Critical: Value Asked for a 1 foot section of pipe by my hot water heater to be replaced and was quoted $275 plus the initial $60 service call fee just to show up. The parts alone to fix it aren't even worth $25. If you use this company be prepared to lose an arm or a leg.

I don't like leaving negative reviews but had to on this one. Trevor said he would be there at 8:30am. Arrived late. Told me on the phone it would be $395 to swap out garbage disposal. Then charged $454 ($59 fee added). He parked his truck in my driveway for no good reason and leaked a large amount of black oil right in the front of the driveway! Called him back immediately and he told me he would take care of it, then did not.

Now I have oil stain on my driveway! Called a week later and told me it was not his area of expertise.cleaning up his oil stain and he wasn't even sure it was his stain but admitted his truck was leaking oil. Sad

Called Trevor and paid him for the job and could not get inspection off because of problems with city so he refunded my money when he did not have to. Great people and very honest, something you do not see these days, will highly recommend to anyone, Don with Leitman Perlman

Called Master's Plumbing for some assistance regarding a water heater issue. Trevor came to my house and explained everything very throughly to me and determined the root cause of the problem (pressure regulator valve). Trevor (business owner) took care of my pressure regulator breakdown after two other plumbers gave me the run-around. I was getting antsy about the hot water heater, faucets, etc. giving out due to the extraordinarily high pressure I was experiencing. After easing my worries, and putting me on stand-by, Trevor was here in 2 days and completed the job.

The epitome of professional. He doesn't do this in his spare time. He doesn't "plumb" in between deck jobs or sod jobs or painting jobs. Craft is craft and Trevor is now my official house plumber. You really do get what you pay for.

Noticed water standing under our 19-year-old water heater. Had used The Master's Plumbing with great results in the past, so called them for an estimate to replace. They were quick to respond, provided thorough explanation of options, and provided a detailed estimate. I authorized the work and they showed up right on time the next day, completing the work within the estimated timeframe.

The water line to my house was leaking and I needed help. I contacted The Master's Plumbing Company and I was greeted positively and professionally by their dispatcher. The dispatcher scheduled me for service and the technician was promptly at my home fixing the leak at the scheduled time.

In March of 2009, I hired the The Master's Plumbing Company to install a Noritz tankless water heater for my house. I have been very happy with the product and was very impressed with installation work done by Trevor Smith and his associate. Trevor gave me a very thorough presentation of the tankless system and the Noritz unit when he came out to my home to give me an estimate.

The service I received was very professional and prompt. The technicians were clean, courteous, and trustworthy. They didn't smoke or swear and were very knowledgeable of their trade. I will use them again, and highly recommend them to everyone.
