We struggled with growing healthy lawn in our front yard due to shade, sandy soil, and pests. We got St. Augustine sod 2 years ago and it continues to look good. We do need the pest control to keep the lawn healthy (which I wish we did not). Services:Sod installation, Lawn pest control

DON'T COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICE IF YOU WANT TO RETAIN THE SERVICE! After 1.5 years of inconsistent quality in service I received an email on 6/22/2020 titled "Service Agreement Update" that "unfortunately" Barrett Landscaping will no longer be able to service my property after 7/6/2020. No explanation why. Yet, they are "grateful" for the business that I gave them. Really?

That's why they're dropping me as a customer and still accepting new customers. Two phone calls before being told that they won't be able to make me happy so it's best to part ways. If you provide the quality of service for which you are charging there wouldn't be complaints from the customer(s). Apparently I'm not entitled to the quality of service that I paid for.

I've had valid issues such as cutting down my bedded plants several times, blowing sand and leaves into my fountain, on window sills, door frames and anywhere else it could land, as well as improper trimming of my Holly tree and European Fan Palm. Never mind acknowledging the problems, improved training or rectifying the problems. Let's just drop the customer. After all, there's more out there. You may have hundreds of satisfied customers, but now you have one that isn't.

After having a renter in my house for 4 years, my grass was near death. I was convinced I needed to sod the entire yard. I called Barrett to come take a look and give me an estimate. They told me that they could revive the yard and patch areas with sod. I was skeptical to say the least. In about 3 months my grass looks better than it ever has! I could not be happier with my yard.

I ended up getting sod layed, an irrigation system put in place and beautification with plants and bushes planted in the yard. Part of the yard was overgrown with weeds, junk trees and vines. I wish I had taken a before picture because the difference is amazing! Hobie and Chuck were so easy to work with and the work was done very quickly.
