Unstable and sketchy workplace. Software is very complicated and contradicts the industry's target market. High turnover rate in order to keep making sales.

Constant harassing emails that were never signed up for, even after unsubscribe. Very unprofessional, not recommended.

Harass consumers and businesses with their aggressive tactics. They misuse digital technology, including regular spam. No regard for Canada's anti-spam legislation.

This company says they strive for the best customer service. Well I haven't seen it. LMN has the worst customer service I have dealt with in 18 years. They can't even communicate with each other let alone the customer. It took them almost 5 months to e-mail me back after I would resend the exact same e-mail a few times. I left messages with multiple people at LMN requesting a call back and I still have yet to receive a call from them. They are very good at collecting your money every month though!

My Landscape company that generates near 5 million in revenue has been using LMN for about 5 years now and we could not be more pleased. The more you utilize the system the more it serves you. Setting it up is so easy if you manage your company as you should. It's a great resource for small companies as well as large.

Very difficult and time-consuming to set up the program. We have probably spent 120 hours learning and setting up our information into the program and have about 100 hours to go to get it to where we need it to be. The software is for programmers and not everyday users. The entry of the information is very confusing because you have to enter the same information into different areas multiple times. Making changes in the program is very difficult too because there is no search engine to locate the information you need to change.

The full-time support team is helpful, just very time-consuming. We are trying to run a business with minimal overhead. Having this software has added another position to the company and we were trying to eliminate admin time. To add this program to your company you will have to spend a minimum of 200 hours of training and implementation to get it off the ground and running.

The only thing is very far from pearson airport for People who take LMN certification. In morning Almost 100$ with cab. So rent car next time. But the personnel and certification was very good hop know them earlier.

Unfortunately, my email address got in their hands. After over 10 days of requests for being removed. This still has not occurred. A few days ago their response was they are working on it. That they are having some technical difficulties. Furthermore, after more emails today. I have again requested to be removed. Only to get the same lame response that they are working on it. For a company that touts the best. I find it hard to understand their inabilty to complete a simple task as requested. From my perspective this has become harassment.

Just wanted to take a moment and extend my thanks to you for your staff on the project here! All of you were certainly attentive and terrific and patient. All of that is appreciated very much. I hope that you'll have an opportunity to stop by and say hello as the rest of the project (plants, etc.) take shape.
