Very nice and very knowledgeable manager on duty. I bought some sod and Pine straw and they were very reasonably priced. They loaded up my trailer and were very helpful. I will definitely be back.

My company ordered 15 sq yards of mulch for a newly built home. Upon delivery it was clearly not 15 sq yards. There was not more than 9 sq yards delivered. When reaching out to them about this significant shortage, the response was that it was measured properly and there was nothing further they could do. They did not come to look at was was delivered nor apologize for the shortage. I will never shop with this company again.

Have used them for over a decade. They re-sodded my entire huge yard. Have always been happy with the service. Great family owned operation.

Will not answer the phone after the product is paid for but will answer for another Plant Company that calls them to say yeah we're open; instead of the person that's calling their place of business. Also oh, I left two messages both of them has went unreturned. no return phone call whatsoever. I don't understand but anyway it is what it is. They will never get another dime. I just hate it because the tree that they have is already paid for and can't get them on the phone. unreal

This is usually the only place in town that has St Augustine sod. Very nice people and fresh sod.

Olde Savannah Gardens is located in a convenient yet safe lot right off Montgomery Crossroads. It certainly adds a touch of beauty to an otherwise typical city street. Healthy plants and accessories + one fun spirited yet knowledgeable staff = One awesome little floral/landscape shop, it's a spot worth the drop in! Thanks yall!

I ordered a 1/4 pallet of centipede sod on Mon Aug. 5th and picked it up on Friday Aug 9th and put it out Saturday morning. Over half of it was already brown, it was not recently cut and the dirt under the grass was very dry and sandy, blowing in the face of the employee as she loaded it into my truck, very obvious that it had not been watered and had been the pallet for a while.

I called Monday to complain but to no avail, the employee took my name and number to give to the owner and told me that they would call me back. I have yet to hear back from them.

We live in a community not far from pooler plant pick up/ olde savannah gardens and they did some work for one of our Board members so they came highly recommended. Bad mistake, they changed the date to one when no one was available to be out there, they planted uneven and some things have died. We asked them to come back and fix the problem and were communicating with them to come, They never came, I saw them today in my neighborhood and I should have put this sooner so that another unsuspecting person won't get bad treatment.

I would not recommend them, they have done work for other people in our community and they too were not pleased. Stay away, Theres a great place down Ogeechee Road, that has a large selection of plants and I wish we had gone there first.

I had 5000 sf of st. Augustine installed last week. They came out, measured and quoted right away. They had everything done by the agreed date, programmed my sprinkler and helped me find a good spray company. It was a good experience.

Very helpful and knowledgeable people. They have an extensive selection of plants, grass, and yard equipment. I also like taking a little visit over to the chicken coop. I will revisit once the spring comes to see what they have for me to dig in the dirt again.

Michelle was very knowledgeable and really made my garden shopping a great experience. She was very patient and pulled many different varieties of plants and flowers for the perfect combination. I had gone to a few garden centers before committing and Michelle made me feel like she really cared about helping me!

They are good honest people that will try very hard to make your vision into a reality.

Picked up 6 yards of mulch today from Olde Savannah Gardens. Tiffany was great and got me loaded and out quickly so I was able to make 3 truck loads in a matter of hours. She was very personable and was really friendly to my 5 year old daughter.

I wish I could invite the whole town to come see my landscaping, done by these good people! Can't because I would have to stay home to admire it and make sure no one turned green with envy! LOL. It was all so easy, (to get exactly what I wanted, ) I called Heather, she, came to meet with me, then it just happened!

Terrible customer service, but at least they refunded my money. I paid half up front (about $300) for a tree installation and set up an appointment for about two weeks out. The installation window came and went with no one showing up. I called and they couldn't give me any information about when the installation crew would arrive. The first person couldn't even find my reservation.

I was finally told that I had misunderstood the arrival window (my fault of course), but the crew would be to my house that day. Well, 8 hours later still no one had shown up. I called again and once again received absolutely no information as to when/if anyone would show up. I finally just asked that my money be refunded. It was credited to my card about three days later.

I even emailed the owner Ross, who just chalked it up to "things like this happen". His reply was more of a form letter response than anything specific. I really liked that he ends his response emails with "thanks for your business", when the point of my email was to explain why he would NOT be receiving by business. Whatever you do, don't give these people any money until the requested service has been completed.

They are my Go To for all my needs for my yard and my customers. The best in town (period).
