Bravo Fence

I am happy with the workmanship of the job/project I had performed. There was a little mishap/understanding during the process, but Victor at Bravo Fencing made it right for me. I did get somewhat frustrated, but thankfully, he took the time to come out to understand what the issue was. I think the female representative in the office could show a little more friendliness, but that's just me. it wasn't shown to me the way I would've liked to have received it.

The price was great! I couldn't argue with it at all. Bravo Fencing took on my job when I couldn't get other fencing companies to either respond or they had a certain minimum footage requirement. With appreciation to Victor, I would recommend them & use them again.

I spoke over the phone with Dillon yesterday to set-up an appt. for an estimate. He said that someone would arrive today at 3:00 p.m. At 3:00 p.m. today on the DOT, tech Thomas called. He had arrived at my home just as promised. He was kind, professional and timely! I appreciate this level of service. It is rare to find. Way to go!

I'm not to write bad reviews, but if you want a headache go ahead and booked them. After making my deposit of $976.59 one hour later I got an email from my bank stating Bravo Fence tried to charge my card for another $1,500.00. Thanks to my Bank it was denied. Bravo fence never called me, so I called them asking what happened their response was, "we didn't check well and charged the previous card used (my card) sorry for the LITTLE MISTAKE." I should had trusted my gut and cancel.

The day of installation the guys installing the fence were so loud you could here their profanity inside the house. They broke one of the sprinkler pipe. They guarantee me it will be fix by the next day (Friday). Friday came I had to call at least 3 times to find out when they were coming to fix the pipe. They finally call me at 3pm saying the guy that was coming to fix the pipe had a family emergency an was not coming and the other guy who could come was all the away in south Tampa (I live in Lutz) which he couldn't come either, but he would come on Monday. So, I was going to have a hole in my side yard and unable to water my lawn for 5 days.

Not until my husband got involved an called the supervisor they were in our home within an hour to fixed the pipe. They never announced their presence when they started and finished the broken pipe. They are not friendly, professional and honest. To top it off I don't even like the fence especially the doors.

The fence looks great however the way they went around my trees cost me valuable land and looks choppy. I wish they would have found a way to keep my trees in my yard rather than box them off and lose a good portion of my yard. Service:Vinyl fence installation

They installed the fence quickly and professionally. From the quoting process, to the installation, to billing, Bravo was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fence. (They also were able to push up the installation date, which was great.)

The experience was good. The tech came out, measured the area to be fenced and gave me the quote. The only thing that I had a problem with is the price. The price was too high for the fence project. Otherwise, the transaction was smooth. The tech was knowledgeable & friendly.

Good price on post inserts, fast service. Ashley was great. But took 2 workers to carry them to my truck. One worker bumped a metal insert into my tailgate and scratched the paint on my new truck, right after he said, "nice truck". I'm 66, but easily carried them both into my back yard from the truck without bumping or scratching anything.

Waited a couple weeks for a quote. Called looking for it and got a call back from the manager. She told me that they would not be giving me a quote. I was stunned, confused and asked why? She wouldn't tell me why and just repeated that they wouldn't be giving me a quote. I couldn't believe what I was hearing and still am baffled.

We had two issues with the fence they put in, but luckily they had a knowledgeable person who resolved it. Manuel is super helpful and has tons of experience. Regretfully, noone else knew what to do; Eric even told us we'd have to pay if we wanted the fence reinstalled (even though it was their mistake). Thanks goodness Manuel knew how to correct the issue, and our fence is perfect now. It's beautiful. Everyone is professional and pleasant to work with.

My husband and I just purchased our 1st home and we decided to go with Bravo. So glad we did because the guy that came out and did the estimate was amazing and even added in 2 light fixtures for the conversation sitting behind us. The hard working men that came to put the fence in were extremely professional and good with completing it in 1 day. Not to forget the amazing staff in the Tampa location "Victor & Alex" always attending to you right away. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reasonable in price and good work

A completed fence done in a day! These guys started early and worked through the rain! They got over 200 linear feet of PVC fence up including a partial tear down of the old fence. Very happy with my new fence and my experience with Bravo. Thomas who came out to provide a quote was very helpful. He spent a good amount of time helping me figure out how to make the most of my alley access. Gabriel in the office kept me informed and was a great project manager for the job. And then of course the installation team was awesome! Bravo Fence has my strongest recommendation'

BEWARE of tis company. They left trash all over my yard. They tore giant holes in my grass and had to come back to re sod the yard. Some of the fence they put up already had dents in it. They had to come back several times to fix all the things they messed up on. Owner came and saw the job they did and apologized deeply and said they would do anything to make it right, the only thing i got was even mort frustration and disappointment.

The only person who spoke english was the man who came for the estimates, during the install no one even spoke one word of english which made it very hard to communicate. First thing i told them was not to die near my 1000 gallon propane tank, not only did they drive near it but they parked directly on top of it. i got upset and had them move when i saw it, then they parked directly on top of it again the next day and again the third, this made it an especially stressful experience. Save your time and money and go with professionals, working with this company was a complete nightmare!

I recently had a residential fence installed by your company. I would like to extend several compliments to Bravo Fence. The proposal request process was handled in a timely manner and I was given an installation date which happened as scheduled. The installation crew was efficient. Any small issues I had were corrected quickly after calling Bravo Fence.

Customer service department is a pain and always said they will call you back--and never did. When the fence was installed, a couple sprinklers needed repair afterwards and getting the repair was a headache.

Contacted Bravo Fence for a Gate install at my home. They scheduled me with a representative named Thomas in a couple of days. Thomas arrives, go through the options of what I want to do, and what is feasible (a 10 foot sliding wooden gate on a track). He says it's do-able, I say great, he gets my contact and email info, and promises to get me an estimate in 48 hours, after consulting with his firm/engineers. 48 hours pass.

No communication. Another day elapses.still nothing. This time I get concerned.maybe Thomas is busy? Got food poisoning? Got into a fight with a Mahi Mahi in Tampa Bay? Too many bad things. So I decide to email him. This is a Friday. No response by the end of the business day. Weekend rolls by, and now it's Monday. I am really concerned for Thomas and his well-being.

I call the office and explain the situation. They say that he will call me back with my information that I requested. 5pm (the time they close) No call from Thomas. Nor email. I've decided to take my business to West Tampa Fence. They definitely do not have employees who disappear into the Bermuda Triangle. I have my quote, and work will be getting done on my gate. While Bravo Fence might have a fancy website filled with purty pictures, DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THAT! The real substance is CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bid you all a good day.

It's awesome, nice, clean attachment to the shade structure columns, as if it was designed that way. Thanks! We had our final inspection yesterday and everything was signed off. Thanks for your help and making it happen in such a short timeframe. Great job Bravo Fence!

Wonderful experience. We purchased materials and Roman installed. We could buy just the materials we needed. At Home Depot we had to buy a kit and had extra materials or not enough. At Bravo Fence the cost was less and we purchased only what we needed.
