job, but had some issues with alignment when glue-ing down the corner tiles.

I mentioned it to the foreman when he came out to inspect the work and without discussion the tech was back out within two days, trying to sort it out. He also spent some time explaining/showing me why he was having trouble (wasn't his fault), but he ended up sorting things out pretty well. The 3rd time we had BPR out was to re-seal our skylights.

We were seeing signs of moisture incursion around the skylights. Unfortunately, we discovered that this had been going on for a while, and it appears the previous owner had simply painted over the problem. The tech inspected the skylights and while we were anticipating having to have the skylights completely replaced, he insisted that he thought he could probably just reseal them.

He didn't try to upsell us, and they've survived about 18 months without issue. We'll be calling BPR when it's time to replace them. I can't agree with the previous reviewer when she says that the crew was "inconsiderate". I found the BPR crew, from Brian Pierce (who came out and performed all three of our estimates) to the folks that were on-site, to be professional and timely, in all cases. Their prices were inline with other estimates, and site cleanup was flawless.

These roofers were very inconsiderate. I have 4 kids, and a dog. My front door and porch were competely covered with tarp, materials, nails, etc. We literally had to tell them twice that we needed a clear path, especially since we are a foster family for safety reasons. They also refused to close our side gate even after we asked them twice as well so oir dog could go to the bathroom and not escape!

They started on a Friday morning and we're supposed to be done on Saturday. They weren't finished so they asked if they could come back Sunday for 2 hours to finish.we agreed because we just wanted it done. They never showed up! So here it is Monday morning and we are lucky if they will be finished by 2pm today. They left at 2pm, tons of shingle dust left in my driveway.along with 2 big nails. Very annoying.
