What an absolutely amazing company! I've spent years scrubbing my grout, and was convinced it would never come clean. One visit from John and his team, at a very reasonable price, and it feels like we have a brand new flooring! I'd assumed the installers hadn't properly wiped the grout off of some of the tile, and I gave up trying to scrub it off.

It ended up being a chemical the previous owner used, and they knew just what to do. Those twelve year old stains are now gone! They went over some spots five and six times, and even moved the things in the bottom of our pantry to make sure all of our flooring was a consistent color. I have truly never seen our floor this clean. Our wool rug that is glued, not woven and was heavily soiled from a dog and two kids looks brand new. I'm so thankful for the new start with my flooring, and for people who will go above and beyond. They are my new favorite company. I wish I'd contacted them years ago!

These guys are great! They do an excellent job, are in and out super fast, and don't charge an arm and a leg. Also, when I had to make a change to the schedule less than 24 hours in advance, the owner John was very accommodating and changed their arrival time to a later hour in the day -- this in spite of being incredibly busy and booked!

The owner was super thorough with the consultation and created trust over the phone before setting a time! They serviced our carpets, rugs, 3 piece sectional couch, grout cleaning and even removed putty from our bedroom carpet and was shocked at how natural it looked! John was professional and friendly over the phone while setting up the appointment, arrived on time and was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional in person. John Floro and Alex worked on our saltillo tile last month. The tile had been badly treated by the previous owners and the grout was in desperate need for a deep clean. In some areas, the beautiful color of the saltillo was buried under a thick layer of gray slime/dust embedded in the sealant.
