Drain Wizard Plumbing just completed the remodel of my 2nd bathroom. The fact that they just finished my 2nd bathroom tells the story. All team members are skilled and hard working. They did a great job on both bathrooms! I would highly recommend them for any remodeling or plumbing needs.

We had a drain issue and set up an appointment. Kevin came out when he was scheduled. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. What we appreciate most is Kevin and the young man that was with him was very respectful to my husband and I and very respectful of our property. They had to come in and out of the house and they wiped their feet, walked around my light coloured carpet and cleaned up after when they were done. We would highly recommend Drain Wizard Plumping.

Today I had the pleasure meeting Austin from Drain Wizard out of cocoa. I had a issue with a leak outside causing us to be out of water overnight. Austin came over earlier then the scheduled appt which was great and explained the issue and gave me a fair price for repairs. If fact I thought a value was broke but he assured me that it was fine and didn't try to sell me a part that wasn't needed which is rare today.

He finished the job and explained what he did and showed me the repair. I always try to support local businesses and drain wizards is one you should look for if you need any plumbing help or repair and ask for Austin he is a great guy. Thanks Austin for today.

Summary: Austin is a true SKILLED PROFESSIONAL and from this experience I will absolutely use Drain Wizard of Cocoa again. The long and short it is I recommend this company to you. The rest of the story: Diana Shores, Merritt Island, Florida: At 0800 we discovered two toilets in older house not clogged but not draining the bowls with much water pressure.

While looking at toilets we also discovered water valve at wall beneath one of the toilets to be old, rusty and leaking small droplets of water, we closed that valve and water leaking stopped (short term fix). Happened upon Drain Wizard of Cocoa from an online search and reached out to them. Manager let us know they would have a plumber at our house as soon as possible. An hour later Austin arrived from Drain Wizard of Cocoa (earlier than expected) and got to work quickly and quietly. Austin did a visual assessment, briefed us on the problem, answered all of our questions courteously and within thirty minutes he had all of our plumbing problems solved. Drain Wizard sent us a plumber who was knowledgeable, courteous and he cleaned up after himself as quick as he got to work.

The fact of the matter is I can't tell you how good Austin is at playing a musical instrument or cooking an eight course dinner because I have never seen him play music or cook however I witnessed his skills as a plumber today and I can tell you Austin from Drain Wizard of Cocoa is a superstar when it comes to solving plumbing challenges. I had an unusual installation with an underground cistern that was malfunctioning. It was definitely an unorthodox rigging put in place by the house's previous owner. These folks didn't even blink. They dove right in and assessed the situation accurately and rapidly. The flow of water was stemmed and the system repaired exactly the way I wanted. In fact, they provided me options.

In a very short period of time all was well. Great rates too. My entire situation start to finish was about four hours. I can't say enough about the rapidity of the response.

Professional plumbing. Let's be honest. No one wants to have to call a plumber but these guys are great. Funny and quick but still do very professional work. Highly recommend.

I had noticed a water leak in my garage and called Drain Wizard. Carl was out to the house the same day. He was able to determine that it was a leak in my hot water line somewhere under the foundation. Carl suggested that I might want to call a leak detection company who could use high tech instruments to locate the leak. He did not try and push for the job because he was looking out for what was best for me.

He did not charge me for the visit. WOW! I called a leak detection company and they informed me they could come out in 10 days and would call me if they could get to me any sooner. After speaking to them I called Drain Wizard back and he said he would be out in 2 days to help me. He showed up as promised and used his knowledge and expertise (no high tech gadgets) to locate the leak under the slab in my laundry room.

He took out 1 tile and the concrete floor to dig up the leaking pipe. Fixed the pipe, filled the hole and put new concrete in it's place. Job completed in about 3 hours and was very reasonable on his price. The whole job was done for less than what the leak detection company was going to charge just to locate the leak. And this does not even mention that we would have had to deal with cold showers and no hot water for over a week. I strongly recommend that if you need a plumber that you call Drain Wizard. Carl will treat you right.
