We used Peak when we replaced our front door, then again when we wanted a fire-rated door from our family room to the garage. Peak carries premium brands with lots of customizable features. Their sales team know the options and can help you choose the right product for your needs. Installation crews are prompt, polite, and clean up after themselves. My only complaint about Peak is that the price tag can be high. If budget is a concern, be upfront with them, so they can focus on product that might be within your reach.

The experience with Peak was exceptional. I used Thompson Creek originally for our windows and doors and also had a great experience but for the last window and door of the house we went with Peak because of they followed up with us, had a great sales pitch, and backed it up with a great experience with installation. The installer was very skilled and efficient.

The door and window worked flawlessly and the trim, etc. matched almost perfectly to our existing new windows. There was an aesthetic manufacturing issue but they were active and responsive to resolve the issue with the manufacturer and promised to correct it when the new screen arrives. I would highly recommend using Peak if the price is right for you. Great customer service, great product, and great quality installation.

Siding replacement was done to schedule, high quality for the installation with all the challenges with my house, and the competitive cost for the project was a key factor. Will recommend to neighbors since house was falling into some disrepair after 30+ years and the new insulation has improved my Heat/Cooling cost.

Peak Was selected to put new Hardy plank siding on my home. The work was quality. The project management was excellent. They did a great job in resolving a few issues. And their commitment to customer service was tops especially through Howard.

Had a great experience with Peak from start to finish! Covid effected the supply chain of every company we met with, some canceled, others increased their pricing, and one even ghosted us. The front door of my condo was damaged by a fire department and needed to be replaced (frame included). I reached out to Peak, we negotiated a price and 3 weeks later the door was installed (shipping delays due to COVID). Installation was smooth and successful. Upon closer inspection of the door, I realized that the NEW door did not have self closing hinges (The previous door did).

I expected a remodeling company with 30 years of experience to know a fire rated interior entry door should be replaced with the same functionality per fire code; I reached out to the sales tech and after a week of runaround I was informed that self closing hinges would be an additional $450 to install. After paying $2,500 for a door and frame this was unacceptable!

I expressed my dissatisfaction to the sales tech and he basically said it wasn't his fault and the price is the price. I asked how much the hinges cost and he replied $100 and then suggested that they could drop the hinges off for $100 and I could install them myself. I replied with, "that's not ideal, but it's the more reasonable option" and the sales tech was okay with that.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this alternative after paying $2500 for an entry door; they failed to properly spec a replacement door, and they have failed to deliver on their customer service promise.

We had all of our windows replaced. Peak completed all of the installations in a single day. They arrived on time, immediately protected any items near the work areas and commenced work. Their work was thorough, clean, consistent, and drama-free--essentially, every thing you want from a contractor experience. When complete, they took great care in cleaning up. I will certainly consider them for future projects.

I recently hired Peak Remodeling to replace the vinyl siding on my home. I am very happy with the work that they did. My house looks beautiful. Peak replaced two 30+ year old doors to classrooms at our church. They came out and measured and ordered the doors and the replacement doors fit perfectly. Jose and his work crew arrived on schedule and got right to work. They confirmed that the doors they brought to install met my expectations before putting them in. They were very neat and professional.

They put down drop cloths to protect the floor and they cleaned up all dust and debris when they were finished. The finished product looked great and the installation quality was top-notch. The crew clearly knew what they were doing. The doors operate smoothly and seal nicely. We will definitely go back to them again for our next job.

Thanks to Peak, we have a gorgeous new sunroom! We contacted them to convert our screened porch into a 4-season room and are so glad we did. Although we hit some bumps along the way, I have to give Peak massive kudos - everyone who dealt with our issues was so pleasant, cooperative, and I never had an issue getting a hold of anyone. Things happen with big projects and I provided honest feedback on what they could do in the future to prevent similar issues from happening (the first set of windows ordered were the wrong size).

I have no doubt that they took this feedback to heart. Peak truly provides concierge service for their clients - we met with several people in person to talk through our needs and recap the project. It is clear they take pride in their work! The installation crew was also excellent - on time, incredibly efficient, and thorough (they ended up repairing a rotted out corner post even though that wasn't part of the original plan).

We feel that they did a very high-quality job all around, including drywall and prepping for our painters to finish off the room. We would use them again for similar projects!

Customer service is unparalleled with Peak. They strive to present their clients with the highest customer service, as they are paying for a superior product, installed by certified & trained labor. I knew I could trust Peak from our first meeting. I was taught more than I ever wanted to know about roofing. But I was educated and felt much better committing to such a home repair.

My husband and I had a great experience with Peak. Our contact person went beyond the call of duty to educate us on the different types of roofs, different materials that are used, and what to expect. Everything went according to plans. We are very satisfied customers and will differently consider Peak for future projects.

The crew showed up early, never took a break, and finished the job quickly without cutting any corners or sacrificing any quality. Jon and the installers came up with some great solutions for where to direct the water flow and run the downspouts to fix the drainage issues. The layout of the gutters and downspouts is much more practical than before and work looks fantastic!

We hired Peak Custom Remodeling to replace our original (builder's grade) roof. Peak gave us a firm quote and provided a thorough explanation of their method. They originally anticipated a 2-day installation, but ended up completing it in one day which limited the amount of time we had to take off work.
