My neighbors installed a fence and we had this company remove our fence adjacent to it. I asked them to leave a small portion of our fence with a gate.they sawed the gate off at the hinges first thing. I understood the confusion and they tried to make good on their mistake, but did a bad job and the gate literally fell off about 4 weeks later. I asked them to repair it and they said I am in the queue. After a month of waiting and no communication, I repaired it myself.

Met the owner and he is a straight shootin kind of guy. He went out of his way for a smaller project I was working on where as the other two fencing companies in the area 'don't do retail.' I will let everyone know about Gulf to Bay Fence. Service: Vinyl fence installation

Brad and his team were dependable and efficient during the installation. Everyone at Gulf to Bay worked to make sure I got the fence I envisioned as I had a different layout in mind. We have had our fence for a week or so. Mike from Gulf to Bay Fences did all the leg work for our fence, getting all the necessary permits from the City we live in. I am very happy with that as it was done efficiently and it did not take long till we had people coming to mark the ground for pipes and electrical etc., and a fence installed. There was a delay and that is because we live in a HOA area and I had to get a review done prior to all this and hadn't.

The fencers who did the installation did a great job and I was able to ask Brad questions and offer my considerations. We are very happy with the end product. We also have a workmanship warranty for a period of time which is helpful.

We got several quotes to replace a very large fence perimeter. Mike's price and customer service was by far the best. The installers were great and our fence looks amazing. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience and I highly recommend Gulf To Bay Fence!

I had a great experience with Gulf to Bay Fence, Mike Wiley and team. They did a very nice job installing a new white vinyl PVC fence for my home in St Pete. I received fence quotes for 4 separate companies and while theirs was not the cheapest, I liked their terms best - 0% down, no deposit required, pay upon completion. That way, they work for your money!

The installers were very knowledgeable, left no mess to clean up and did an excellent job building the fence around my neighbors Banyan Tree that jutted into my yard. I would recommend them if you're looking for a solid company that is knowledgeable and does a good job.

They were fine when they had our business, but exactly a year after the fence was installed, the gate latch fell apart. I called and emailed multiple times and no one ever responded. Terrible customer service after they've gotten your business.

We just had our fence installed by Gulf to Bay fence and what a spectacular job they did. From the beginning when Mike Wiley came out and gave my wife and I an estimate, to the installation crew of Robert and Mike (a different Mike) we dealt with a professional company that put up a quality product. And they did this fantastic job in just two days!

One of our neighbors was so impressed that she came over requesting their information. She, unfortunately, has been fighting with the company she hired for over 3 months and still does not have her fence completed. If your looking to have a fence installed in the Pinellas County area, this is the company to use. You will get a high quality fence at a fair price. You would have to be crazy to go anywhere else!

Just had our security fence installed. Plus a 12 foot gate and a 4ft regular gate. Could not be more pleased with the quality and professionalism of the staff that took us through the entire process. The installers were very professional and accommodating the entire day. This is a custom fence company no it does not happen overnight. But when it does you will be pleased.

They did put up a beautiful white vinyl fence. They did however not check to see if they needed to pull a permit. The city was called about the permit. The company refuses to rectify the situation. This is after the consumer board has even tried to contact them to try to mediate this situation. With no results.

Susan and I are writing this letter to tell you some of the reasons that we chose your company to install a vinyl fence to our property. We chose one day to get proposals from four different fence companies. After checking the thickness and construction of the samples, your company beat all the others hands down! Your prices were very comparable with all the others.

Dear Ben, Thank you so much for working with me on getting my fence done in increments to fit my budget. Your work crews have always been friendly and accommodating. The job is finished and my property is the envy of the neighborhood. I recommend your company highly to anyone who asks.

We purchased our fence from Gulf To Bay Fence in June of 2016 and it was a fair price and they did a good job overall mostly. Fast forward 15 months and add Hurricane Irma and we found damage to one gate. The rest of the fence was okay. I called them up to get a quote for repairing the gate. Their message said they were very busy due to the Hurricane and it would take up to 5 days to receive a reply.

I left a message explaining we had minor damage to our south gate and could they please give me an estimate for repair when they were not so busy. They called me back in one hour and told me to send a picture of the gate and then later told me it would be $250.00 minimum for the repair. I explained to them that it was only one corner panel where the hinge mounts and did not look so serious.

They messaged me again and told me they could build a new gate at their shop and I could pick it up and install it myself for $150.00. Bottom line I said no thanks and repaired the gate with the help of my wife in about one hour and 0 cost. My problem is we purchased our entire fence and two gates from this company last summer and where is the customer service?

They should have told me we will have someone stop by when we are not so busy and give you a fair and reasonable estimate. II never heard of a $250.00 minimum from a fence company. The gate is now fully functional however we may have to replace the one panel at some point. We will not do business with them again. Thanks.

Arnie was precise and accurate when he measured my property and wrote my estimate. Don installed my tan vinyl fence on the date we agreed and in about a half a day. The cost was exactly as estimated.

My wife and I had Gulf to Bay install a white classic vinyl fence a few months ago and they did a fantastic job. They did not ask for any money up front and only wanted to get paid after the job was completed to our satisfaction. Greg was the project manager and had ensured the job was done to perfection.
