Rumsey Construction & Restoration

We are buying a house and had some air quality tests run during home inspection. However, those results came with no conclusion or with any threshold values. I contacted to couple of companies to help me to make a sense of them. While almost all those companies tried to sell me something, only Rumsey Construction & Restoration company, specifically talking Damien, genuinely tried to help me to make a conclusion on the air quality data I had and tried to make no sales at all.

They did not even accept the payment I offered to make. Well, we are actually planning to make some modifications on the house we are purchasing (they did not know that) and look forward to working with them as they already gained my trust.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. They are extremely professional, tactful and thorough. They do very precise and quality work paying attention to detail in every way. That noted; the team was so extremely pleasant to work with. Our project manager Ryan Holland was on top of everything; I didn't even have a chance to think about any complications before he was calling me to go over any minor set backs and assuring me that I didn't have to stress; that it would be taken care of.

We had a pipe bust in our kitchen which caused minor flooding, moisture issues, and ceiling damage. Every team from the mitigation to the repairs went above and beyond their call of duty to accommodate for us during this process. They are proud of their work, as they well should be and did what they needed to to get the job done efficiently, timely and correctly even if it meant going out of their way and pay to do this.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing repairs and needing them done right. I wish I could name and give a shout out to everyone on this team whom I came to know personally and grew to appreciate, respect, and love! I will definitely go back to this company for any further repairs/construction in the future. Thank you Rumsey for everything- you became family throughout this fiasco for sure! Top of the line contractors in every field to say the least.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Business must be good as they were unresponsive to my emails and calls after speaking with them initially regarding home restoration. It's better to deny business than to go quiet unnecessarily. I'd encourage this approach moving forward.

When my house flooded water mitigation was on top of it! First Ben came out looked everything over and got his team out immediately! Chris and Max were excellent! Especially Chris he was very thorough with getting job done very hard worker! He has a lot of knowledge and ensured he was communicating steps in mitigation process! Thank you for having such a great team of individuals.

Our water heater located in a closet in a main living area of our cabin burst. Rumsey C & C handled the mitigation, demo & reconstruction. We are very appreciative for the efficient, friendly manner in which Ben, Chris, Max & several other RCR team members completed the process of returning our home to normal. Thanks so much!

We had a house fire in 2019. Most of the contents were ok, but the house had extensive damage including soot and asbestos. Our insurance agent handed us a business card for Rumsey and said they had good experiences with the company. We contacted Rumsey and have been very satisfied with the service and the work. It's been a long haul, but they were in contact every step of the way. Lance Brooks was our project manager; he has been fantastic.

We have always been able to contact him, and he's had lots of useful suggestions. Grace Weller has also been very helpful in keeping the project on track. While I would not recommend putting a house fire on your bucket list, I would recommend Rumsey if you find yourself dealing with one.

Rumsey is such an amazing company. I was referred to them by a colleague & I am so thankful for that referral. We had water damage at my home & Rumsey handled the mitigation & the pack out. They were so professional & courteous. Zack was the absolute best! Very kind & ALWAYS answered his phone. However I want to thank everyone from the Rumsey team. My water heater located in my attic burst at the most inconvenient time.while I was unemployed. Tiffany came by day 1 if clean up, gave me the best words ever and made me feel so much better. She then explained the cleanup process to me.

Recently, around 11:30 pm we had a plumbing leak that came through the ceiling and flooded the floors. We contacted Rumsey Construction & Restoration and they came at 9:00 am the next morning and set-up blowers, dehumidifiers and something that specifically works for hardwood floors.
