We loved working with Gladstone in getting our AC and heat installed. We have a 100 year old craftsman that previously didn't have AC. His team replaced the old heater and installed AC. Mike from Gladstone is super responsive and helpful; when I later had issues with our Nest, he promptly helped replace it and worked with Nest on the warranty.

We had Mike replace our heating system 6 years ago. It worked great with no problems. Recently, we decided to add AC. We contacted Mike and received a very competitive quote. As expected, Mike was professional and efficient. He responded immediately to all of my questions and requests. His crew, Marco, Noel and Eric were reliable and effective. Marco explained everything we needed to know. He even helped us fix a light fixture for an unrelated job! We highly recommend Mike for your HVAC needs.

Great company! I would do business with them again! Mike and his team were very informative and explained all of our AC install options. The job was completed in a timely manner and Mike took the time post job to explain our AC options and controls. There are a lot of options to choose from with AC installation but if you want a reasonable price and great quality these guys are it!

Mike was very responsive and professional! He came out to look at the house and provided a written quote with options that we can choose from. The job at our house was tricky due to the small attic so it took the Gladstone's crew a little longer than expected but they were so courteous and even gave us a small discount at the end for going over the expected time. Overall the experience working with Gladstone Heating was great and I highly recommend them!

I had heating, air conditioning and new duct work installed. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend Gladstone Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone. Their crew was friendly, polite and professional. They took care to keep the area clean. The whole project was finished in 2-1/2 days. Took 4 bids, Mike's was the best price. Other companies sent a salesman, with Gladstone the owner came personally and explained everything.

Mike and his team were excellent! The estimate process was quick and easy. All the information I needed was provided with the estimate and the pricing was great. Mike was even able to fit us in for the install earlier than expected because another job finished up early. The actual install went very quickly with no issues. Gladstone Heating and Air recently installed a new air conditioning system for our home and they were a pleasure to work with from the start of the project to the finish. Mike and his team at Gladstone Heating & Air did a great job installing a complete heating and cooling system in our house a few weeks ago. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who needs an HVAC contractor. Throughout the process, Mike made himself available to thoroughly explain the different components in the system and answer any questions we had.
His crew was equally professional and efficient throughout the process. They were able to get the job done early and at a reasonable price. The team also did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day and after the job was complete. Five stars!

Look no further! We wanted to put in central A/C and replace our ancient furnace. We received many quotes and met with quite a few other contractors, but no one came close to Mike's price or professional knowledge. Save yourself the time and money and just meet with Mike Gladstone. The install was fast, done on time, and very professional. Communication is key with any home construction job, and he was on point.
As a woman, I appreciated being provided the same respectful responses and involvement that he provided my husband. I can't say that for some of the other companies we spoke with. We have had our system now for about a month, and are still extremely satisfied.

I would recommend Mike to anyone who needs HVAC work done. He did a whole HVAC replacement in my home and it came out better than I expected. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, fair and professional. His guys showed up on time, and did a great job both in removing my original system and installing the new one.

I contacted Mike through Yelp to get a quote on a ductless air conditioning system. He responded super quickly and was able to schedule an estimate within a week. Mike and his team did a great job from start to finish. Mike, unlike most other contractors I contacted, responded quickly to all my questions and was able to schedule an estimate quickly.
